If I could zero stars I would. I brought in a lost Verizon phone And The customer service was terrible, not knowledgeable and uncaring of finding the owner, it was a newer phone, and the screen was cracked but It even rang while I was there and he just shrugged and said there’s nothing he can do. as a Verizon customer It was eye opening, it was my first time at this location, the customer service reps questions and assumptions were offensive and insulting as if I’m trying to take something from the device! I should have just left right there but I wanted to let him redeem himself but the rep totally couldn’t or wouldn’t listen to my concerns telling me “the information is on the website”. I understand everyone needs a source of income to pay the bills and you gotta work somewhere but Verizon you have to have some sort of standards when hiring customer service reps. Then the next person he “served” was having a similar communication issue with the ignorant rep. If I go there again I know who to avoid! I don’t think this represents Verizon as a whole but at this location, boy, what a disaster!!

They need to take the you can come in person off their website. My daughter drove 45 minutes from Lowell and they asked if we had appt. When their website says otherwise wise. It wasnt like the place was packed and we came a long way. The Verizon employee that I dealt with has poor customer service.

My phone had a meltdown recently and, subsequently, so did I. Wes and another gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) were on the floor. Wes listened to my concerns, got me an appt nearby for an emergency replacement until a new phone was available. He even spoke to my director, got their approval and took care of the paperwork. He made it a pleasure to do business with them. I have my new phone, my boss is happy and I’m thrilled it was so easy! Thank you!

Customer service doesnt exist. You tell me the things I need for my new phone. Then say but we dont have them. And then send me to best buy?? If you dont want a s21 or an iPhone your out of luck cause thats all they have on display. Dont waste your time order online!

Horrible customer service. Go ANYWHERE else. The employees dont know what they are doing, and they dont give a care about you(or me), they make customers go elsewhere to deal with problems they should be able to rectify. I will never return to this store as it almost made me drop Verizon completely. I DO NOT recommend this store. If I could give it 1/16 of a star I would.

I saw an offer on vzw website, buy 1 phone get $800 off second phone when you add a new line, and I get $650 for my trade in, Galaxy S10 plus 5G, 512 gb. So my mom and I go to Verizon store in Dedham. There was Mike, the sales person. So I told him about the offer I saw and after checking all the info on my account he said he can actually give me a better deal, which is $1000 off the second phone and $750 for my trade in. We accepted the offer, signed all the documents on his tablet, paid sales tax, paid off my trade in and the deal was done. He said we will get 2 new phones within the next couple of days.We receive 1st phone within the next 2 days and were confused why we didnt receive both phones. We go back to Verizon and Mike says everything is fine, you should receive the second one soon, he activates the 1st phone and we leave.We waited for the 2nd phone for a few more days but never received it.We go back to Verizon and this is where it gets interesting...So 3rd time at the store, Mike calls his manager Leah because he needed her help for some reason. Now, heres what they are telling us.. Unfortunately, you shouldve received an email with the confirmation and it looks like you didnt confirm your purchase and your deal is gone! You are not getting the second phone and you cant get this deal again because it expired!Now they are offering us $440 for my trade in. I said I was getting $750 last week and now Im only getting $440 because I didnt confirm my email?! They asked me who was giving me $750 for my phone, I said Mike was and Leah asked Mike infront of me if its true and he lied looking in my eyes, and said he never gave me $750 for my trade in! What a manly man... 🤢 So, they never told us we should receive an email with confirmation in the first place, but instead they told us we are all set, just wait for the new phones. They were supposed to notify us about this important email, but they didnt. So everything was canceled, and instead of understanding they messed up on their end by not notifying us about the email, they decided to put all the blame on us! What a customer service... Instead of apologizing and try to make it up, they decided to show their nasty attitude.Being with Verizon for over 20 years, this is how Im being served.I would definitely suggest everyone to go to a different store, unless you want this kind of mess.Also, look at my reviews. I never leave negative reviews to anyone, but this time they do deserve it.

Very nice and receptive staff. We ended up having some unforeseen trouble with getting a new phone (mostly my fault) and the staff was very helpful and kind with helping to resolve them. Made the process of getting a new phone and case for it extremely simple and easy. A great variety of phones to choose from, as well as a fair amount of accessories as well. All in all a very nice place to get a phone, would recommend for anyone

My cell phone was not charging with a cable. I wanted to get a new phone. I made a selection but had to wait for the available sales associate for 20 min already. As I found him adding additional equipment i did not want, I told him that I had to go soon and not interested in any more equipment beside the new phone.However, he kept repeating, You dont want the phone? even after I clarified him that I wanted the phone NOT the equipment. He made as if I had to get additional equipment if i wanted the phone or I was confused about what I wanted. I was so annoyed and complained about his annoying sales pitch. He asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager. I agreed.It turned out that it was actually the managers order to the sales associate to repeat 3-4 times to sell additional equipment with a new phone purchase.This manager was not apologetic for his aggressive and forceful sales tactic he forced to his sales associate to manipulate and frustrate customers. The manager spend no time training his associate to offer help with regard to features of the new phone.I would avoid this store if you want pleasant shopping experience.

Im still waiting, five days and counting. Im not sure if they will ask me to pay alimony, may be they though this plan is for life, I have no idea.

Verizon has pissed me off. I just started my service with, a week and half into my plan, my service was suspended BECAUSE oddly it somehow came up fraudulent. No calling, no text messages, and now I have to leave work to handle this issue. I simply wanted good service, thats all. I dont ask for much. The customer service over the phone was initially very rude with me, and I ended yelling at her. They connected me to there fraud department, where I waited 20 minutes for someone to actually help me. This is very unfortunate. I hate the hassle with passion.IF THEY DONT FIX THIS PROBLEM, IM LEAVING, BEFORE I LEAVE THOUGH. THEYLL BE HEARING MY MOUTH. This is very unacceptable. Gahdamn!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience specifically with BRETT. If you get him, you are in for a rude awakening because he is a know-it-all who doesnt know anything, he goes through his service quickly so that he doesnt have to work, and hes very unprofessional. Hes rude, gives you attitude, and tells other customers about your experience with him, which seems to be exhausting to him. He doesnt do his job, and I heard more about his girlfriend than the phone I was getting. Maybe his girlfriend would be better at customer service!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Showed up a half an hour before they closed to swap out an new google pixel that did not work from day 1 well within my return period. I saw 3 people standing there in the doorway as I parked and they all ran into the back, 20 minutes later they came out from hiding and said they were closing and there was nothing they could do for me. After asking why I stood there for 20 minutes unattended while they saw me walking into the store I was given attitude and told to basically take my business elsewhere. Told them Id be on my way to AT&T where I was treated with respect. If I was this stores manager the three of those clowns would be fired, customer service should be #1 priority but having general respect for the customers should also be pretty high on the list as well. Never again, have had plenty of good experiences with Verizon, just never once at this store

Just wanted to see if I could save some money by making two plans a family plan. Was told the 16GB plan would be $90 a month total for 2 lines /family plan and after patiently waiting a hour or so said i was all set and have my great new $90 a month plan... Come to find out its $90 just for the 16GB alone not including the talk and text. Had to call and lower the bill over the phone for the plan thats only 8GB. If they were honest about what the total bill for the month was going to come out to and didnt lie to your face theyd be great! But theyre not... they stink. Real bad

Absolutely worthless. I wish I could give them negative stars. I took my Google Pixel XL in because I was having issues with my calendar, email, contacts and no longer had visual voicemail after my phone updated over the weekend. After spending 30+ minutes on it the Solutions Manager and Store Manager said they couldnt do anything. Their solution was for me to do an internet search with what was happening and fix it myself. Seriously? They are beyond worthless. Stay away from these morons.

The last time I visited this store I was given a free device. Come to find out this device added a line a service with a monthly cost and an activation fee with a 2 year contract. Now I have to go back to the store because I was lucky enough to review my bill before the 14 day return window closes. I cant imagine how many people get given this free device and dont even notice before its too late.
