This place is the best. Ive called or went to several bike shops around Denver, and this one had exactly what I needed: a great bike and excellent service. James is knowledgeable, the owner prices bikes reasonably, and you can find anything youd possibly need there. Check here before recycling your bike, because they probably have the part youre looking for! 10/10 :)
This shop and staff are aces all the way! Friendly, knowledgeable, live and breath bicycles :)
I took my bike in a few months ago to get fixed and tuned up. The brake Pads Still need replaced, the bike still does not shift right, there is still an issue in the back end of the bike and the back end STILL slips and the brakes where tightened so tight you cant even ride the bike because the wheel barley turns and the guy tells me thats because you need to ride it and wear the brakes down some so it will be a smoother ride. That happens after a tune up. this place does not does not even fix half of the issues and charges as much if not more then the other guys and drags your bike all over the side walk because they have to do all the work outside because there is 0 room outside and they want 10 times for bikes then 99% of them are worth. This place is a JOKE
Stopped in to check out a bike for my 6yr old kid- Place is SLAMMED with bikes wall to wall you cant even walk in the place. We saw a purple schwinn kids bike that had tons of dust on it so it had been there for quite sometime burred in the PILE hung inside the shop. We saw a tag on it for 150 that was ripped up- so i asked for a price,, the guy said he forgot they even had that and wanted 350$ for a KIDS USED DUSTY bike they FORGOT they had.. place is a joke... went down the road to ez pawn and picked up 3 bikes for 90$,, skip this place if your looking for a deal.
Go visit Tom if you want to support a locally owned small business in the middle of one of the most authentic unique neighborhoods in Denver. Westwood up!
Really disappointing. Nice owner, but the bikes that we looked at were very overpriced ($250 when they should be $80) and in really bad condition (brakes and both derailleurs were badly adjusted). Response to owners comment below: all of the bikes that we looked at had been tuned up by One Stop Bike Shop but were still is poor condition when we test-road them.
Love this shop, they are super friendly and have fixed my bike for me on several occasions. So happy to have found a place nearby that does good work & has fair prices!
Cheap and easy! Thanks so much for the quick turnaround, my bike is riding like a dream.
I love this shop! Its like a bicycle museum.
One Stop reminds me of my childhood. Growing up we always had a ton of bikes, and I was taught a lot about them. The shop is jam packed with beautiful custom builds, parts, longboards, used bikes, and a few new builds. They service bikes and treat you like family. Definitely worth checking out, and if you stick around long enough you might just make some new friends while you’re there.
If this place doesnt have what youre looking for, just keep looking. Its here or it doesnt exist. There is an overwhelming amount of bikes here. Its a novelty just to see, but the owner knows where everything is and what he has. He is a super nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, and perhaps too generous with his prices.
AWESOME SERVICEDale and James were able to help me out with my bike today, explaining what was wrong with the breaks and fixing other small problems. I got my breaks all fixed and a new comfy bike seat! Awesome service and friendly employees
Just bought an old school Diamond Back BMX. Thomas was super helpful, listened to what I wanted, and gave me a fair price. Was awesome to see so many 80s and 90s bikes in one place.
Fantastic bike shop. One of the best places to go for a bike. Make sure you bring cash.
Thomas and his store are great. Ive never seen so many bikes. Wall to wall and floor to ceiling, of all types. The prices are very fair. Told him what I was, looking for and it took him about 3 minutes to find the perfect one. Thumbs up all the way.
Excellent..... I got the parts I needed plus installation. Im going back for a toon up.
I brought one of my old bikes here to get cleaned/repaired/tuned up. It had been sitting on a balcony for two years, and then in a garage for two years. I left it with them for a few days, and just picked it up. They did a great job bringing this bike back to great condition, rides perfect. Tom and Dale seem to run the place, and they are both very helpful and quite cheerful guys actually. Tom even invited me to a weekly bike ride they do in downtown Denver. They have every kind of used bike and bike part you can think of, so definitely check here first if you want a deal on a great condition used bike.I have one more bike that needs the same cleaning/repairing/tune up, and Ill bring it in as well. Thanks guys!
These guys are tremendous
Nicest biking people Ive met. Not your Lance Armstrong stiff lip type. Very knowledgeable and have A HUGE selection of bikes every size shape and style. They also do service work on your bike. Both new and used products can be purchased. I definably with be returning.
Some of the coolest old school bikes around the variety of vintage bikes and parts will blow your mind and there not trying to tap your wallet always busy so not always a quick in and out definitely will take more then just a couple visits to get an idea of the inventory then when you think you have seen it all Tom the owner will surprise you with something odd unique or 1 of a kind I recommend for you to go and just visit especially if you enjoy vintage bikes, lowriders, bmx,fat tire, mountainbikes really I could go on for ever go check it out
I want to put no stars but i cant me and my dad bought a chain for $35 dollars and they fat dude who works there put a three in front of the three and scammed him for $335 dollars i do not recommend coming here
Whatever you do, do not come to this place. The owner is the rudest person ever and the people that work there have ZERO customer service skills.
Tom and his staff are very nice and helpful. They spent the time to find the perfect bikes for us! We would definitely would recommend this place. Great bikes!
UPDATE: after visiting Tom, the bike was still not fixed. I went to another mechanics that told me that Tom put a piece he shouldn’t have. Go see « Maverick Suspension Center » instead: reliable, fast and honest. My evaluation is only for repair. Tom is indeed a nice guy, but definitely lacks customer service and accountability. I brought my bike in for repair and was told to expect one week for it to be repaired. It was not repaired on time and I received no follow-up or update on the delay. I received a loaner with a flat tire. I received no accommodation for the time delay. Customer beware.
Great bike shop! Tons of bikes to chose from, some sweet vintage bikes as well as a great selection of used but tuned up bikes. Not to mention very reasonably priced. The owner is a nice guy and will not sell you junk like you get from walmart.
Awesome staff, they stayed late to true my wheels!! Thanks Tom
I really wish that I can give a better review but if you guys are going to close early on Wednesdays because they weekly bike rides then maybe you should update your business hours with Google because I literally walked almost a mile to buy an inner tube because Google said you guys close at 6 but I call at 5: 40 and get told that you guys are already closed when Im only a block away. Theres nothing worse then time being wasted all because of false information. I would highly suggest that the business hours should be updated to let others know before they do the same mistake that I did.
Awesome little shop. Huge selection of used bikes. I stopped by for some very light maintenence on my bike, staff was happy to help.
I just spent over $100 on a tune up and I’ve had more problems with my bike since I got it back, and I’ll end up spending more money now at another shop, just to correct the problems I do have. When speaking to to the owner over the phone about needing another repair, he simply said, “if you stopped messing with your gears, you would make it easier on me”. So to him, my bike functioning properly is an inconvenience, even if he’s been paid.Owner is unpredictable and unreliable. He’s either at the shop, or not, the bikes they sale at the store are used bikes you could get from Target or other department stores, but they are thrifty. They are nice guys, and you can tell they love bikes. But, there is too little accountability, they are unreliable, and you’d be better off going to a bike shop with actual professionals that will get the job done the first time.
Thank you for everything your bike shop is the bestPs. This is Josiah
Looking for a used bike or used bicycle parts? This is your place. Tom (the owner) is a nice guy and hell help you find anything youre looking for. Just be prepared to search the store and then haggle out a fair price.
Amazing bike shop! My gf got a flat and they stayed open a bit later so we could get her bike online to continue our brew tour drinking extravaganza. They saved the day! Thank you tom!
They have a ton of bikes. you can barely walk in there with how many bikes they have to choose from. they have a really wide variety of bike styles from unicycles to low riders. and they beat walmarts prices for tires and tubes. i just got my road bike tuned up last week, the tires are perfectly true now. now i just have to get my dads bike tuned upthe owner is a real nice guy
Tom had a pretty amazing collection of unique and inexpensive bikes. Very helpful advice and great service.
Interesting place, friendly staff who are eager to help, they sell new, used, buy, and repair. The selection of used bikes is large and their prices are decent, worth a look
Gives good deals even trades bikes or parts if there about the same price...live bye his bike shop for years and always found what I need there...
I purchased a used MTB from these folks at the Veloswap event - I was very green and knew next to nothing about MTB having never ridden one. I got a very fair price - much lower than the surrounding vendors - and the experience was great! I live in NoCo, but would definitely bring my business to them had I lived in Denver.
Cool store for sure if youre interested in bikes check this out!
Very small but full of a lot of used parts at a great price. Be ready to shuffle through a bunch of stuff.
That fruit TOM IS A PIRATE. he robbed me for my classic schwinn told me it was a repop and wasnt worth much traded me a generic huffy and later I see my bike for sale $700 in his store 😢💔 of course he didnt want to trade back
Very nice guy worked on my bike immediately for the great job
Had a berring cone break on my prize bike n ruin the rim. Not many parts stores around these days, as dworking on one or collecting quality n classics, seems to be a dying art. Was using a much cheaper bike with questionable rims as a substitute when happened to learn about one stop. Went to check it out for a set of rims to replace the questionable ones, and am very glad i did. The place is like a playground for collector types. The owner did better then find me rims to replace the questionable ones, they brought out exact copys of the rims from my mosh so i could get her restored like she deserved, and i couldnt be happier. N Places like his shop are few and far inbetween, so if your looking for a bike, or bike part, you shoud do yourself a favor and check out onestop. Youll be glad you did, place is wicked cool n ll definately be going there anytime i need parts again. You guys rock!
Great place to shop for a used bike and parts reasonable prices
Tom helped me find everything I need all in one stop.
They were very good with helping me
This place is rad, definitely check it out.
Tons of parts including used.
Friendly and so many things!
A lil too pricey for me, spent 170 to get a tune up on my mountain bike ugh, i spend half that at other shops
Good guy very honest
Hooked me up like a tow truck
Not open
