This is the best storage facility I have ever used. Best customer service ever.

There is SO many storage units than one would think if you were looking at it from out on the road if youve never been inside of one !! Very clean, theres elevators !! And there is big dolly carts available to use. Thats very handy and definitley a decision maker when choosing which storage you are gonna use !!

Nice people, easy access facility. Easy to get big vehicles in and out.

I would like to say that this place was better than the place I was storing my belongings in and Portland Oregon but I do have to say I wish the place was not like a freezer or refrigerated because it feels like a deep freeze inside the whole building! It was colder inside than it was outside! A lot of my stuff seemed like it was damp, it was so cold my beauty products that I had in there when I took them into a normal temperature place they all have condensation on the outside of them like they were defrosting! but other than the extreme cold I have no other complaints about the place my stuff was secured and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Called twice to try to update my autopay credit card info, they have an unresponsive answering service that refuses to put you through to the facility to get the task done. First time I was promised a call back and never got it, just an email telling me to go to the website (which is lousy and unclear as well.) Seems like they are more interested in making you default and pay more in fees then they are in providing service. And they just raised all the rates TWICE within one year. STAY AWAY!

Its like a giant junk drawer for stuff I dont want to look at.

First they never sent out a letter to notify my mom that her storage was due. She pays every six months and has never been late. Then they dont contact her til the month is almost up. Charging her not one late fee but two. We go to pay the bill and the storage attendant was out to lunch with the time posted she was due back. When she came back went in the building though didnt open up. I waited for about twenty mins and then knocked on the door. Actually both doors, the front door and the door to the onsite person. Went and did something else, came back she was open. Then asked why they never notified my mom was told everyone is notified by email. My mom doesnt have email. This storage place was a great place til corporate took over. And the employee told me to F**k off when I got upset. Wouldnt recommend, the customer service is horrible.

At storage place ago. This one is middle of the road. The units not climate controlled. The management and staff are okay. However, its location makes it pretty safe. Its not on a main road noticeable by common thieves.

I need a storage for a month, and found this jem. Reasonable prices and clean and not on a busy street. Staff was helpful and friendly. I would defiantly recommend this storage business to friends abd family.

My experience here wasnt so great but Im pretty sure it was a 1 time thing so it could be different. I would still recommend this place to anyone who needs storage space.
