The lady at the front desk Lena with the lashes was dressed very nice. She exemplified great customer service she was vey professional. She is definitely an asset to the company she knew just as much as any manager I’ve ever came in contact with at boost

This review is a few months overdue, but the young man who helped me was very helpful and explained things better than the phone customer service reps had. Im satisfied with my service on the extended network now that Ive gotten a phone compatible with it, and I dont see myself switching away from Boost any time soon.

Terrible customer service in angier. Manager is somewhat helpful but all other employees except Jeanette were very mean and hateful. Rude and disrespectful!!! Bad business!!!

Had a very bad experience today dealing with Ange the girl that works morning shifts on Sundays, she was completely unprofessional, I was tiring to get her to help my fix my problem with my sim card that I bought from her 3 weeks ago, I am not receiving any text messages on my new phone but she was so rude to me and my wife and asked us to go call the customer service to help us. I am so disappointed.

This is a terrible place. The manager assisted me. However she messed up and my phone was disabled for two hours. I had told her I was traveling and desperately needed it to stay connected. She was too busy asking me personal questions and talking on her personal cell phone. I would never do business there again.

Worst cell phone store Ive EVER been in. The sales staff are uneducated, rude and dont care. I walked in at 7:15 and was immediately told that they were closing at 8 in an attempt to rush me out the door. The staff could barely answer any questions I had about the phones and acted like I was an inconvenience. Also, just FYI - the phones they sell are low quality and after 7 days, ITS YOURS. They do nothing to help you. You have to contact the manufacturer of the phone and wait for weeks apparently, like anyone has time for that. Shop somewhere else!

Triangle Wireless in Fuquay is a Joke!I go in for help with a phone I purchased FROM THEM and PAY for insurance EVERY MONTH to walk out madder than when I walked in.The Staff is Clueless and Rude.If want to get very upset I recommend this place and the Rude people in it who know as much about phones as I do!SUCKS CUZ IVE SPENT WAYYYY TO MUCH MONEY THERE.
