Fantastic facility. We dealt with Tatyana, a true professional!! We rented two units during a home move, on a couple of occasions we needed extra carts and we also needed to have the doors temporary left in the open position. She was on top of it and assisted us on multiple occasions, making our move less stressful and more efficient.

Tatyana and Hillary made my move from out of state to Washington flawless. They received my shipment through UPS, took pictures to show/confirm with me, and stored them. Plus, my shipment was extremely heavy, each box weighing at around 100 lbs. The facility is clean and very easy to access. I cannot appreciate them more. My move would have been impossible without them.

This is a wonderful place. Clean, well lit and easy access. One of the best things about this Life Storage is Tatyanna. Friendly and well trained. She makes staff interaction a good thing. There needs to be more people like Tatyanna in this world.

I have pretty low expectations for self-storage in general, but this place lowered the bar. Although they had no problem taking my money every month, access to my unit was restricted twice. One time was after hours, so there was no recourse other than to wait (good thing I didnt absolutely need anything at the time). The second time I had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to get back onto the office (only a trainee was present). She told me in order to prevent getting locked out in the future, I would need to move all my belongings to another unit and transfer my account. No thanks, Ill just move them somewhere else. The other issue is that on two out of a handful of times I was there, the same car was loitering outside the door to my unit and throwing their trash all over the place. The manager is aware of the situation and is alright with it (she did at least clean up the trash while they sat in their car). Im not usually one to complain, but there are plenty of other storage options, choose wisely.

Tatiana was a wonderful help to me and my mom while figuring out which unit we needed. The first one wasn’t the right size, so we went back and Tatiana helped with no problem to switch to a bigger one! Very friendly place!!

Great storage location in Federal Way. Facility is clean and the Customer Service onsite person Tatyanna was excellent. She was attentive, friendly and helpful which made the new unit setup and registration process smooth. Recommend this Life Storage location for anyone looking for self storage in the area and Tatyanna is definitely the person you want to speak to in order to get the best service.

Josiah brooks is the most kind professional employee ! Every time I come in he greets me even if there are other people in the store he motions that he will be right with me ! Josiah was on his break and he opened up the store for me to get in to make a payment with no hesitation, every time he has contacted me he has used words like ms and ma’am he always has ended the call with asking me if there is anything else he can help me with or You have a great day he is such a great face for the company and such a professional !

I chose Life Storage during a big life transition. The staff has been friendly and knowledgeable.Tatyanna in particular was a complete rockstar on the day of my move out. The hired moving company was late and truly out for $$. Tatyanna was supportive, kind, and helpful to me in the fallout of their actions. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and compassion. 10 stars! Above & beyond!!

This place is very clean and huge. I dealt with this facility for about a month. I was assisted by Josyiah who was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his time helping me pick the right size unit I needed. I will highly recommend Life Storage to anyone looking for great service.

This place is by far the worst storage facility that I have ever been to. First when I arrived there was no one in the office even though it was only 3pm. I signed up online and chose a premium unit. I was assigned a unit and I proceeded to it. I found that even though it was posted that it was going to be close and convenient it was nothing of the sort. I was placed on the second floor about 3 rows back. I dont know how this qualifies for a surcharge. To make matters even worse the entrance into my building has a huge bump in front of the door instead of a smooth ramp. The first load I brought in ended up damaged due to it, and I broke about $50.00 dollars in plates. This facility is horrible and expensive for the shoddiness.

The most secure storage facility Ive ever used… perhaps overly secure, but oh well.For example:(1) you gotta enter your assigned code twice (1st for the gate, then for the building your unit is in).(2) the kinda lock the units have are something Ive never seen before.

I worked with them for only a month or so, but they were great. From setup to closure, Hilary and Josyiah were an absolute pleasure. The unit was extremely secure in its functionality and the location can’t be beat. Would recommend them to anyone!
