Customer service is nice but try to pay my bill online I couldnt do it I have always done it all the time for some reason is not working they were no help and they charge you an extra $5 if you come in store and pay cash Ive been with them for too long not happy at all considering taking my business elsewhere

I needed some help from Metro PCS today in Providence Highway in Dedham. There I met Lala, who is a very skilled tech person, who went out of her way to help me in every way that she could. She is personable, kind, and very knowledgeable about both Mac and android systems. I was very fortunate today to have encountered such an amazing person! It was difficult to find out where to write a review, but I made the time because she made the time for me, and she deserves every good word anybody can write about her.

Same owner as norwood store. The woman in norwood store made a mistake when i paid my phone bill wo my phone got turned offf i went to the store in norwood the enployee working yesterday didnt know. What to do so right away. Called his boss over in dedham explained the issue and. It was fixed right away i went in angry and left feeling valued and happy if there were 10 stars id give them 10 stars. Keep up the good hard work norwood and dedham stores !! 💓

I was at the T-Mobile store at 529 Providence Hwy. in Dedham yesterday. A young man named Daniel was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

If I have negative star, I will give them the negative. Metro PCS stores ran by individual owner who know nothing about their service. I was fooled into switch my T mobile plan to Metro PCS plan since the clerk at the Dedham store told me that they offer the same international roaming package as the T mobile did after she checked with her boss for the info before I did the switch and payment. Guess what, she is wrong big time. But its too late for me as I already portaled my number out from T mobile. I lost my grandfather discount plan with T mobile and lost the international roaming for ever. To make things worst, I learn this 6 days after I switched my plan and one day before the Metro PCS can offer me the full refund. But to portal my number back to another company on Sunday in one day is impossible. So I passed the 7 day deadline for refund and even you are allowed refund, you lost the activation fee which is close to $20 for mislead info. Since then I have been deal with Metro PCS Corp customer service, till today I still not recover my money, nor they return my calls. Bad business and not credible company to deal with. Stay away from them.

Today I struggled with switching/ divorcing from my long time carrier since 2007. I took a chance and walked into a Metro store just knowing I would walk out with disappointment because they would not be able to accommodate me.. That was so far from the truth I had the pleasure being waited on by a beautiful soul here name is Lala although I am really bad with names I never forget her. She was very patient and up front with me I had lots and lots of questions and not once did she brush me off, she explained the disadvantages and advantages of being a Metro customers, I didnt feel forced into doing something I would regret. The customer service was outstanding and honest. I am happy to say I am a very proud Metro PCS customer.Thank you Thank you Lala your the best

I experienced amazing customer service at this location. A woman who goes by the name La-la helped me get a new phone plan & upgrade my current phone with flying colors. I highly recommend you ask for her next time youre at this MetroPCS location.

New manager/owner is a rip off artist will not make any cha Changes to your account unless you spend money She should not be allowed to work there or own a store I help care for a 1/2 an hour putting up a sign then I tried to switch my phone with a old SIM card and she told me that the SIM cried I had is old and I need to buy a new one and I also had to pay my 1st month bill when I already had an active line that I already paid the bill. So I left the store called Metro had my line change for free with the old SIM cried didnt have to pay any extra money from my bill activate tion fee was waived so law was gonna charge me $80 metro guards on prefer you do not listen to Allah call metro fast because she will live here only go in there if we need to pay a bill.

A week ago my husband, daughter and I walked into the store expecting a familiar face. Instead we were greeted by a lovely, intelligent and knowledgeable lady named LaLa. She went above and beyond her role when we left the store without our upgraded phones. Within ten minutes, my daughters phone rings and its LaLa. She was closing the store and offered to meet us. We got our phones. Thank you LaLa. Theres a true good reason why we traveled 14 miles to your store.

LaLa was the absolute greatest employee Ive ever gotten the chance to meet. My mother and I were having many problems (my phone had quite literally died and to this day never turned back on, and my mother was switching from another company to Metro). There were insanely difficult computer problems, but it was to the fault of the company; LaLa did every single thing she could to help us. She was kind and honest and very real with us, which I appreciated so much! Id give her 100/5 stars if I could!!!

Went to Metro to get questions answered on my account and data limits. The representative named Lala was just outstanding with her knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. She promised me I would leave happy and she exceeded my expectations. I walked out with an improved plan, an upgrade for my wifes phone and a future upgrade for my phone and I was thrilled with the results as well as the cost. I went there because I got a new phone from Metro PC I wanted to transfer my information and photographs to the new phone the man working there tried to charge me $20 and also an additional 10 I went to the corporate office in grovehall there was no charge for either I dont want to pay for anyones gas or lunch maybe hes done this before charge people for services that are free

Employees are a hit or miss, some will be very helpful while some will not do anything for you and treat you like a nuisance.

Service is good. But they take too long. We still need to captivate customers more with offers and phone models. But good location with good prices
