Whe my dryer broke, I went around to the usual big box stores and was dismayed at their so called sales and their financing policies. So while doing more research on another app, I came across a posting for Rodas Appliances. I saw a washer/dryer set that was my dream set, one I would really like, but always cost too much for my budget. Roads had it at a price I could handle. I went to their store and looked at it, talked with the lady there, and put a deposit on the pair. Went back with the cash to pay the rest of the balance, and arranged for delivery--I got same day delivery! They deliver, remove the old machines, and set up the new machines, and demonstrate how to use your new machines. You dont get that from a big box store. These folks are fantastic! I highly recommend this business. Very reasonable prices, good selection and they service what they sell.

When they delivered it, they scratched my floor and put a dent in the fridger raider, then they didn’t give me shelves that fit in the refrigerator, so my shelves are taped to my refrigerator walls. I asked them to replace them, they did not!!!! it’s not even been a whole year since I bought it and it doesn’t work!!!! it broke down in January😠Do Not buy from this disreputable dealer😠

This is the second time we purchased products from Roda’s, and if we ever need to buy anything else, we will definitely stop here first. Great customer service, out of 4 appliances only one had a problem, they were there within an hour and had it fixed within an other hour. Always very polite and friendly. I highly recommend you shop here first, probably won’t need to go anywhere else.Update! The washer and dryer we just bought apparently wasn’t repairable, so they came out within 2 hours and replaced them with a NEW set, not a new “used” set but brand new.Again I have to say that the customer service is great! And always very polite and apologetic for any inconvenience. We will always come here first. Definitely recommend Rodas appliance!!

Only giving 1 because I have to. ****BUYER BEWARE***They sell appliances that are NOT refurbished. Apparently they do not check to ensure that they work properly before they leave their store. Great response when trying to sell you items but will ignore you completely when there is a problem. Stove has not worked properly since it was delivered and complete failure to honor their warranties.

I brought a washing machine and dryer, the washer kepted cutting off, so I went back to the appliance store to let them know. I explain the problem and within 2 hours a technician came out and fixed the problem. He explained step by step to me what was the problem. Im not good at remembering names but he know whom Im taking about, thank you so much. Now its working good.

I saved hundreds of dollars buying an oven from Mr Appliances. The place is not pretty on the outside (or the inside), but as far as I could tell it was run by honest folks. They delivered right on time, the oven works great, and they were quick, courteous and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Got a refrigerator from them last year. Stop working this year. Had a repair person come to fix it. They tried 3 times and not able to fix the problem. This is a 2015 LG and its nonrepairable. Money wasted. Want give us a deal on another one. Just out lost. Will never do business with them again. At least they could have worked with us since we spent so much already.

There were some issues with my dryer and fridge, and some problems reaching them by phone. After I messaged on Facebook messenger they have gotten back to me Everytime, and sent someone out for repairs.

Exellent customer service! True professionals who stand by their products. They came out twice to fix two different issues during warranty. The dryer ventilation system was causing our dryer not to dry our clothes they went above and beyond, explained the situation and corrected it. When we need an appliance in the future will go straight here!!!

Im property manager for Chesapeake Bay Leasing LLC.Google us - we at Chesapeake are a 5 star very well run organization2 months ago I purchased an attractive stainless double oven glass top stove.Delivery was set for next day between noon at 2.No call to the tenants from delivery folks 1/2 hour out as promised - they just show up at 5pm dinner time. Fortunately, the tenants were home prepping dinner.Part of the purchase I was charged an extra $50 to deliver AND remove old stove.They delivered the new stove and then put the old stove out on the back deck to help this luxury waterfront home look like a junk yard.Each time I called Evelyn ( seemingly a nice lady) she promised they would come back and remove old junk stove.Ive called 3 times and despite agreeing, shes done NOTHING about it.All I can do now is pay again and continue sharing this honest and accurate bad news about this company who is willing to damage their rep over a simple delivery mistake.JUST IMAGINE trying to get repair done within their 90 day warranty period. When I get cheated on the small stuff, I know Ill likely get cheated big on the big stuff.Im a busy guy, BUT when it comes to dishonesty and ethics Ill spend plenty of time warning others.UNTRUSTWORTHY ! The renters were fearful for making a mistake, they didnt know what to do, couldnt reach me.The intent of the delivery hacks seems to indicate - less work, see ya later.#5 EVELYN knew it was deliver & remove - thats why she said 3X shed take care of it.So why didnt she??Heres why - the owner answered my review immediately. Meaning he didnt have the time to look into it and sort out the how and whys.He merely assumed the delivery address was the customer and NOT me the property manager. In addition the SPECIFIC paperwork directions didnt mean a thing to him either. Horrible customer service! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Delivery times are inaccurate and the staff doesnt know who is supposed to be delivering your appliances. Never did get the stove and we canceled the order

I love my washer and dryer...I had a small problem and they came out the same day to fix it with no problem.

The fridge that I bought from Rodas appliances did not even last a week from the start up date and of course I am out of warranty . After having the fridge checked by a serviceman, it’s turns out that I need to replace the compressor.
