Amazing customer service!! There were two worker a boy his name started with a A maybe Austin? and he had long hair and a girl with glasses were both very understanding to helping us with it phone& they were super friendly & nice and just over all awesome with helping me n my daughter! Definitely recommend coming to this shop. They have lots of variety of phone and more! 10 out of 10!

If I could give Cameron and Steven ten stars I would, I had a number of issues with my phone and both of them helped me immensely,their professionalism, customer service and eagerness to help was above and beyond anything I expected, I truly appreciate the help, wishing them two nothing but the best.

Amazing customer service. To be honest I would have left Metro a while back if it wasnt for the customer service that Josh, Cameron and Steve provide me and my family. I have referred a number of people to them. I dont know how the other stores are but the Fuquay branch is awesome.

I went into this store a couple days ago. I was on a family plan with some friends and the account holder of the plan sadly passed away due to complications with COVID-19. I needed to get the my service separated so that I had my own plan. The manager of the store Joshua was so extremely helpful. He was attentive to my request and respectful of the situation. He was able to get everything done and in addition was able to credit my account for this month. I’m so grateful for Josh’s help! Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend this store and it’s employees!!

My girlfriend & I went in the store to get a hotspot for our business, we ended up coming out with a phone, & 2 tablets which was a GREAT deal & with the special help of Joshua! He went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before we walked foot out of the store! His attitude, customer, EVERYTHING about him & the store was GREAT! Be very careful. They will tell one price then they will charge you extra. The guy who served me today(I know his name I dont want to make it public) told me everything will be $816 then he cherged me $856. I asked him why he did that he was so confused he wasnt able to give me any reason. I ended up canceling everything and leave after I stayed in the store more than 1 hour waiting for him activating a phone. Never comeback to this store. Watch your wallet.😠😠😠

I had the pleasure of having Joshua from this location help me on Saturday. When I found out he was the store manager it came as no surprise. Joshua went above and beyond to help me in my current situation. I have never had someone help me and show general concern as he did. I have been in customer service myself for 20+ years and know when I am helped by someone who is great at what they do. Thank you Joshua! If anyone needs real customer service go see him at this location!!!

Came in to pay a bill. Been here 20 minutes already bc the computer is down. Their is only one employee and they can’t log into the only computer that’s working. However the clerk was able to give me a price on a knock off pop socket which had a sign saying 50% off. The sale price....$12.50!! So they’re selling pop socket knock offs for $24!!!!!!

Went yesterday to get a phone mine kept shutting off so this was kind of an emergency visit. Customer service was friendly enough but extremely slow and kind of unprofessional. It felt like they needed a senior manager there to keep things professional. About 4 people just left because there was really to much conversation and not enough getting done quickly.We in there at least an hour with 20 mins of wait before they even waited on us. Its one thing being friendly and chatting but get the job done and quickly. And by the way customers are walking out in the mean time your losing business. Other than that it was a great deal not sure Ill return to that store.

First time coming into this store. Went inside to upgrade my phone and first interaction I got was a young boy immediately stating, “do you have a face mask?” I replied no not thinking about grabbing one from my truck. He immediately stated “we require a face mask” and went back to playing on his phone. I was so disgusted with this little interaction from this boy I just got in my truck and left. Frankly I am so disgusted by this that I will not be shopping at this store ever again.

I bought one of those phone mounts that u can put on the windshield or dashboard, and I tried to install it before I left the store. I couldnt return it because there are no returns on accessories, regardless to the fact that I had JUST bought it. They are very slow here, so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to exchange the piece of crap for something I didnt want or need. DONT BUY ACCESSORIES HERE!! They are cheaply made and thats why you cant get a refund on them. Thats really messed up.

Buyer Beware!The employees of this store will lie to you in a heartbeat.I was originally told that I would have 30 days to decide if I like the phone and coverage, but it was actually only 7 days.I was also told that I could return a wireless headset with 30 days if it did not connect to my laptop, like my old HBS-700. It did not work and when I took it back, they said that they did not accept accessory returns. I looked on the Metro website and discovered that they do in fact allow accessories to be returned, but only for exchange and only within 14 days.This experience has been a nightmare. The Samsung Galaxy Core that I got as a phone from Metro will only stay charged for about 10hrs. It will not charge through a USB port on either my PC or laptop. I located some drivers on an Android site, but that did not resolve the issue. Since it will not establish a connection through USB, that also means that I can not use it as a mass storage device.I hope this helps somebody learn from my mistakes.
