Olympic Moving & Storage stored my things for 6 months while I was traveling. All employees were very responsive and helpful during the actual moving process and time in storage. I appreciated that a rep came out to survey my things and give me a legitimate quote. The movers were quick and friendly.

Had them do a move for my company recently, and just top notch service. On time, friendly staff that went out of their way to help me with some additional work. All my items delivered in great shape, couldnt ask for more. Really happy I went with Olympic.

We were moving from Kent to Covington and had George, Anthony and Carl as our movers and they were awesome! Showed up on time, got right to work, very professional, were very careful with delicate items and just did an amazing job! We were very happy with the service we received.

My husband contacted Olympic Moving & Storage about obtaining a quote for moving assistance. My husband was told that he needed to electronically sign a document in order for them to send the quote to us. My husband did as he was requested.We ended up choosing to go with another company. We naturally assumed that not contacting the company back would be a signal to the company that we chose to go with a different company. Out of the blue without any warning or authorization on our part 2 movers show up this morning saying that they were here to pack our stuff. Then we get a call from the company wanting to discuss what happened. We were told that because we signed for the quote that automatically booked us with them. My husband and I were never once told this and the paperwork did not tell us this information. When I said that we chose to go with another company the employee was quite rude and hung up the phone on me.I rated 2 stars as the first person who helped us set up the appointment for the quote was very nice and helpful. The rest of the experience was not good.

I had to coordinate a move of a 35,000 sq ft building into two buildings totaling less than 15,000 sq ft. The original building had been there for 50 years and was going to be remodeled over the next two years so this was just a temporary move. Nevertheless, it was an extensive process with a lot of moving parts. It was broken down over a period of 10 weeks into three move phases with construction crews preparing the temporary locations.Kenny, from Olympic Moving in Federal Way, was my right hand the entire time. He had his crew from the shop Marcus, Rich, Jose who were all very good at their job. When needing a larger crew they were able to get workers there including Bekins Northwest.During each of the phases Kenny and I were able to coordinate what needed to be done in an efficient and professional way allowing me to meet my deadline. At the end of the move there were six to ten truck loads they were able to take to the transfer station which was immensely helpful.In two years when it is time to move back into the 35,000 sq ft building I will definitely contact Olympic Movers and highly recommend them for any size of move.A huge thank-you to Dave, Kenny and all the people who contributed to the success of this project.

First, they promised they would put my mattresses in bags when they got to the warehouse, because they forgot to bring them. They arrived without bags and the handles on the sides were ripped out. My belongings were handed over to another truck line, loaded and reloaded. They arrived 8 days late with significant damage to valuable furniture. It was obviously handled very roughly. A wood table has a chunk of wood broken off and missing. A cherry dining chair was wracked around so that all the joints are loose and it cant be used. There are scratches and gouges in tables. One of my pole lamps is broken in two. Plus, pieces of furniture dismantled at origin were not put back together. It took another two weeks and multiple phone calls by me to get them to return and do that. I kept getting handed off to different people as contacts throughout the process. I should have just moved it myself instead of trusting these people. They give a lot of lip service up front. And yes, i got insurance. But theres a deductible and i have to do all the work to set values for repair/ replace. Not holding out any hope that Ill recoup anything, given the treatment Ive gotten so far.

I cannot express how thankful I am for Adam & Kenny. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and funny. This was a stressful time and they made the process 100% stress free! Thank you so so much! I will absolutely use you again in the future.

Large move of a 4000 sq ft house from Seattle burbs to LA area. Move was well coordinated to meet a tight set of dates for packing, moving, arrival and unloading. Packers and movers showed up on time and with a reasonable number of people to get the house packed. Guys who loaded did an awesome job getting everything to fit tight. The driver we had was friendly and knowledgeable and kept his word on timing of the transport. Guys who unloaded at the new house were also pleasant and professional and fast..

Used for a local move, Olympic was superb in their communications. Previous to each work day they provided a 30 minute arrival window and met it every day. On the day of unloading someone from the office called to check on progress and ensure everything was going well/as planned. The employees who packed, loaded and unloaded were all friendly and took great care with the household belongings. They never assumed, if they were not sure about an item they would ask. Though not all of the same employees were on site every day, there was one that remained each day which ensured excellent continuity of information. Overall fantastic service.

Olympic moving and storage worked great for us. They were efficient and fast. They were a great group to work with. They came in and got the job done and did everything safely. I feel my stuff is secure. They are trustworthy and a valuable resource during a move.

For the most part Olympic Moving and Storage did a good job. They were fairly quick and did the job as expected. The only thing that kept them from getting a 5 stars was that they did not have any shoe covers and it was raining outside that day. Even when I asked, I kept having to ask the movers to lay down blankets and sheets so that they wouldnt walk all over my house in their shoes. I ended up having to lay protectors down for them a couple of times. They missed the estimate by almost an hour but as I said, they were fairly quick and none of them were ever just standing around so I can overlook this. All in all, a solid 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars for me.

Quick and easy!The quote was fair. The movers were personable and professional. They showed up 1/2 earlier than the appointment window and absolutely kicked butt! Would definitely recommend to a family or friend.

The two guys were very prompt and super efficient. I was quoted 8 hours (which I knew was nowhere near right) and the move took 5 including all the travel time. Super polite and helpful. Would recommend.

They arrived on time and they got the whole house in 4 hours. We dont have a lot of stuff but it was done in a timely fashion and we were very pleased all around! The Packers and loaders were very professional and did an excellent job! Will use them again!

I needed help loading a truck. They sent two very capable and professional movers to do the job. They said the guys were their normal crew. They did good work. Four hour minimum, but worth it.

My family and I needed to move from WA to AZ and this company and its staff went over and beyond to help us with and questions we had. They treated us like family.On the surface other moving companies seemed cheaper but they had many hidden fee on other charges. If I had to do it all over again I would have chose to give my business to Olympic Moving and Storage. The guys from olympic did an outstanding job, the move took longer than expected but the 2 guys just kept going and smiling the whole time. Normally i dread moiving but this was the easiest move ever.

Although they arrived and started later than the scheduled time, the individuals that moved me were professional and thorough. I wad very pleased with this company and the employees.

The movers were very friendly from the time I opened the door. They were professional throughout the entire process and even helped me work around my schedule as I had a lot going on during the time I was moving. The only negative thing I can report is that they did leave a few items behind, which Im guessing was partially due to poor communication on my part. However, I called to report the mishap and there was no push back, they just promptly arranged to pick up the stuff the next. Definitely great customer service!

I needed help for moving one particularly large and heavy piece of furniture from my garage to my office. My movers showed up in the designated window. They were friendly and helpful as I walked them through to see where they needed to land the piece, backwards out to the still boxed armoire in the garage. They proceeded very efficiently and were mindful throughout the process not to damage either the armoire, or the wood floors and walls along the way. They had to move through a fairly narrow space but were able to complete the job very quickly. As a bonus, they took the box and packing materials with them, saving me from having to break it all down. They even offered suggestions for the future, if I have to move, reminding me that the next guys should be sure to request X, Y, and Z to protect the carved face of the armoire. I couldnt have been more pleased with the process and if I ever have to move in the future, these guys will be my go-to company.
