Don’t buy tires from them too expensive buy from tirerackdotcom Never take their unlimited plans because second time you go there they’ll ask you to do something minor that you have to pay for, if you don’t listen to them then they’ll be like if you don’t do it we’re not able to do this work. This is the second time I’ve gone here for tire installation. The guy who checked me in was really nice and clear about costs. He said it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours to change out two tires for me. It only took about 45 mins! He also put some air in my other tires because they were low without me having to ask! This’ll probably be the only place I go for tires or anything else from now on after getting the run around from so many other shops all week. Highly recommended!

Got my tires changed here and somehow these guys scratched my nice rims up all over the place. If you have nice wheels go elsewhere, they definitely don’t take care of them.

Firestone is a great place, very fast and fair pricing. Many parts are warrantied after repair, so if you need that thing worked on later, you only pay labor. Handy if your car eats brakes or shocks. Good for large repairs or oil and windshield wipers. Tire prices are a tad high, but then again some decided that all tire prices should be a bit high.They do charge a modest fee to look at a car if they dont end up doing the repair. Im not sure if this flat rate or a percent. The last time I had this happen, the car in question had more wrong than ok. It was worth the $20-30 to make the choice to scrap it and buy a new one. If you were thinking of buying a used car, that small fee would be peace of mind.They offer a Firestone card with x number of months at 0%. Watch the the fine print on these cards, as the minimum payment is never enough to pay the card off in that time. Like everything else, the details count.

Literally witnessed a technician drive customers vehicle haphazardly. While also slamming shifter into park, turning ignition switch to the off position with force and exit the vehicle even before it rolled into park. If that were my vehicle Id be disgusted. Wonder how the parking pin or the shifter cable is after that smh attached is the vehicle it was done to if it were to come up with any further issues

The worst experience I ever had . I took my car for headlight change and it was only right side but they tryna rob me by saying I gotta change both and it would cost $450. Kidding me for headlights change. And I told them no it just one side and it never cost that much money for just to change for one light and then the other guy comes and tells that “ Oh they might be misunderstood “ and then he took my for head light change and they Charged me $82 for it. So I thought ohh okay it’s fine but within a week it stop working again so my brother tryna help by checking what’s wrong it but there was the same bulb that the last car repair shop changed it for me . They never even replace it. Just took my moeny . Don’t go here. Scammer alert 🚨

I was going in Cheektowaga next to home depot and last time I was waiting 20 min and 2 guys and one woman was at front desk talking on cellphones again not on company phones so I just left and will never come back.

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and professional. My issue is with the tech who said my rotors were bad and wouldn’t pass inspection. They also scraped the inspection sticker off which resulted in me getting pulled over. I talked to another shop who said this was discretionary but that if it were him he would never go back there. He said my rotors were perfectly safe and able to pass inspection. I will not be going back here ever again. This is a 2016 car that was PERFECTLY safe and within the parameters. Avoid this place at all costs! You have been warnedP.S- read the negative reviews! There is an ongoing theme with this place.

Everyone was extremely friendly and from what I perceive, knowledgeable. The manager, Jarrett, explained everything I needed - why I needed it with great detail and also allowed me to go into the shop with him to have the servicemen show me exactly what was being done to put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend anyone to patronize this location.

Stopped in to replace my severely worn tires. I was able to get them done the same day and in and out with no problem (1 1/2 hours) for a tire install; all 4 tires. Very good deal with the promotions offered. The tech was honest, very knowledgeable and overall pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with the product and service i received today from all the techs, but especially from Matt and Christian; they were wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this firestone location for servicing your car needs.

Worked with Max, got me set up with some Firehawk Indy 500’s at a great price. Cheaper than I could have found online. Also some routine maintenance. Got the lifetime alignments as well, can’t go wrong with that if you have a newer car. Max and everyone I spoke with were great. 👍

I had a great experience with the workers here. Due to my last minute flat tire at almost closing time. They were able to assist me and he’ll me back on the road as soon as possible. Communication between the workers and myself were good and clear. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend others to come to Firestone in your time of auto repair needs!

Do yourself a favor and buy the lifetime alignment. This is well worth the money. If you come back a few times it pays for itself. The guys in this shop are cool never have any issues.

Very easy to make and appointment. They were able to get me right in. Very friendly. Very attentive explained thoroughly what they were going to do. Once I said I didn’t want to add on any other service they did not push the matter! Will definitely be going back.

After listening to the guy at the counter for 10 minutes try to sell me on the Firestone charge card, he insisted that my vehicle needed synthetic oil for my oil change - 3x the price of a standard oil change. My vehicle has used conventional oil for 165,000 miles and runs fine. I understand corporations put sales goals on their retail outlets but I just need an oil change! I’ll find someone else to put regular oil in my car.

I dont know how to thank them enough, except with my continued business with them. They did an exceptional job at diagnosing and repairing my car within a quick time. Even in a severe incident, they managed to get my car on the road. Its hard to state what wonderful people and work is done here. The guys at the shop take pride in their work and do everything they can to ensure quality at value.

This place is overpriced. they told me I would soon need new brakes, then I went somewhere else and got my car inspected and they said my brakes were fine.

Had a flat tire. Matt talked me through the process of fixing it the most budget friendly way possible.Matt Was able to order me the most affordable tire and ensure it was put on my Jeep by the time i needed to pick up my niece from practice at 5 (i dropped it off at 12:30)ANAZING AND SO THANKFUL!

I went in to get my serpentine belt and water pump looked at due to an obvious noise. They told me there was no noise and everything was fine in that area. They also tried to tell me every single one of my fluids were leaking and that it would cost 170$ just to test and clean them.I took my car to a different shop and they were able to hear the noise and replace the belt. They found only 1 leak, cost me 140$

They said it was “company policy” not to use customer-supplied parts. It is intended to force the customer to buy marked up parts. I will not be bringing my business to them any time in the future.

I have been giving this location my business for over 20 years, and they have went above and beyond to earn that business. Always friendly, with a customers experience the most important. They also have competitive pricing, and offer services, such as lifetime wheel alignment at a great price, which I have seen at no other shop. I try to get that alignment once every 6 months, which saves on parts and money. I cant say enough. Thank you Firestone in Depew for 20 years of great service.

I have been a fan of Firestone since I was able to drive. I came here one day and needed new tires before I traveled 5 hours away and they fit me in and got me set. I am now back to get my car tuned up and couldnt be happier with the service they give their customer! Highly recommend.

Mechanics fish for work. Failed a control arm bushing on a three year old car that wasn’t making any noise, deteriorated or loose in any way. Had two other shops tell me they would have passed it. Also offering $10 off if you write them a Google review. Here you go! Support your local shops and not these corporate monsters.

Very satisfied with both the tires I purchased and the brake work done on the car. Service was friendly and knowledgeable and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Lifetime alignment (on sale) was a good deal and a must for winter potholes!

Called to have a tire fixed cause I am stranded at the Buffalo airport with a flat. I understand that there is no field service or towing service. But I asked if I got the tire to them if they could repair it so I can get home tonight. To which I got the response “we probably couldn’t get to it tonight, I am pretty booked up.” They close in an hour. And the sun is shining...I want to home too. Yah so I guess I am suppose to sleep in my truck at the airport? Where is the customer service?

I come here for everything to do with my car. Have for about 20 years. These guys are the best! Wouldnt trust anyone else.

Service was quick, appointment was easy to make online, waiting area was comfortable and provided phone chargers in case one was stuck there longer than expected. I did feel like they steered me immediately toward the most expensive tire so that was slightly off-putting. I told them a needed two new tires and that was the only one the desk guy suggested but other ones showed as available online for that location. Left a shady cloud on an otherwise good experience.

My girlfriend took her car in for an inspection. They told her It needed 600 dollars worth of work done to the suspension and an alignment. She then took the car to Delacey where she bought it and they said the alignment and suspension were both fine. While waiting at firestone another customer said he was sold a lifetime of alignments by a former firestone employee who was a drug addict who sold it to him without putting it in the computer and that she should take her car elsewhere.

Took really good care of me so Happy but I would never bring my car to the Walden store if it was the last mechanic shop on Earth.

Was not pleased with this, especially being I had an appointment and was 10 min early to it.Manager did take some money off cost of services. I did lifetime alignment & wheel balance. I also bought 4 new tires. Sales persons r good but the technicians r poor. I came 3 times for tire priblem. If today they not able to fixed my problem i will believe this is not a complete auto care, just running their dirty bussiness, everytime they discover new problem & show a charge, let see......When I did first alignment 2 months ago, it was not perfect. My steering not straight, left handed, today it’s ok. They are not able to fix my tire sign problem. After wheel balance my dashboard show tire sign & my car vibrating or shaiking while driving. My guess is true. I never come here again.Absolutely worst technicians work here.

Every was ok at first they was nice and the place look nice . But when I went home I Notice my car was still leaning to the left because I went there for a wheel alignment but My car was still leaning to the left so I went back to ask why is this happening. They couldnt give me answer and when I got my car back I notice my astray and my cup was gone. I asked them about it they couldnt tell me anything. Yes that is strange

They knew what was wrong with my car (unlike the place I went to prior that made me waste my money fixing the radiator when the engine was dead). They were professional, kind and told me what was wrong and were honest about the fact they wouldnt invest in the vehicle. Couldnt be happier with my experience here, would recommend to anyone!
