I just switched to Verizon and we were having some severe issues with transferring my number. I was there for hours but Daniel did everything in his power and made it all good in the end. It had nothing to do with him or Verizon per se it was always with my previous carrier. Even though it wasnt pleasant to spend hours in the store trying to get a new phone and phone service I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness that Daniel had gave to me I definitely would recommend to anyone.

Sierra at this location is the best. She has patience and always helps with questions. We will always deal with her as long as she works for Verizon!

Michell was wonderful! I came in to buy a phone case and she went above and beyond and found out I was eligible for an upgrade along with a hefty discount. She helped me set my phone up and then customize my settings. I would definitely come back. 10 out of 10- would recommend.
