The absolute worst in-store experience I have ever had was at the Legacy Place, Dedham, MA store. Followed up by ineffectual customer service through T Mobile website. I will be changing my patronage as to today. Their in-store and on-line employees are beyond subpar. I have never received such rude and aggressive behavior as the management and staff individuals at the store, specifically Charleen, mgr and Angel, employee. There are many pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating phone services out there, you do not have to settle for what T Mobile provides.
Pleasant experience! Not crowded, quick service. Unfortunately, the phone I was interested in was not in stock.
Super service and knowledgeable staff.Great help. Thanks.
I like the place, after all good service.
Sales people are not really knowledgeable.
We will go out of our way to go to the Legacy T Mobile. Service is always great!
Great in store service.
I had the best experience porting my iPhone over from Verizon. Travis was awesome and Michael (Manager) went out of his way to answer questions and resolve issues. Michael’s knowledge is superior to any other T-mobile associate I have ever dealt with.
Today after the nightmare of having my fiances iphone crash, the guys Dimitrius and Cory at the Legacy T-mobile saved us.They reconfigured the new iphone 11 we purchased, were patient with all our annoying questions, and happily put our new screen protectors on in record time!!!Thanks so much for being awesome guys!!!
The worst customer service!
Needed help freeing up space on my cell phone and I had the greatest support from Elizabeth McGrath. She walked me thru the process and was so upbeat and positive AND genuine. I felt like I met a Tech Angel. Shes incredible. She is a major asset to TMobile. Thanks Elizabeth!
They work in slow motion and it honestly just hilarious...
Sorry for the late review! My experience was about a month ago and I could not be happier with the kind and patient help my family and I received from the staff here, particularly from Eric Cardona, who got us sorted with switching two people over from two different carriers to a new family plan when none of us had thought to bring passwords or PINs or anything. Im sure we were a big pain to deal with, but Eric had a calm smile and friendly demeanor the whole time. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone who needs more hands on support!
I came in during early afternoon planning to check out the new phones and hopefully upgrade and also to make a payment. When I arrived there was one customer being helped. It looked like this person was switching from a different carrier to t-mobile. I had a feeling this would take some time. Little did I know that I would be spending an hour waiting for service. There was only one representative that was in the store. Im not sure if this would be the appropriate amount of staff for a Friday at lunch time. Typically people get paid on Fridays and want to do some shopping. And typically people who come around noon want to get in and out as quickly as possible. As I entered, no one greeted me. I then stood behind the customer who was being helped for about 15 minutes. The representative never acknowledged me. Not even eye contact even though I was standing right in front of him. I do understand he was assisting another person but it wasnt a constant conversation. The other customer was making phone calls to gather information to provide with the representative. While this was going on, the representative turned his back to the showroom and was shuffling papers around. I thought clearly he would at least acknowledge me and see what assistance I may need but he did not. At this point I started walking around the showroom looking at different phones. About 10 minutes goes by and another customer walks into t-mobile. He walks right up to the representative and they had a conversation for 5 minutes. After this I was pretty frustrated. Its been about a half hour and I was cut in line for assistance. I then walked back to the sales counter to wait to be assisted to make sure no one would cut in again. Still no acknowledgment of any kind. I could tell that the customer that was being helped felt bad for me. The store had a automated payment machine that was out of order. I couldnt even make a payment while I waited. After waiting an additional 20 minutes or so, I got fed up and walked out. There were several instances that the representative could have said anything to me. But he did not. This isnt bad service. This is no service.
Manager on 1/15/2018 around 2.30 pm not sure of his name he was very arrogant. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and Ive become very dissatisfied with the customer service lately and regret upgrading my phone with them now after the poor rude customer service I received from this manager . I recently also refer my daughter to T-Mobile but regret that after the treatment she has received. T mobile has gone down hill looking out for their customers. I dont recommend them. Disappointed and dissatisfied!!! All around.
Had the best help from travis very helpful and knows his phones deff recommend
Good store layout, good prices. Terrible customer support
I walked in with my family on a Wednesday to ask about any promotions T Mobile had if we switched over from a different carrier. A sales associate mentioned that there would be certain promotions available on Friday, wrote those promotions down on paper for us, and told us to come back. When we returned on Friday morning, Yesmenia, an incredibly unfriendly sales associate told us the promotions written down no longer applied to our phones. When we expressed dissatisfaction regarding the misinformation, she told us to come back at 2pm when her manager Scarlet returned. Finally, we returned to the store for the third time when Scarlet was working. Not only was she incredibly rude, curt, and dismissive, she basically told us that we could accept what she was offering or go home. Scarlet and Yesmenia both raised their voices at us in the store in front of everyone. The whole experience was condescending and unprofessional. Im really disappointed with the lack of customer prioritization. I wont ever be returning to this branch location, even if it means driving further.
Brian, one of the managers in this store, is no good. My mother and wife went here to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile. Prior to switching, Brian never explained that an AT&T iphones might not work well on the Tmobile network. After Brian popped out the AT&T sim cards and put in the new Tmobile sim cards, my mothers iphone6s started dropping service randomly. Brian said to just wait a while and the phone should start working, and that its a known issue that AT&T phones may not function well on Tmobile because of frequency differences. Why didnt he mention this before??? After 4 days and numerous tech support calls and return visits to this Tmobile store, my mothers phone still did not work while my wifes identical iphone6s is fine in the same location. After some diagnostics and a new sim card, it appears that Brian probably damaged her phones sim card reader when he popped out the AT&T sim card and put in the new Tmobile card. Of course, this is impossible to prove, so my mother had to buy a new iPhone at full price. Her iphone6s worked fine prior to Brian getting his hands on it. After my mother bought a new iphone at this same store, Brian then proceeded to not activate her new sim card, so her new phone did not work until she wasted yet another 30 minutes calling tech support. In all, my mother is now out about $750 and many many hours of her personal time because of switching to Tmobile! Not worth the switch!
You get what you pay for. T-mobile is a crummy network. Pay the extra money for Verizon. LTE speeds are at least 2x faster everywhere.
Nice people
The guy was patient nd told me what was wrong with my phone and what is best...
Customer services guy was ok he did what he could but I ask for his manager “Mike” was so rude and dismissive and tried to blame his(t-mobile) problem on me and the funny thing is I’m not the only one in there mad at him today, during my time which is one hr this lady was sent from another store looking for charger and “mike”told them the have it but did not,she waited for 20 min to talk to this guy .... I will never go to this store.my friend have AT&T and he never have problems like this so 🤔
