They moved their business with little directions and cut hours drastically.

My experience was wonderful the sales staff Alexis she knows what shes doing when it comes to phone and theyre not going to try to sell your phone to tell you something you dont want you got questions asked him there straight up with you just a really relaxing cell phone store.

Love the store and the staff. I love that i was able it get in and out fast and got a quality phone in my budget plus an amazing speaker defently telling all my friends.

Well I do not know what changed but I was in over thesummer, and a nice yung man there, who helped me with something, but then when I went in to see If I could save some $ on a plan, I was charged for 3 activations, and 3 Sim cards, when I brought in MY phone and the invoice indicated I also got a phone from this company!! The mngr Tristan swindled me, which was unfortunate, because I ended up with no service at all, as in the switch he input the wrong acc’t # of my last carrier. When the online rep tried to assist he kept insisting for me to put the SIM card in of the phone # I wanted, which I knew was a different carrier and would not work, of course, and I had begged for a legible receipt, the # given for the office is out of service (yes to a phone company--a non-working #)! Once they get your $ they do not refund, even for their errors. But what a nice swindle, the employee gets a new phone that is indicated in the bill of the person that was ripped off. A petty thief should not work for a company if they want to keep customers—and he said I wanted three phones on the plan, (even the non local staff kept talking round and round on sorry for your frustration, but now you have to do *this* and of course, said do you have (this phone I do not have ) and wanting 3 lines which was a falsehood, and again was told since pre-paid they do not just refund money. And, then, I am not sure if they want to get rid of the criminal element ...who try to swindle people out of their $ and phones...

Thry were very helpful and it never took long to tell me what was wrong and fix it. Very pleasant people in there.

I was recently in the office space next door to cricket trying to get my insurance set up but had a very hard time focusing because I could hear the employees in the cricket office cursing and yelling. Not sure if they were yelling at a customer or just yelling to each other but I know for a fact I will not be purchasing any phone services from this cricket location. I also notice employees standing outside the main entrance to their store smoking cigarettes when I drive by, it’s just a turn off.

I bought a phone about 4 days ago whats the LG Stylo V and ever since then Ive got nothing but prank phone calls fake phone calls and people asking for the wrong number over and over and over after I told them they have the wrong number and then I try to call Cricket to get all this sorted out they dont answer on multiple occasions right now this is the worst experience of my life

Like the service, it was service was fast, and they answered my questions so that I felt comfortable with my phone account.
