Ive never broken or cracked a device until recently. the pictures are the befores and afters of the first time I broke it a few months ago. I sent them a message for a quote and they responded immediately and they were super helpful. the fix took about 45 mins to an hour just like they had said! did some grocery shopping in the mean time haha. I just broke it again yesterday morning and they responded immediately after opening and it only took about 30 mins this time. the people here are so friendly and helpful especially Dylan, he is a fantastic dude and I appreciate him! thank you all so much for your help, I will be coming here for any future breaks and I recommend 10/10!!!

Recently went on a trip and somehow my charging port got went and stopped working. TCR replaced the part for about $70 and the phone worked perfectly again. Unfortunately, I noticed that my mobile connection wasnt working and I kept receiving a message my network was abnormal. Went back to TCR to get that part repaired and they were nice enough to fix the issue without charge.Everyone I worked with was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything.

I needed same-day service to repair iphone 6 charging port problem. My aunt is in a nursing home and depends on the phone as her lifeline to the outside world. Scheduling the 30-minute appt. in Fuquay-Varina was easy online. I dropped it off, took care of some business correspondence which I mailed at the post office, and got the call that the phone was ready. The repair tech was friendly, courteous, and competent. The process was as smooth and easy as could be. I highly recommend TCR for repairs and will definitely use them if the future, if need be.

It was extremely easy to book an appointment and the website was easy to navigate. I brought my iPhone 7 in for a battery change. Took 45 minutes and I shopped nearby. Works perfect! No need to have my phone continuously connected to a charger and everything works great! I will definitely use them again for phone repairs.

I called TCR to get information on having my Moto Z2 play screen replaced and Mike was very helpful and informative. Mike asked questions and offered information that I didnt know or think about and there was never any pressure to bring my phone in to get it fixed. My brother in law had his IPhone screen replaced at TCR and was very happy with the cost and how fast it was repaired. We will be going back to TCR for help if needed in the future.

I would highly recommend TCR!! We have gone to them twice. The first time, our phone was still under a limited warranty and TCR told us about it and helped us to get our phone to the right place for the limited warranty to fix repairs (instead of trying to make money off of our repairs...they made sure we were well taken care of!). We have also used them for another repair since then. They are honest and do a great job. Fast and reliable with great customer service.

Made appointment on line. Technician met with me on outside, under the canopy. He did a quick functional check and confirmed I needed a new battery in my Apple SE. Service was quick, 1 hour. Tech showed me screen capture of the battery capacity before and after the battery replacement. It is great to have the numerical values of the improvement.

My phone wouldnt charge, so I took it to Verizon (my provider) and they said I needed a new phone. I then stopped by TCR for a second opinion and they fixed it! Mike at TCR was awesome last week when my iPhone 5S died, and I wanted to see if it could be fixed before investing in a new one. I was grateful to find out they took walk-ins - really, curbside consultation to keep everyone safe. Mike took my phone and tried several different fixes (I knew it was a longshot). When the fixes didnt work, he put my phone back together (no charge) and offered to share information for data recovery services (knowing that I was trying to retrieve this from the phone). The customer service was awesome, and Id definitely go back to TCR with any future repair needs.

Awesome experience, friendly service, 35 minutes to change the screen, phone looks like new. Used a groupon and they seemed very happy to honor the groupon. TCR also does other phone repairs so I will definitely return when need service for my phone and recommend anyone who is in need of phone repair to give them a try.

My IPhone 8 Plus wouldn’t charge anymore. TCR was great! They even tried to clean the charging port for me to see if that would fix my issue and save me money but it was shot. It took them about 45 minutes to replace my charging port and I had them replace the battery while they had it open. I can’t even tell it was opened up to be honest. It charges and holds a charge like it did when it was brand new! They were very fast and professional I would definitely recommend them!

Had an iPad repaired (broken screen glass) They took 2months to return my repaired iPad. To top it off it was an off market screen with out the anti-reflective coating (as per the Apple store at Crabtree Mall)Edit: In his response, Dillon B (the owner) identified me as Mr and Mrs Edmark, someone else with whom they have apparently had service issues. In his response Dillon B says initial repair and warranty repair period was only 1 month in total and offered a full refund which he says they have not claimed. Interesting info; irrelevant however, since they are not me.Let me help you identify my acct. I dropped off an iPad Air 2 at your Fuquay store on 5/29/18 to repair a cracked screen. I did not get it back until 8/8/18. That is over 2 months! On top of that, its not OEM or Apple authorized screen. When I picked my iPad up from TCR I commented to store personnel that the screen appeared dim and reflected the overhead lights a bit much. I was assured that it only appeared that way because the office was so bright. The more I use my iPad the more the highly reflective surface has become a source of annoyance. Ive included a photo for reference.

I had S problem with a dark screen. I couldnt Get the phone back up. Stopped by TCR and within seconds he was able to see and fix my problem. Somehow my screen setting turned dark. No charge. Great experience and I would Highly recommend this.comoany.

In May I fell for the groupon cheap screen. Real bad idea. As soon as I got my phone back it started with the screen flickering and certain letters wouldn’t type while texting. Then one morning I woke up and the phone would not turn on. I called tcr and they said they couldn’t find me in their system. After 20 minutes they finally found me in their system and told me that I would need probably need a better screen installed that the groupon screen is a low quality screen. I said I wanted a refund and they turned into a big ordeal. I took my phone to a different repair store to have them see what the actual problem was. I was told by them the screen was the cheapest junk they had ever seen. Had all sorts of Chinese symbols and writing on the back of the screen. I then had to pay them to put on the right screen. At least my phone works now. Just hated I had to go through all of this.This review isn’t directed to Dillion. It’s directed to the cheap parts they are using.

My daughters ipad had something wrong with the charger port. I was referred to TCR by a coworker. She had her phone fixed at a another place and the buttons wouldnt work anymore. They took great care of her and got her phone working for a very affordable price. I was very pleased with the service I received as well. The very nice gentleman fixed my pad promptly and I left with a huge smile on my face. My daughter didnt even have to go a day without her pad. I was so worried I was going to have to spend a bunch of money fixing it or have to replace it but thanks to TCR she is on it as we speak!!

They told me thirty minutes so I ran to the grocery store for a bit and came back expecting to wait a few more minutes...but nope...they had it repaired quicker than promised. My whole experience from start to finish was easy and pleasant. I texted probably a million questions and received prompt responses to all of them. This store has taken all necessary precautions to protect their customers during the Covid 9 pandemic which I definitely appreciate. I took a IPhone 📱to this location to have the cracked screen fixed on 9-23-19. The guy working there was very nice and helpful with a issue I had with my Groupon. He fixed the screen and got it done quicker than expected. Very satisfied and I have had that experience at these stores quite a few times ..... 4 iPhones in my family so we have had a few cracked screens ! 🤨

They’ve saved me several times when I needed to rescue my phone from almost certain death. I never like having to go there, but I know they can always do what I need. The giant dude at the front desk is personable and kind. He told me he wouldn’t charge me for a new screen if it didn’t solve my problem. It did thankfully, but I couldn’t believe how nice he was to charge me only after he was 100% sure my phone would be on.

Took my phone in to have the battery replaced because it was down to 80% capacity. When I got it back it was still at 80%. In the last week and a half the capacity has dropped to 71% and it says to have it serviced. I returned to the store and they replaced it again. It is working fine now. They stood behind their work.

We went in to have a battery replaced. The process was quick and easy, in and out in about 15 minutes or less. The price was also great. I would recommend TCR to anyone in need of their services.

I was supposed to submit a review a while ago but to keep my word, I had never tried to get a phone screen fixed before when I found them, they were quick and easy. I had to replace my sons Android cell phone screen. I did have to wait a few days for the particular screen to come in but I was in and out and they were timely with making sure they were done with the fix at the time quoted. Great job.

Ive used TCR since they opened and find that they always do a great job. The employees are friendly, knowledgable and speedy. The prices are also reasonable.

Good staff but they do not use certified apple products like real screens etc... Had two experiences where the phone was completely destroyed after repair due to what can only be called an uncertified or even inauthentic repair. Cannot touch the phone screen without insane amounts of glitching and no control over what happens on the phone. One can’t even be restarted because of the issues. This is not a reflection of the staff, but more than likely the product used.

I had marks on my display between the glass and the LCD screen. Michael worked on it and got most of it off. He completed the job within a few hours and did not charge for the work. Brought my daughters iPad mini 2 in for a cracked screen repair several months ago. The service was excellent, they even resolved a sensory issue on the screen while doing the repair. Repair was done in less than an hour. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

When I went to pick my phone up, THEN I got the disclaimers. I understood they would not warranty a screen kit I provided - but they wanted more than the price of the phone to replace the screen otherwise. I was not told when we replace these screens theres a chance it will crack when being snapped into place Yes the technician took half off the price of the repair - But I took it in there to have someone who knew what they were doing replace the screen in order to avoid this problem. So I have a repaired phone with a cracked screen. Not going back and will not recommend them to anyone other than as a place to avoid.

I am very unhappy with repair and service that I received from the Fuquay location.I brought my Motorola phone with a minor crack in the screen to be repaired. I ordered the screen and it took a week to get sent to the shop. I was told when they replaced the screen that it wasnt the correct screen (a slightly different size) and they had a hard time fitting it to my phone. However they had already replaced the screen and my old screen could not be put back on. The phone seemed to work fine and I left.Two days later I noticed the edge of the screen lifting off from the phone. I brought the phone back in and had to wait for them to use a better adhesive to stick the screen down. I was again told by a different tech that the screen wasnt the correct one. I was left wondering why they wouldnt correct their error at this point...About seven days after this incident I noticed the screen lifting again. I went to press the screen down and the corner shattered and pieces came off the corner. The screen was shot and unusable. I couldnt even unlock the phone.I returned to the store for the third issue and was told it would take at least three days to order the right screen. I left and then called the store to ask about a loaner phone for the time being. I was told they dont do that. I had to purchase a temporary phone and monthly plan to cover the time period I would be with out a phone ($60).Four days later I called to ask about the screen and was told it would be about three more days and that they do have a loaner phone....Finally the screen came in I came in to fix the phone again and when I got my phone back the tech had lost the volume toggle button and gave me my phone back and said he was sorry. I made a call shortly thereafter and found out that my speaker was also broken and I was unitelligable to the other person.Returned to the store again and asked for a refund. I was told they would have to put my old shattered screen back on to the broken phone first. I finally negotiated a refund and have since had to buy a new phone (same model) but it was $40 more than the original price.Due to the stores errors I feel as though I am out $100 more than the screen repair should have cost me (60 for temporary phone and 40 for more phone).I will never go to TCR again or recommend to anyone. I will also be submitting a review of the store online and through social media.

I called up to check on how long it would take to repair an iPhone 6 and got no answer. 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was Rick returning a phone call with no left message. I showed up shortly before closing and he assessed and replaced a broken screen, LED, and battery. I couldnt be more impressed with the type of guy Rick seems to be and how he completely owns the shop hes running. Will definitely return if need be and highly recommend.

My phone is very important to me I use it for work and I have to have it working so I can do my job properly. I went camping before the Fourth of July weekend with my family to Jordan lake and I had a fall with my phone “iPhone 6+” it cracked the screen and messed up the touch to! They seemed like they knew what they were doing had a bunch of positive reviews so I made a appointment for Monday morning ASAP I went in and the gentleman greeted me I wish I can remember his name very nice guy! He was some tattoos on his arm? Anyhow told him what happened gave him my phone he said it was going to be about 30-40 mins so I left my info went out got breakfast and a haircut came back and my phone was fixed! It actually works better than before! Also I was surprised at the bill very affordable! I would 100% Recommend TCR and I hope it doesn’t happen again but if I EVER have another problem with my phone I will go to them again. Thanks guys!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I found the Fuquay Varina store a few weeks ago through a Groupon I purchased. The manager, Rick, and the person who fixed my phone, Dillon, were simply amazing! I was placed at ease handing over a device that simply has ALL my personal information and I paid less than my service contract with Verizon. Above all else the Customer Service was EXCEPTIONAL!! I referred a friend the following week for a phone screen repair and I am visiting them again today as my son has a damaged screen. This office is a 40 minute drive for me, but totally worth the drive!! The office is very new and kid friendly. They even had a very clean entertaining kid corner for my daughter.Thank you TCR!!!

Replacement of screen was handled quickly and without an issue. Location needs to review phone security policy. Store employee asked to have unlock code, then proceeded to go to the back room, close the door and repair phone. How is customers data secure?

Shattered my iPhone 6 glass last night, called TCR this morning and Rick told me to come on in. He took down my details, took the phone into the back, and in less than 30 minutes sent me on my way with a new glass and some handy suggestions. My iPhone 6.5 died would not charge I was told by Verizon to go to TVR. Had no clue. It they said that guy can install a new battery(my phone would not charge).
