Truly the worst customer service. I don’t usually post on these but every single time I go in to the store I get treated poorly or the employees hide in the back. Going in here to get help with my plan or a phone is an absolute nightmare and I get treated poorly. Do not waste your time going in there unless you plan on spending money then they have no problem helping you out.

I have spent over 26 years with Verizon and after several calls and being treated horribly by customer service, “when it takes over 1 hr to speak with people”, I decided there has to be a better carrier.We drove from Dillon to Butte today and I had the best experience at T MOBILE with Chris and his associates. He took time to explain in detail the plans they offer, helped us get out of any contracts with “The horrible Verizon”, took the time we needed to feel comfortable with the which to T MOBILE!Anyone that thinks there is no other choice than the “HORRIBLE VERIZON”, hasn’t visited T MOBILE and Chris in Butte.Thank you Chris for helping us save over 160 a month! You deserve 5 freaking stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chris & staff were absolutely the best! He took the time to explain every detail & answer our many many questions. We are also saving so much $ by switching! We couldn’t be happier & it was definitely worth our time to drive to Butte from Dillon!

This was a flop. I bought a SIM card and monthly plan for my Canadian phone to use it in the USA.After reaching my destination I found that my monthly plan could not send nor receive calls and texts with Canadian numbers. 🤦 The customer service agents knew this was a Canadian phone and why I was buying a SIM card. It may not be their responsibility, seems like a lack of training. Calls and emails to T-Mobile to upgrade my plan went unanswered. A wasted $50.

I only go there if a certain person is working as he is very knowledgable and can answer my questions, fix my issue and explain what to do if he cannot. The newest manager was flippant and couldnt help me at all.

If I could give a negative review I absolutely would. Went there Black Friday thinking we were getting a great deal. Unfortunately KILEY never submitted the paperwork so here we are still fighting t-mobile in February and probably going be out close to a $1000 thanks to Kiley and her manager for their negligence! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Kiley and her manager should not be in customer service or retail at all. Super bummed with TMOBILE! Butte Montana needs people that are know their job!

Stopped at this store while travelling needed a inexpensive phone. Lady told me could have stylus 5 for $75. Got bill told me I am getting charged full price $275. Talked to customer service said next time to get deal in writing.

Worst service ever,there solution to our problem was to sell us a $1000 phone and to tell us the phone we have would never work in Butte. Only interested in sales. NEVER will I go to that store again.

My experience at the Butte Mt. T- Mobile store has alwaus besn very pleasant amd productive. The wonderful staff there so everything the can go assist you and remedy any issues. I highly recommend these wonderful people!

Decent service, with very little knowledge of phones. No service outside of Butte (or very minimal) bill is constantly changing with price increased this month of $100 and no explanation. Highly dissatisfied and will be terminating service with them

I have been with T-Mobile for sometime now. I signed up for service in Helena with a super great Rep Catie. Yes service has been spotty in areas but has been getting better every month. They are doing awesome in Montana from my experience and it’s only getting better.As far as Steve McGee goes. He doesn’t have a clue. Yes he may have spotty service. But I can guarantee he did NOT receive the customer service he is saying he received. He sounds like someone who just likes to complain. The fact that his “go to” guys aren’t there anymore might say something about there productivity or they just moved on. He was upset that T-Mobile would not disclose why they where no longer there. He must be high if he thinks they can just devulge that kind of info. Steve you ever hear of HIPA laws? Probably not.I do know for a fact that Catie the Store manager will go above and beyond to insure that her customers get the attention that deserve. She is amazing.Thank you T-Mobile and thank you Catie for the value and great customer service you provide. Keep on keeping on.

T-mobile corporation has been nothing but major disappointment was excited when T-Mobile came into Butte swapped over from Verizon after 17 years 4 months later going back to Verizon poor cell service poor data service but but was willing to overlook that just some point to give them time to build on itbut with small issues that turned into big issues and huge issues turning into unforgivable issues did a warranty claim on a phone they said they never received it pulled up the tracking number they received it they had it for over 8 days when I asked about why they would charge me for it they said it must have got mixed or lost then one hour after I spoke with them lo and behold the return device was broken and I was told by a customer service go to UPS not their issue then went to return my iPhone XR because I just bought at 14 days prior they took it in the back room for 20 minutes came back scratch to the could not return it company with multiple issues of sketchiness and shenanigans will not do no business with them recommendation to evaluate if you really want to do business with themwhen their customer service customer satisfaction agent called me to find out why I was swapping back to Verizon got irritated with me when I said there was nothing that they could do he did everything short of slamming the phone down disappointed to say the least

I signed up for T-Mobile jan 22nd in helena. And since my switch Ive driven all over Montana and traveled out of state and have not had any service issues. When I found out Catie became the Butte store manager I was sad, with that though I will be traveling to butte for any needs as she is amazing. Her customer service Always goes above and beyond what is needed .I can guarantee you that Steve did not receive the bad customer service that he said he did. While she may not be from Butte she will do everything in her power to take care of her customers.

Want to double down on TMobile service in Montana being terrible. I havent stepped foot in this store to be clear - I have no opinion on the Butte TMobile store but TMobile coverage in Montana is bad. I travel around the state quite a bit and the only place I get non-roaming coverage is right in the major cities. I dont get any non-roaming coverage in Great Falls and they are about to open a store there. Wait for a year or two for them to build out more towers or turn on the 600 mhz spectrum. The only reason I am still with them is to get the promotion they were running for the Pixel 2 - as soon as my cash card gets here I am switching back to an AT&T based MVNO.
