Several people recommended Brock’s and I’m glad they did. I had several repairs needed and they did them all within a day at a fair price. Definitely recommend!

In my experience, its difficult to find mechanics who are trustworthy.They either claim the vehicle needs work that it doesnt; claim to fix things that they dont; or lose / break things in the process of fixing the vehicle.I took my Chrysler 200 to Brocks because I had just paid it off and wanted to get some things taken care of: the front suspension was shot; the brakes needed replacing; and the wheel/ speed sensors were malfunctioning causing problems with the ABS system and anti-skid control.These guys determined a solution for each issue, quoted me a reasonable price, and had the vehicle back in tip-top shape in no time.I do believe Ive finally found a mechanic I can trust.

Despite having just told them what the problem was that needed to be fixed, the person I spoke with on the phone said they would charge me a $95 diagnostic fee. What kind of place charges a diagnostic fee when the customer already KNOWS what the issue is? Brocks had a chance to earn a loyal customer, and they fumbled the opportunity. This leads me to question the number of 5* reviews for this place...makes me think theyre from people close to or involved with the business...that or theyre from people who really dont know their vehicles that well.

I have been taking my car to Brocks for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. Theyve always been straightforward with what the issue was. Ive never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. I highly recommend their services!

I started using BROCK’S because the dealership, where I bought my van, caused more problems than they fixed! BROCKS has been wonderful and “Big Bertha” is still running af the top of her game!! They stand behind their work and I’ve been pleased at the reliable work done!

Brocks charged $89 for a diagnosis that I never received, although I had asked only for an estimate.The Jeep dealer had given me a diagnosis, but could not perform the service until a week later, so I took my vehicle to Brocks for repairs.I gave Brocks the dealers diagnosis and asked for an estimate. Brocks called me a day or two later and said that they would need to re-diagnose the vehicle, to which I reminded them that I was only looking for an estimate based on the dealers diagnosis. Brocks refused and threatened to hold my vehicle until I paid the $89 diagnosis fee. When I protested, the caller from Brocks decided to threaten and insult me and the person I sent to pick up my vehicle.I paid the diagnosis fee to get the vehicle back, and received a blank invoice, which contained no diagnosis at all (see posted photos).When I brought the vehicle back to the dealer to have the service performed after all, the same diagnosis was received, the replacement part installed, and all is well.Brocks is not to be trusted; they took my $89.00 and gave me nothing in return. No diagnosis nor the estimate I originally requested.William

I have been a customer for over 12 years. They are always friendly, quick and even ready to help in small ways that only take a couple of minutes. They are honest and I have found them to be more affordable than dealerships or other repair facilities wouldnt use anyone else

My mother has been a customer for years. My father was a Auto Mechanic all his life from Tank and small aircraft in the military to here in Houston. So I am familiar with the Auto repair industry. After my father passed in 1991 my mother and I had difficulty trusting any Mechanic but Brocks has become our trusted place to go. They are polite and more importantly Honest in their work.

Had a broken shifter cable. Brocks had me back in business in less than 24 hours. Final price came in even lower than what he estimated to me over the phone. Dennis kept me informed of whats going on (didnt have to call to ask) and handled it all with professionalism and courtesy. Brocks will definitely continue to get my car repair business.

I will not use any shop except Brock’s. Been using Donny and company since they were located in South Houston. Maybe three decades. I have never experienced any type of over charging. I have always been 100 percent satisfied with their work. Fast professional service all the time every time.

I had a horrible experience. I took my car in because my check engine light was on. I was hoping to get an honest diagnosis but that was not to be the case. Not only did they charge me over $3000.00 for unnecessary miscellaneous repairs my check engine light came on again minutes after driving off. I had to take it back multiple times and still they were unable to properly diagnose nor willing to refund my money. I ended up taking it to Lexus and they diagnosed and repaired. I would highly suggest avoiding this business as they do not stand behind their work nor do they care about customer satisfaction.

Brocks replaced my rear main seal to resolve a slow oil leak. About 6 months later the slow leak returned. Brocks repaired it and also replaced a burned out tail light free of charge. Im very impressed with their honesty and commitment to true customer service. I will be giving them all of my car repair business going forward.

Watch out for unneeded repairs. I went in to have a parking brake cable repaired. The boss looked and told the mechanic to check to make sure the parking brakes were ok. Fine but the mechanic looked under my vehicle and saidyup, theyre worn. I asked him how he could see inside an enclosed brake drum to determine that they were worn. He mumbled something about most of them are worn out after two or three years. They would take care of this problem for only another $350.I told them to take my vehicle off the lift and I left as fast as I could.

Love Brocks, only place I will take my vehicles. They are honest and will not do work that is not needed. They also wont nickel and dime you. If something doesnt need fixed they will be upfront and tell you its fine. Been using them for at least 10 years, wont go anywhere else!

Had my Toyota Camry wheel bearing replaced. I was quoted a initial price over the phone, when I picked up the car and pay for it, the price was lower than quoted. I was impressed!! Car runs great!! Thank you! I’ll will be back if any further issues with my car.

My mechanic of nearly 20 years got too busy for me so I reluctantly began searching for a new one when my diesel truck smelled like fuel. They diagnosed and fixed it overnight. My former mechanic usually kept it a week! Very pleased. Also checked for an oil leak that my former mechanic suspected and told me there was none. Felt like they were straight talkers.

I rented a storage unit next to Brocks at Public Storage. I lost my key and asked the office at Public Storage to come cut the lock off so I could put on a new one. I was told that only the manager can cut off a customers lock and she was in Houston. I had movers that were to meet me at the unit in about 15 minutes to move the contents to another Storage facility that is cheaper. I was going to have to reschedule the move altogether when I thought I would check and see if Brocks would allow me to use a pair of bolt cutters.. The owner Donny said no problem and lent me a pair of boltcutters which did the trick and I was able to continue my plans to move the storage items as planned!

Very nice job. Went to Brocks because of reviews and they lived up to them. I had already spent a bunch of money on my brake problem and they fixed it in a day and for a very fair price.They could have nailed me but they didnt.Dennis is a great guy and he has good technicians. Ill definitely be back if I have other problems.Thanks guys.

Very impressed been there twice they fixed the pinion seal in the differential and today their record came and picked up my truck and put a new fuel pump in the gas tank very satisfied with the price and Dennis was great help

So unprofessional and rude. I came up to ask the guys a simple question about a certain noise I here my car doing, and the first guy just looks at me and rolls his eyes and continues working on the car he was working on. THEN, I walk over to the next guy and he pretended he didn’t hear me say “excuse me”. So another young guy just says “the office is right there”. I told him I just had one simple question and he proceeds to say “the office is right there”. So I left and went to Kwik Kar right next to them and those guys we’re ABSOLUTELY nice and very informative. Brock’s Car care is the worst.

I have been taking my vehicles to Brocks for over 16 years. The cost sometimes may be a bit on the high side, but you get what you pay for. Trust is big thing with me, especially with my vehicles. They have always treated me and my wife with respect and have not fixed anything unnecessarily.

Most unprofessional business I ever dealt with. Brought my car in because it idled wrong they call me 3 minutes later saying it was my 02 sensors I disagree but proceed thinking they know whats wrong and was charged 340 bucks for this issue that fixed nothing. Then to top it off was spoke to with complete disrespect.. was told to never bring my vehicles back as if I ever would. The moal of the story is they missed the diagnosis and then stuck me with bill and a car that wasnt fixed.
