Low inventory.. as alot of stores are sort supplied. .. I do recommend a quick call or even online search to ensure the product you want is in stock..

Came in a week ago to simply ask for a controller, the woman who worked at the register at the time was completely rude, I picked up a box and she dropped her conversation with another customer to yell at me from across the store in front of several OTHER customers to tell me to “just order those online”. She clearly didn’t want me in the store and as a former employee and know the proper steps to help a customer find products regardless of the item in store or not. THIS is unacceptable wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here try a different Gamestop the workers here are aweful

The sales lady, I believe it her name began with an A, sorry I forgot her name, was awesome. Friendly and welcoming. Got my daughter a mario bag to go with her new game that we didnt even knew was available. Cant wait to go back.

One of my boys favorite game stops to visit. They are very clean and organized compared to other locations.

The woman working there was nice really nice. She helped out my little brother a lot and helped him find what he was looking for. She also helped me by telling me about the discount ts they had. Overall it was a good experience.

Arrived around 6:30 and waited outside in the rain because there was a be right back sign on the door and got a rude and condescending answer from a red headed girl upon asking a simple question about whether or not a certain item was in stock. Will never come to this location again.

I was helped by Robin and she provided the absolute best customer service. Best gamestop around Boston. She made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. Definitely head over to this gamestop. It is one of the larger stores in the location so they have a lot of variety

Drive 30 minutes to pick up a book thats only available at GameStop and arrive to a sign saying theyll be back in 45 minutes during business hours.

Tried to ask some questions about product restocks and whatnot. Received little to no helpful information. Also not a good selection of products. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

You guys should put a break time for your employees at google, because the store is open from 12 to 18 sunday, I was here after 20 minutes driving and the manager just locked the door and told me that it’s time to his break! I lost 40 minutes now for nothing! I followed the opening hours and respected it, but I feel that the store didn’t do it with me, the customer! Ridiculous!

I dont often go to this gamestop but my last time here was great the staff knew everything there was to know about every game I asked lol, special shout out to Evan he showed me a game that Ive been hitting hard since I got home! I guess its not all about profit in this store. Its about true gamers connecting with other gamers thanks guys

I will be returning to this GS branch. Staff is helpful and well educated about the products in the store. Helpful suggestions was given and I didnt feel like staff was trying to make me buy something I did not want to purchase.

As usual, GameStop is GameStop. Employees ask if they can help with anything. They have some cool peripherals for sale. I was looking for an old disk and they didnt have it- they offered to bring it in for me, but I decided to look elsewhere. No complaints.

Anthony knows what he is talking about and is able to relate to customers of any age. Props to this guy for being super sweet and very helpful!

The worst customer service EVER. The store hours says that they open from 12pm to 6pm on Sundays and the manager (and only employee working) decided to close the store for his break....only 3hours after they open. I told him that I drove 20 minutes just to be there and he said Im sorry...I have to go on my break. He went in his car and left 4 more customers outside waiting. During this pandemic seems that few people dont care about work.FRUSTRATING.

Gamestop is an awesome place to get games conculse and toys. I recamened ganestop to gamers.

I put items on hold thought the website. I got my confirmation emails at 9:53am. I drove and hour and 21 minutes to get to the store. I got there at 5:45pm same day. They had none of my items put aside, the ended up only having 1 item. They told me the others got sent out ship to store after my hold requests so someone had paid for them. Policy states they are supposed to refuse the ship to store if its on hold. I got home and opened the 1 item they had and its missing a piece so now I have to return it anyway. This was the worst experience ever.

My favorite game stop in the vicinity of my house. Employees are extremely helpful and have never had an issue getting a game I have pre ordered over the Internet from them. It seemed to be lightning years I had of the roslindale location. Have tons of funkos and the best clearance deals. Sterling was also extremely helpful the first time I ever came to this location!!

Worst customer service! Horrible. Went to buy a xbox today and the worker also recommended a headset to buy. When i got home i found out the headset wasnt compatible with the Xbox controller. Had to drive all the way back to the store, and the guy basically told me to bad. I had to buy a different controller. Dude totally screwed me.

I had two experiences. First, I reserved a pre-owned game online. I never received a confirmation email or phone call, but called a few hours later and the location did have what I reserved...it just wasnt yet reserved for me.Second, I traded in half-a-dozen games and got a few bucks for them. I then bought a pre-owned controller from them and when I got home, it was obviously broken with one visibly broken button. They were still charging $44 for a pre-owned controller...busted.
