BEST service I have experienced at ANY phone retailer, ever! I was working with my 80-something father-in-law, a Montana rancher who needed to update his 8-year-old smart phone. Store manager Ray Harding was exceptionally patient and good-humored about the whole process. We left with an updated iPhone 8-plus, complete with data and app transfers, clear instructions on the basics, and a very happy senior citizen who was enjoying his new phone. Thanks, Ray, for your knowledge, care and willingness to put the customer at ease. All the stars!

This is the third phone we have gotten through Verizon with Lorrie as our sales person. She is always there with a smile and I always leave knowing we are in good hands. I’m a truck driver from out of town. Went down to the store after calling them to purchase a specific phone which they did have. Told them I was going to buy it out right not on the payment plan. I get down there and they would not let me purchase the phone because it had to be cash only. Would not let me purchase on my credit card because the amount was too much for their policy. Mind you I had to get a shuttle service to get me down to the store because I was broke down and in a motel. What a joke. I called Verizon customer service and told them what happened. Nothing will probably get done because they are an independent contractor for Verizon. But my opinion is they should be pulled from Verizon.

If I could give this a negative star I would. I wanted to change my plan and was told it would only cost me a little more (maybe 30.00) than I was already paying. The way they changed the plan it would actually cost me about 60.00 dollars more. When I called to ask why and tell them I was not going to pay that much more they did not explain why the large increase or offer to find a solution. I called the verizon support #611 and after a long wait (which was worth it) I received the best customer support. Copper City had set me up with four lines on my account which caused the large amount - I only have two lines.... Horrible experience. I will go out of town or work with the online support people from here forward.Update: The manager contacted me per this review. He was genuinely concerned about the service I received. At the end of the conversation I was satisfied that the manager will correct the issue and moving forward service will be better.

NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint.We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards.We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month!After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission IDs, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will!ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION.TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WEVE DEALT WITH THUS FAR.THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER.WHAT A JOKE!!RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY
