I just now pulled up, ask the Service Advisor if their car wash is OPEN today (it’s 40 degrees and some car washes aren’t open since it’s this cold). He says “We don’t do free washes”.Immediately I asked him to repeat himself and he did.I said “Did I ask you if it was free or if it was open?”Her back pedals and apologizes realizing how rude that comment was.I tell him “All I need is a Car Wash and to have air in my tires”.He says “It will take too long can you go somewhere else?”I LITERALLY BOUGHT MY CAR FROM STERLING MCCALL!!!!

Dont come here for a Car ..I got a car from here two weeks ago the person that sold the car was a black man name Tony Hendricks lied about the car and said everything was good but two weeks later my check engine light come on because the Catalytic. I called and told him how did you guys pass a car for a state Expection. He didnt say anything just kept saying it pass. They clear Colds so they can get your registration sticker, and lie to get your money, they all in the building is in on it..

I recently had the 25K service done on our 2017 Lexus RX 350. I talked to my favorite service specialist Ricky Walls and made the appointment. We used their Valet service and arranged to have the vehicle picked up from our house. The service was excellent, both the pick up guy Isaiah and the delivery guy David upon completion of service were excellent. I would give them 5 out of 5. Ricky is if not the best, one of the best in his profession.

I need a car.

I was coming in to test drive and put a deposit down on a Toyota Highlander at 5:00pm. Instead of reserving the car, my salesman, Tony Hendricks, gave me false representation, and the car was sold before I could arrive. He did not call to inform of the sale until 4:45pm, when I had just arrived at the dealership. This is unacceptable and not customer friendly.
