I was a 20 year customer of Verizon and decided to switch to T-Mobile. I came to my local T- Mobile in Fuquay-Varina where I was immediately welcomed by Sam. She was very professional and friendly and was able to quickly and easily switch to a new carrier. I was pleasantly surprised how simple it was. I felt she she went the extra mile for me, and I immediately knew I made the right decision. I would highly recommend this store and Sam to anyone. Thanks again Sam, from your new 20 year customer!!
Very disappointed in this carrier The phones battery was defective when Fuquay-Varina store sold it to me . I did crack the screen a little but that had nothing to do with phone being nothing but trouble. Could never get help, I would call they would hang up or not even answer. Customer service was awful. Made a bad mistake when I got t mobile!!!!
The store was very helpful but you customer service that I called to try to get billing changed was the most aggravating experience Ive had in a long time they are the worst and very non responsive people who can only go buy the book and are not helpful at all the 4 stars are for the store you get a minus 2 stars for customer service
Great personal service from Angel this past Sunday. My wife and I went in with questions and he was able to answer them all. Angel helped us order new s21 for us both and they arrived on Wednesday evening! Two days early.I recommend this store for everyone!
My wife and I stopped in today with a phone issue, Angel quickly fixed the problem and upgraded the sim card within minutes of us getting there. Level 10 service from everyone! Thanks so much 😁
I had a great experience at Sprint. Sara was wonderful to work with. She is great at her job. She was patient, kind, professional and worked very hard to ensure I had the best deal. Angel was also wonderful he was very helpful and accommodating. They both happily worked after hours on Valentines to ensure we were taken care of. Sara and Angel are great to work with and they will diligently get you the best deals possible. It was good to deal with such amazing technicians that have great customer service skills and dedicated to ensure customer satisfaction. Way to go Sprint!
Walked in the store and none of the store associates greeted or acknowledged me looked at me and continued on. I looked around at merchandise for about 5 to 10 more minutes. Still no acknowledges so I left.
I had a great experience this past week with an employee named Cherish. Her hospitality and professionalism has made me think of Sprint in a new way. They mad me feel very comfortable with expressing the issues I was having with my phone and I felt as if they sincerely wanted to help me out! thank you all I appreciate it.
Always a pleasure doing business with this location staff & manager. They know what they’re talking about and aren’t pushy like other places. It’s always high energy & not like they’re doing you a favor. I’ll go there before any other store no matter how far.

I don’t have a lot of good to say about Sprint period sorry ! Been with them for 13 yrs an they have given me the worst service this past year . When I’ve ask for answers I get all lies. Not to mention I was told the only reason they gave a me a credit for not having phone service was because they got tired of listening to me complain. That came from an accounting specialist.
Sara was awesome got my daughter into a new phone and an ipad for the same price we were paying before ! This is my new sprint store !
Great Customer service, Pablo was very helpful. He knew what he was doing and helped me with everything I needed help with. He’s the one to see for anything.
My husband and I stopped in to get a few questions answered on our account and the staff was awesome!!! Imani and Marcia answered all questions and even convinced us into getting new phones. The only bad thing was the rotten egg smell, it was over whelming. They said theyre working on getting it taken care of. Other than that I would stop into this store before any other one.

Online chat set up appointment for this location for a SIM card. Get to store and told no sim cards here go to corporate store. Thats not the 1 star rating. The 1 star rating is the person behind the counter making no attempt to assist me. Not to call corporate store, not to help me get card. Nothing.
Everything was exactly as they explained, no surprises. My wife I Phone crashed the first day and although they were out of the same model they drove to another store to get the phone so that I didnt have to delay vacation. So far, so good.

Fast Wireless in Fuquay Varina LOST MY IPHONE I brought in when I switched from AT&T to Spring. The manager is now telling me there is Nothing they can do. They can not locate the phone. Now AT&T is charging me 650.00 for the IPHONE Fast Wireless Lost. The manager pretty much informed me it was my error. When the district manager from Miami called me she told me she would call me right back and then never called back. They have no idea what to do so they think this is going away. It is not! I made a huge mistake switching to Sprint!
The manager marcia & sales consultant Angel were very helpful and made me feel at home i drive from garner to this specific location for every need

It was a bit disappointing because they didnt know how to fix the problem with the phone that a required system update caused. They also promised us a fast charger when we got our phones 8 weeks ago and have not recieved them yet.

Experience was good.. as far as them telling you they will buy you out of your current plan. That is a joke... I know have a huge bill on my credit cause they have yet to buy it out from when I switched... they have lost like 4 of my bills that cost me out of pocket to get each time.. then finally I get the run around for hours and diff numbers to call all of which lead me back to where I started and no answers... wait u til ur contract ends before switching.... lesson learned.. I am also. I the only one this has happened to where they tell you this stuff and then dont do it.. very frustrating
The staff deserves a raise or a bonus d/t their grade A assistance and Ive never been greeted with anything less than a beautiful smile while greeting me as I walk in the door. They have always had the answer to whatever question I have.
A complete joke. Manager lied and tricked my wife and I. Lied about the buy back program to get us to switch. Now my old account is in collections but they can care less. Im there once a week and get a run round or I get ignored. Just today the manager left out the back and no-one even looked at me for an hour as I stood their waiting while they saw every other customer. Ive never in my life been treated to poorly and im gonna make sure they are seen for what they are.

Ive had good experience in the past but the last time i visited this store for an upgrade it was awful. The employee was a young Hispanic guy who not helpful AT ALL. Usually someone lets me know what options i have and if there are any current deals available. This guy seemed in a hurry to get me out the door. I will not return to this store again and will no longer use Sprint.

Sales person played with a fidget spinner and barely made eye contact the entire time. He told me that we could turn in our phones at any time if we canceled. After several months of dropped calls and slow data I tried to cancel. I was told that I had to buy out the lease. I blame myself for not reading the whole agreement, but the sales reps will apparently tell you anything to make a sale. If youre going to sign up with Sprint, find a different store.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever. This store takes advantage of senior citizens. They sell products to customers and then dont stand behind the product. The staff lies to customers.
Called to ask if something was in stock. Alberti said it was and would put it aside for me, but the internet was down and he would call when it was back up. Hours later, I hadnt heard, so I called again. The internet was up and they didnt have my items. His excuse was it was busy. I will not be returning.
I have been with Sprint since 1996 and today have have the same number since 2000 and havent had a contract for years. I must say the level of customer service and technical know is the worst that I have ever seen. I brought the a Samsung 4 in to be reprogramed and set for my wife explaining tha her existing phone had issues and was a 3. I was sent home to get the Sim out of the other phone. I left to the store went home and retrieved my wifes 3 and returned to the store. After waiting on line afgain for some time the lady I encountered was friendly and helpful in saving all my wifes photos to Google Pic. Upon her appointment arriving I was told I had to move to somewhere else and that she could no longer assist me while the phone was in a precarious situation since it wanted to reboot when moved. Upon rebooting twice and I myself saving the pics to Google I had to wait again for someone to wait on me. I was told the person was going to open the 3 and take out the Sim. Upon opening the phone the person realized they could not reach the Sim. I was told I had to buy a Sim. I said ok do you have a Sim they said no. Try Radio Shack. I left frustrated to run to Radio Shack only to find out they do not sell Sims.While at Radio Shack a Sprint Rep was there who sent me to the corporate store in Cary. I waited 5 miutes and Technician looked at both phones and was told my wifes 3 had stuck power button and could not be repaired. in 15 miutes had the Sim installed the 4 set up and the contacts transferred from the SD card and I was out the door.Pitiful Customer ServicePitiful Technical Ability and Pitiful Satisfaction.
Ive been going to this location since it was located in Holy Springs, always excellent personal service, always looking it got the customer, excellent repairs. Not sure why some of the bad reviews exist, just butthurt people with unreasonable expectations.
I visited this store several weeks ago and was told they no longer allow customers to pay in full for phones and instead they are required to sign a lease. Turns out this was a flat out lie!! I will not be returning to this location.
This location was fast and helpful, which is unsual for was most Sprint stores.

This store is POINTLESS! They dont fix or repair anything and will charge you to pay your bill. Since fast wireless closed near sheetz you have to go to the holly springs location to have anything done. Ridiculous!
