I walked in and was told it may be up to a 45 minute wait for service. That was fine and to be expected. Only waited about 20 minutes just to be told by a somewhat condescending salesman that he couldn’t tell me anything different that what the app showed. I had a question about upgrading my plan to the new premium plans but he was adamant that he could not help me. He didn’t seem concerned with my questions or concerns when I wanted a breakdown of how it would affect my bill. He said just look at the app. Thank you for nothing. I won’t return to this store. Thank goodness I only have to visit a store about once ever two years. I won’t be back to this location.

I hope that this store will contact me regarding STEPHAN and his performance, abusive behavior, negligence and LACK OF RESPECT. We had an appointment at 11am which we had waited for for 4 days. We arrived at 10:45 and Stephan asked what ya need ... we explained that we had an appointment for 11am which he replied we dont even look at appointments ... we asked if hed like us to approach his podium and he said yeah. My Mother, who is elderly asked him a few questions and he kept saying did you buy it from us which lead us to believe he only associates with those that hell gain a commission off of and that our appointment was not going to go as planned. My Mom was going to purchase a new iPhone as well as needed help with a bill but when she mentioned that she didnt know how to do something based on her age he told her that age wasnt the problem... and quite literally blessed her out and let her know what she should be capable of doing. I stepped up and even asked another nearby customer if he had been rude to her and she said YES, I would get his name and contact corporate... I stepped up and asked my Mom what was going on and asked why he was being rude. He started to get louder and even another associate had to step in front of him and redirect him so that he didnt continue his abusive conversation. First of all, this entire situation was completed uncalled for. Second of all, as a company, Id suggest seeing all of the other reviews that show Stephans character and how he treats people. Its unethical to treat people any person with disrespect. Third, I would really appreciate a follow up from the manager of this business for a more in depth conversation.Stephan, heres a life lesson for you since you seemed to think you knew it all today.To get Respect is to give Respect and The Respect You Show others(OR LACK OF) is an immediate reflection of the Respect You show yourself.

Per tech support, advised to go to the Verizon store for a second time in order to activate service on our phone. Had tried for five days, speaking to countless tech experts and CSAs at Verizon and no one could take care of this. Fortunately, I got to speak to Bert, who finally was able to resolve the issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and should be commended for providing such outstanding service. Thanks to him, we are still with Verizon (four lines).

They should replace the two people standing around checking in customers to the queue with a kiosk or offer online appointments because you have to stand around and wait so long. Had to wait 45 minutes to have someone complete a transaction that took 2 minutes.

Great customer service at the store with the gentleman working today. My only qualm is with Apple and maybe customer service on site, someone could have mentioned this change in the charging device. I upgraded to the iPhone 12 and the purchased the AirPod pro. I get home and open the packages I find both devices come with new chargers that are not compatible with any of my charging ports at home. So they are rendered useless since I do not have a charging box to plug them into. I try calling the store to see if they have the charging box in the store and I get ported over to a customer service center somewhere overseas. I was let down that I couldn’t speak with someone from the store when dialing a local number. I tried calling again and was transferred to a text bot. I called again and someone from customer service is overnighting a charging box. So this is a heads up. If you buy new devices, check and make sure you can charge them before you leave. 😌

At 7:15 they tried to turn me away. I went for a lower cord. Customers were in the store yet the guy at the door said they were closing. Sign said 8:00 closing time. After a few rounds of we dont have any power cords, someome came up from the back. Grabbed my phone to check port. And said $39.99.. I said last time they were around $20. Price ended up being half price but service and attitude made me not want to go back. Felt I was not important. Really made me angry.

Very helpful, covid friendly. But phones are so expensive!Edit: Even though phones are expensive, we bought a very nice one here with the recommendation of several of the staff. It has dual audio bluetooth and a notepad that pops up when you remove the stylus on the lock screen. Also we got noise cancelling earbuds. All great stuff. I edited this because I felt bad after seeing Verizons reply that they didnt think we were happy. Very happy. The staff was especially great.

Reps are professional but the actual verizon service is complete garbage. Verizon switched my plan without my authorization and removed features from my old plan arbitrarily. Try AT&T or Sprint to save yourself the headache.

I have always received fast, friendly service at this store until today. Doesn’t deserve even one star but had to give one in order to write a review. I understand that during this difficult time for all of us store policy has to accommodate added “safety” measures, however, I am one of those unfortunate people who Cannot Wear a Mask, but can wear a face shield. Not only that, I am also a Hearing-Impaired hearing aid wearer and rely heavily on lip reading. I was wearing the face shield, but the guy who met me at the door informed me that I would NOT be allowed in the store without a mask under any circumstances. I explained all of the above, stepped way back and asked him to please lower his mask so I could understand above the street noise, two weed eaters and gas blower from the landscaping crew. He did lower his mask and in complete exasperation repeated that I had to wear a mask to come in or do what I needed online. Well, the business account I represent needed questions answered that I couldn’t do online or by calling the customer service number. **There is a law called the Americans With Disabilities Act that requires accommodation which in my case would be masks that have a clear front to allow for lip reading. NO Associate in that store was wearing an ADA compliant mask. Nor were accommodations made for those of us who cannot wear a mask.** Thanks to this associate’s rudeness, Verizon almost lost a long-standing business account, but this corporate store has definitely lost a once loyal customer.

I am a Disabled Veteran in the state of North Carolina, and on 1/4/2021 @1900-1930 appointment, my wife and I visited the NC Fuquay-Varina Verizon Store (Zip code 27526), only to be criticized that I was not allowed to park in the disability parking spot by an older white female Verizon employee. When I asked why I was being questioned when I had a legal disability plate, she said that I was not disabled nor did I have a blue placard plate displayed on his rear view mirror. I explained that I have a disability plate, but the explanation was ignored. To top off the insult, an older black gentleman (the security guard) walked around the vehicle to CONFIRM that I in fact had a disability plate.As a service provider, she refused to provide any services and showed complete incompetence in her skills as a Verizon employee. She refused to display the Ts/Cs, the account information (even after my wife was added as an Account Manager on the spot), and could not explain any of the questions I had inquired (e.g. what is the difference between a service fee and an activation fee, what are the sources of the costs associated with the account, et al.)

Rude to the local community. Saw a sign when I was heading to the Starbucks that Verizon put saying for Starbucks drive thru traffic to not go past their building. Didn’t know they owned the entire plaza’s parking lot. Some people like myself, are unable to go into the building, especially during this pandemic. Thus, the lines are particularly long right now. That sign was placed in a time with no regard for the delicate health situation the world is in.11/1/2020 update: reached out to the email provided in their comment and never received any response. Guess they’re not that concerned.

Had an awesome experience at Verizon today. My mom and I have been Sprint customers for 18 years and decided to switch to Verizon. Dupri provided us with excellent customer service, was very professional, and knowledgable. He assisted our needs and answered all of our questions. Not only was the customer service excellent, but our time in the store was quick and easy. I would 100% recommend asking Dupri to assist you with all of your needs/concerns. We couldnt have asked for a better experience at Verizon!

They dont seem to be able to transfer ALL my stuff from old phone to new one. I constantly lose info, pix and contacts. Some info gets duplicated. The people who work here are really good people though. Theyre very helpful and fairly knowledgeable. This store in Fuquay so far is the better of all the Verizon stores Ive been to.

Its not hard to see why this location has its share of poor reviews. I wish my experience was different but it wasnt. I only needed to go there to return phones. Was first told by Stephen that he might not be able to help us. That shouldnt be the first thing you say to a customer. Got the feeling he was there to sell to new customers not service existing ones. Andrea then stepped in to help(chewing her gum)not a good look. Finally after 30 plus frustrating minutes we were able to get this taken care of. This place could improve by being more professional and courteous.

We came in to make adjustments to our plan and Stephen was the sales rep that assisted us. We upgraded our plan to unlimited. While doing so Stephen never disclosed that we would be charged an additional one time fee for having the plan begin during a current billing cycle. We had to call customer service to correct the issue. If Stephen had explained this to us we would not have changed our plan until the end of our billing cycle. Very disappointed in his performance, not sure if he knew that would happen to us or just didnt care.

The employees here were very friendly and helpful. Even when I had to return for what I thought was a problem with my phone, it ended up being just my screen protector had slid over, but they fixed it no problems.Very helpful and friendly, the store was clean and neat they were well stocked. Even though they were pretty busy the wait time was almost non existent. We got in and out pretty fast.

I went in to upgrade my iPhone to 5S. I was met at the door and asked what I needed. They were very busy and I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I didnt mind the wait since I really needed to upgrade. The sales person was very helpful. He did not try to sell me anything extra. Perhaps this is because I knew exactly what I wanted/needed. He took time with me to get everything done including importing my contacts and making sure I had wiped my old phone clean (since I was turning it it). I did not feel he was rushing me in anyway even though they were busy and he probably could have made more money on someone else. What REALLY impressed me was the salesman walking me out, opening the door, telling me it was a pleasure to help me, to call with questions, and THANK YOU for using Verizon. This was superior customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Went in at 6:45 on a Friday night just to buy a screen protector. The other sales associates were busy, so we waited. After 15 minutes one finally acknowledged us, and had a snotty attitude when she asked if we had signed in. Never been in that store before, so how would we have known to sign in since there was nothing indicating we had to? The woman said she would go get one. When she came back out, she went back to the customer she was initially helping, sitting our screen protector down and ignoring us again. Two other associates freed up, and proceeded to start helping people who came in after us. After 30 minutes sitting around twiddling our thumbs we just left without getting the screen protector. Some serious customer service training and changes to indicate the customers need to sign in would really be great.

Thank goodness for the manager at Verizon in Fuquay. The first gentleman who helped me acted as if he did not believe what I was trying to say, and he did not not have the knowledge necessary to know what to do to troubleshoot my phone problem. He drug something out for an hour, and I had to make a second trip. When I returned and worked with a younger tech, he was much nicer and had a great attitude. The manager got involved and immediately knew the phone just needed a soft reset. I give the manager five stars, but over it was not a great experience.

Very late post but needed to get this written. Stopped to add a new phone to our account and checked in with the sales staff at the door. waited 1hour and 40 min to get to be seen and while we are looking for a phone he leaves us twice. what caught my wifes attention was two sales men helping this very attractive blond with her Iphone for more than 30 min while there is a store full of customers. not sure were the manager was but this was a day from hell and the lady sitting next to us said this was her second trip as she gave up the first time. PLEASE someone make it better!!!

I had purchased my current phone at a different Verizon location along with a screen guard, which the employee there installed on my phone perfectly and said if I had any problems I could order one for free online and theyd replace it for free. I did just that and came to the Verizon store in Fuquay for an employee to install it, as I was promised elsewhere. I went there with my phone in one hand and the replacement screen guard in the other, and asked if there was someone who could do a good job replacing it. The employee told me they only do that with a sale. So I left; its not a huge deal, but it seems like they should be able to spend two minutes doing something that small for a long-time customer without making me buy a new phone.

Always a big wait. - revised, getting better. Do not buy Apple products. This company is unwilling to do anything to help you with your Apple phones. have been with him for 10 years have a 13 line account and they were very much unmovable to swap a phone thats locked up and Im still paying monthly fees on.Theres got to be somebody there who would want to save the account and satisfy me by swapping this phone out for me.

Not so well. Phone was not charging so was going to upgrade. They didnt have the phone in stock and made no effort to possibly find another solution other then buy a wireless charger. If I wanted a wireless charger I would have purchased that without talking to them. So with that said a bad experience. They werent busy so it wasnt like they were stretched for time

It has never been overly crowded when weve visited and theyve always done everything weve needed, made changes to our plan, added/removed phones when upgrading, applying my employers discount, etc. Would not hesitate to go here again.

All too often, only negative reviews make it online. No one takes the time to give kudos when they are deserved, so...Went here and purchased an I-Phone 6 Plus and an IPad Mini last night. The jury is still out on the devices, but I want to take a moment to give praise to Staci, the salesperson who helped me. Had to wait 20 minutes to just return a phone case. Very bad service they need to rethink there customer check in procedures. I could understand waiting that long to get a new phone or change something on your account but not for a simple return. I recomend going to T Mobile faster service for simple things.

Horrible customer service. I was told because my new phone was scheduled for pickup, they would not be able to transfer my contacts, pictures, etc. for me. They said they could give me instructions on how to do it. The phone was purchased there, it was just scheduled to be picked up to make sure I got the one I wanted. Order was canceled .

As far as Verizon offices go, this one is not the best. I bought my smartphone here and since they did not have the black one, I had to wait to get it in the mail. The sales guy just wanted to sell me anything and ended up creating a new plan and adding bogus insurance to our bill. Since my husband was a long term customer, he had to spend hours on the phone just to get his plan back in order.

I have drove out of my way many times because I received excellent service from Nicole unfortunately Nicole is now an hour away so I drive back out and meet Orlando Bogram. He seemed nice and knowledgable. I bought a tablet and we did not discuss a protection plan and to my surprise I had a protection plan on my invoice in my email. What a underhanded sales move. ( Like buying a USED CAR ) I am now on the phone more than a 1/2 hour going over everything that was discussed with Orlando. Customer service did straighten it out I will never go back to this store. If you want professional HONEST service go see Nicole she is in the Wake Forest Store. Avoid the Fuquay Store unless you want a USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE.
