Buyer beware: screen repair costs $160 and comes with NO WARRANTY. Chester does not tell you this when you are seeking repair. I had an iPhone screen repaired that worked fine for several weeks, then suddenly, for no reason, was broken again. I went back to show him the problem and he wanted to charge me another $160 to repair it again, with no warranty. I like to support local Butte business people, but I will NOT be giving him any more of my business.Sadly, when I went back to pick up my phone from Chester, he had taped it to his door so that he did not have to see me again. I feel this was very unprofessional & is poor quality not to stand behind your work. You are better off driving to Helena to “Better Fix”. Where they do the repair in 10 minutes, charge at least $10 less and the screen comes with a lifetime warranty. Again…. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Chester is amazing! My phone became disabled overnight and I did not have a current backup. Other usual Apple support sites told me Id have to restore the phone to factory settings and lose all of my pictures. But Chester suggested trying a new battery and it worked! I am so grateful! Chester was able to repair my iPhone 11 that the display kept freezing up. The display had been replaced twice at other repair shops before due to it freezing up, but this time no further issues.

Got my IPhone screen replaced a couple weeks ago. Service was quick and easy. The next day I noticed a dark spot on my new screen and I brought it to his attention. Was told that I could’ve bought a warranty for the screen, but it was too late now. I was never offered a warranty in negotiations not was I offered any remedy to the situation and the spot has gotten progressively worse.

I got the random mind set to clean my back yard and called him he has the trailer at my house within 10 minutes. He is as very nice super easy to communicate with and so very helpful. I will definitely be calling him again. 10/10 😃😃
