My partner and I went into this store to transfer an account from Verizon. We had a bit of a complicated situation, but Leo was extremely patient and helpful. He explained the process well and made sure we didn’t leave until all of our issues were handled. I would highly recommend working with him!

I had such a great experience here - I had to write a review. One usually does not associate an AT&T store with customer service, but I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store. I think we worked with Devin and Jonathan (I hope those names are right!) and both were incredibly helpful, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Definitely never going to the Apple Store for phone help again! Will be back for all of my wireless needs.

My husband has an iPhone 5 and was notified by AT&T that they are shutting down their 3G network in February and that they would be sending a replacement phone. The information we received by email was vague and confusing so we thought it would be easiest to speak to someone in person. We were lucky enough to work with Frankie, who is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He was able to put us in touch with AT&T support and the loyalty program to help us resolve this as well as some ongoing issues we’ve had with billing etc. As a result my husband now knows he will be receiving an excellent replacement phone and I may be getting an upgrade. Can’t speak highly enough of Frankie and the Dedham store.

Went in for a tablet they shipped it to the wrong address, had to send it back. They wouldn’t even let me pay it off in full i had to finance it don’t know why. Spent a hour in the store because they were trying to figure out how to cancel my current line and add a new line for their SALES numbers. They added a protection plan on the tablet without asking me and I didn’t want it. The sales personal here move like sharks. Besides all that they were nice reason why they get two stars.

I must say, I was dreading going into a phone store last weekend (I had put it off for over a month) but I couldn’t have had a better experience! We’ve had awful service with T-Mobile for months now and were ready to switch, but didn’t want to deal with pushy salespeople. That wasn’t our experience at all! Amaya sat me and my husband down, asked questions about our phones and how we used them and explained that she wanted to get us into a plan and phone that suited each of our needs. Not only do my husband and I love our phones, she was even able to get us a great deal on the iPhone SE for my elderly parents! She took the time to walk us through setting up Apple logins for them and even made sure they knew how to make a call before we left! Getting 80 year olds into their first smart phones isn’t easy, but Amaya was happy to do it! She goes above and beyond her call of duty and I am so grateful to have worked with her. I love my AT&T service so far, and I recommend everyone go to the Dedham AT&T and ask for Amaya!!

Going into the Dedham location was my last attempt to resolve an issue that had been going on for over a month. The problem was initiated from another store, but it got to the point where they said they were unable to assist me any further. I was desperate, and if I couldn’t get the issue resolved I was ready to switch to Verizon because I was so desperate. Amaya completely owned my problem! She couldn’t fix it directly but she involved both of her managers Colby and Kimberly and took complete ownership of the situation. Though it took a few days to sort out, they stuck with me start to finish. I’ll never go to another store again! From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the Dedham team!
