Got all the help I needed, friendly staff.Got recommendations for similar products that I use but are cheaper and more in my budget. They also helped me find good hair treatment solutions for my husband.Ashley helped me find a new perfume as well that I absolutely love. Not too strong and fruity.Store was very clean.

Staff are so fantastic and helpful! The second I walked in, I got immediate help from Ashley and others in picking out products I otherwise would’ve been lost in, considering I don’t know much about makeup. Ashley and everything else about the experience of shopping here was great! Highly recommend!

Carina at the salon is fantastic. I always get compliments on my hair! She knows how to take care of her customers and puts a lot of thought into what customers truly want for their hair.

I recently was recommended from the Richfield store to get my hair done with Erika who is listed as a Master stylist.I asked for a bayalage and instead of saying she didnt know how to do it, she gave me a full head of highlights about an inch from my roots. I would include pictures because I showed 3 similar pictures of what I wanted and my final hair is not like that.Also, when I asked for more layers in the back because my hair lies flat there, she just gave me more up front. It ultimately doesnt look bad, its just not what I wanted and I wish she would have been upfront and said she didnt know how to do it so I could have gone elsewhere or tried another Ulta as $145+ is quite an investment for hair.

Came in for a concealer but ended up finding out they had availability at their brow bar for a wax and tint. Toni did wonders for my brows and was so gentle and personable. Loved my experience with her and I can’t wait to come back (:

Eden Prairie needed this store. Clean, spacious location, friendly staff. There should be more room in front of registers, it doesn’t feel safe when you have to pass other customers in this narrow space.
