There is no problem too steep for these guys, and they are always quicker and more reasonable than the Big Shops. Once they fix something, it stays fixed. I have sent three friends to them and all of them have raved about their service.

These guys are awesome. Very upfront with their pricing and exactly what their services entail. I needed a pair of cooling fans replaced in my laptop due to overheating, and once these guys ordered the right parts and they arrived a few days later, they installed them within an hour and a half window. And they provide you with a 6 month warranty on any parts they replace. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for courteous, fast, and quality service.

PC Laptop fried during MS update. I had Geek Squad service plan and took laptop to them. Geeksquad was unable to retrieve any data from hard drive, and it took 3 days to determine that. I left my computer and the old hard drive whose content Geek squad could not retrieve with Mac and PC guys. Next day ALL the data was retrieved!!!Saved a HUGE amount of time for me. I wont go anywhere else. service is great, knowledge of computer hard and software superior to any experience I have had anywhere.

Amazing team! Certain keys on my laptop werent working, making me unable to do work for grad school. I took it to Best Buy at first and they said that it would take 6-8 weeks to repair (sending it to their HQ, diagnosing the issue, seeing if they part, and shipping it back). This is great place to take your MacBook for repair. My back up drive/time machine crashed while I was trying to restore my computer.There was no way for me to retrieve my back up. When I took the computer in to Mac and PC Guys they were very responsive. Explained what they would do. Mohammed updated my computer with the newest operating system and was able to restore all of my data, files, pictures, music etc. Everyone who works there are patient and professional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is having Mac problems. I will certainly return if I have any further problems.

These guys are amazing! My MacBook Pro stopped working properly after an upgrade to Catalina OS. I brought it to Mohammad and his team at 4:30 in the evening and they upgraded my hard drive, restored my Mojave OS and all of my files from my Time Machine backup, and had it back to me by 10:00am the next morning! The price for the work and hard drive was more than fair and the level of service was amazing! I had damaged a MacBook Pro with liquid.. They ordered parts and had the computer back to me in a few days for less than half the time and cost of what I was quoted at apple retailers (two weeks and at least $1200). I took my slow HP laptop to them. They run their diagnostics and got back to me in few hours. they were able to back up my data from my defective hard drive and install a new solid state drive. my computer is really faster now. The worst place. Do not go there. RUN!!--around the corner to Ubreakifix better service and more honest. Mac and PC are more interested in taking your money up front and do not provide services after signing a required 2 page agreement. Requested diagnosis service, they did not call back as promised. Nor did they provide any additional information or updates. In fact, they just reiterate the issue what I thought was wrong with it and why it was brought in the first place. More importantly, they did not even service my computer. Instead I was promised well do it tomorrow. As you all know tomorrow never comes .

My toddler cracked the screen on my iPhone. Apple was pricey and hard to get a hold of. I called around getting pricing on fixing it from other places. I decided to go with this place because they had good reviews and the price was the lowest around. Could I have paid less at a mall kiosk? Maybe. But I felt more comfortable with a store that cant skip town at any second. Im so glad I decided to go to them, they were quick and very friendly, they also installed a screen protector, to try and help prevent future accidents like this. I went to Mac and PC Guys with an Android phone that had been damaged by a different cell phone repair service when they replaced my screen. The phone was dead and I was desperate to access my pics. Not only did he save my pics, he got the phone to work. Service is fast, friendly and professional. Even if you live several towns away like I do, it’s worth the drive.

Excellent service, strongly recommended. The owner is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I had a broken Mac monitor, I requested an appointment online, the owner called me back and explained the steps of repair. I paid half the sum over the phone, and the rest after my Mac was fixed. It took one and a half hours to change the monitor (maybe even less). It’s as good as new now and I’m very pleased.

I was at another repair shop for my iPhone SE because of vertical line issues on screen. Phone was fully responsive except for that visual headache but definitely needed a fix. They were unable to get it fixed even after five attempts, explained the issue may be related to motherboard and returned phone to me in same condition. Enter the Mac and PC Guys that I found searching for another shot to fix my phone. I told them what the other shop told me. Instead of proceeding right to motherboard fix they actually tried to replace the screen as well first since that was the first diagnostic step regardless. Within an hour or dropping it off u got a call from Ahmed the tech and he actually got the phone screen repaired and replaced with no issues. I am very satisfied with the level of service he provided and hi ability to solve the problem meticulously. In fact I even got a complimentary screen protector for my diligence in seeking them out and would definitely recommend them for future service needs on phones. I know they also work on computers but because I have no experience with issues there I cannot yet comment, however I am confident it will be an area they also are competent at. Thank you again!

I decided to go to this place to fix the unresponsive screen of my iPhone 5S based on the great reviews they have. I got there and the guy was so friendly and welcoming. He told me about my options and had told me the phone will be ready the next day because he had to order a piece but he went above and beyond to a local store, got the piece and within like 3 hours called me to tell me my phone was all set and working. When I picked it up he even had it charging. Would recommend and would deff go back if I have to! Everything was positive and I left very content! Thank you so much!! :)

I went to them after being told by the Apple Store “genius” that I probably needed a new $450 logic board (that they no longer carry) for my 2010 MacBook Pro. For $110 they replaced the hard drive cable in a couple hours. Unbelievable service. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

In March, I was told I’d be working from homeindefinitely. As a TV meteorologist - my computer was running my weather graphics 24/7...after 6 months the hard drive failed. Mohammed took my call at 10 AM. I had it in by 10:30 AM and ran a diagnostic replaced the hard drive and made some other fixes and had it back to be by 2PM! I’d rate his service a 1,000 out of 10.
