Part Two: I had to go into the store. I was dreading it. The two young men working today did an outstanding job. This is why you went from one star to four stars.Someone has to be vested in this store? If they could be a fly on the wall and watch the mouth breathers get to work on; not helping, not having product in stock and about as helpful as an IRS operator. Taking our 4 lines of service to the next business associate that can fog a mirror.

Outstanding customer service. And there knowledge and experience along with their sincere appreciation for and of their patrons.And the product line is of high quality. I will continue to suggest that everyone should take advantage of metro pcs . And enjoy the variety and ease and worry free service plans offered by Metro pcs. Im sure that metro has a service plan to meet everyones needs.. keep up the good work. 😊

Took a phone in to have the screen fixed and almost 3 weeks later still not fixed. Worst place ever. They do not return phone calls. They do not communicate with each other when asked to have someone call you back. I do not recommend this place at all.

The only cellular provider Ive been a patron of that actually cares about their customer base. The manager, Will, went above and beyond for my wife and I to transfer our numbers over from our previous provider. He explained the charges in a very easy to understand way and so far has been one hundred percent correct.

Poor service... Great if you dont want reliable service. Went to Missoula and never received an important call called them back and they said tried to call multiple time. If zero star was an option I would use that for sure

I really enjoy working there, because Im there to help and assist new and existing customers and guests that come in the door on an every day basis. I mean who doesnt want to get 2 Lines for $80.00, 3 Lines for $90.00 or 4 Lines for $100.00??? So therefore, if interested, then come on in. Because once this promotion ends, it ENDS Peeps. When any 1 Ports their # in, theyre able to get a promotional pricing on phones. Who wouldnt want to utilize and keep their Cell #, in order to get a great deal???¿¿¿???

I went in to the MetroPcs store here in Butte,Mt on 4/9/2020 and The two gentlemen that were working were very professional and answered all my questions and were very friendly and very fast and good at their job. I would recommend MetroPcs to all my family and friends.

Ive been a customer for about a year now. Great service pretty much wherever I go. They always have the best deals on plans and phones. I think I have 2 phones for $80.. unlimited everything.

Completely disrespectful dishonest misleading I only made purchases because of what I was told in store.. come to find out some key things that were important were not true however I feel if I was not racially profiled maybe I would have gotten a return will be contacting corporate the media the news anybody that will listen

Dont ever go to them for service. they tell you will get unlimited talk, text and data when you dont. internet wont work. you may get to call someone if their service will let you.as for text you wont get your messages and if you do they are way late. last night my daughter miss her basketball game due to a text message not coming in when it should have. then when you call customer service they dont note your account right so you can get a credit. plus they refuse to give credit for anything.

STAY AWAY!!! BAIT & SWITCH SCAM WITH IPHONES. THERE ARE NO IPHONES AND NEVER WERE. ALL THEY HAVE IS MOTOROLA TOTAL GARBAGE PHONES. CANT MAKE CALLS; CANT READ TEXTS; CANT ACCESS VOICEMAIL. SERVICE IS SO BAD IT SHOULD BE FREE. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. AND DONT BOTHER TRYING TO ASK FOR FIXES OR RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. NO ONE THERE CAN EVER HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING.

Very helpful good phones with truly unlimited data and helpful apps that you would have to pay for with straight talk but in the phone I got from PCS its already installed ready to use

I disagree with Nikole Gerlemann. I have had great service at that location. I heard that she was terminated and so it looks like some kind of a vendetta. Oh well, stuff that I used to see in high school.....

Not one bit impressed with the customer service at this Butte location. Several months ago when I switched to MetroPCS I found this store to be staffed with accommodating, knowledgeable employees. That is not the case. I found the manager to be rude and unhelpful. She even went outside for a smoke break while trying fix my problem, very unprofessional. I do like the PHONE service and I will continue to keep my plan but I will travel out of town for help next time I need it.

I love this place and the people who work their. Nikole is always so wonderful to all of her customers along with everyone else that has helped me when I come in. Keep up the amazing work!

I was a customer of MetroPCS prior to beginning my employment. Right from activation, (although bummy) Nikole went above and beyond for us. In fact, it was Nikoles outgoing, bubbly personality that enticed me to want to work for MetroPCS. The service, both technical and customer, is outstanding. LOVE IT HERE

Devious liars...they quote prices on phone cases...then when they figure out which one you want....they suddenly claim that particular one is the only exception to the rule and its suddenly more expensive than any other...was done to me and to the two customers in line before me...shifty and shiesty..dont trust them
