We had the best experience this evening. We came in 30 min before closing to buy a switch and some games. We didn’t feel rushed and the associate working helped us with game suggestions and explained the deals that were going on. Victor was very knowledgeable and provided impeccable Customer Service!

Went to Game Stop to buy a used nintendo switch lite for my daughter with a disability and the salesperson took it upon herself and ordered a bundle pack and a new unit. One item didnt come in. Have been having a run around about getting my refund. Its been almost a month now. I said no to the bundle and guess the dont like hearing right. Worsted shopping deal!! Will not ever go back. Watch your items! Their customers service suck! Lies to you and give you a run around!

By far the best gamestop I have ever shopped at. Awesome team and awesome gaming atmosphere. I just wish the company knew what gamers really wanted and treated their employees better. This location is always in stock and helps you as soon as you walk in.

Opal is the best employee ever. I forgot my mask and was super embarrassed by it. She offered me one without making me feel bad in front of other patrons.These are weird times and anytime an employee can help with that type of delicacy is greatly appreciated. Ill be back for sure!

Im not a big on games at all, however my 2 boys love them, which leaves me with a lot of questions on what to games/systems to buy and not to buy. The staff is very knowledgeable, especially Mike, and they always take the time to answer my questions and offer suggestions/advice. This helps me make the best decisions even though I know very little about gaming.

I love this location. I go here all the time and I have never been disrespected here or talked down to like I have at other locations. Every single member of the staff that Ive met here are kind and knowledgeable. Never once have I had an issue with this place and I will give them my business as long as they are here. Right now its the most convenient location for me but even if I move, I would rather drive the distance to this location than go anywhere else!!! Thanks guys for being awesome!!

Typical game store. Filled with all the console games and hardware. The staff is helpful and friendly. Its always a plus to deal with gamers that work there so you can get some feedback on games before you purchase.

It’s GameStop...We all know what they have. The only reason to go there is to avoid the shipping wait times. The staff needs to understand that and acknowledge the customer standing in front of them instead of continuing the three-way geek out session amongst themselves. I’ll just get stuff from Amazon.

Cashier wouldnt refund on a Shell gas card. Receipt stated all returns would be honored until January 15, 2019. Not very happy with the purchase to begin with. But once I find a close gas station. I will atleast have the money to use there. So not really sure if this is helpful, but its definitely a good lesson.

Fantastic staff-the gal went out of her way to help me, assist with my purchase and answer any and all my questions. She was quite knowledgeable and informative and was courteous and personable to a fault. If you need to make any type of video game related purchase, I would say that she is the Subject Matter Expert and would recommend this Gamestop over the others in the Apex-Cary-Fuquay-Holly Springs area!!! My 2 cents as a 33+ year gamer (she knew about and spoke confidently about games and systems from the original NES to present)

I dont understand why anyone has a problem here. Every time I have come here, and that is a lot of times. Everyone here is friendly, helpful and caring. I dont know a lot about games or systems, I come here to get games and equipment for my grandson and they always take the time to help me and even suggest games for him and he always loves everything they have suggested. I even had to return something once that didnt work and it was quick and easy and I didnt have not one single problem. I recommend this game stop to everyone. I couldnt ask for a better place to shop.

Man, these guys always know what they are talking about. I dont know how they seem to have played every single game made for the PS4, but every time I need a recommendation these guys are typically spot-on and very helpful. I do like the fact that you can purchase used games and return it in seven days if you dont like it.

Mike did an awesome job being the only one working in the store. He had to reformat an xbox one that some people where trading in and we browsed the store while we were waiting. We let another customer go in front of us that was making a return because we were in no hurry. She got upset with him because he could not do the return. He handled it very well and told her all the reasons why he couldnt do it without being rude in the process even though Karen was very rude to him. He helped us out after that quick and easy. Put more staff in the store for Mike so he doesnt have to do all the work.

It was good I got what I needed for my downtime I got me a new video game I have a little bigger selection then GameStop in Sanford dont get me wrong Sanfords GameStops good the guy that works at the Sanford GameStop is up on all the new releases and hes more informative about the games he just doesnt work there he actually plays the game so he knows what hes talking about not like some of these people any can help you on things in a game that you have no clue of not like Apex the guys there for a job nothing more

Out of all the time Ive come to this one store Ive only had one time when i wasnt satisfied with this place. The service here is great and i for on would recommend to anyone to go here. because it is friendly and they can help you find what you would need.

Good little game stop for our area. Sales staff is knowledgeable and happy to chat. This store has a good pre owned selection. A tiny bit cramped, but this is a game stop trait every store has.

I had a great time visiting this location of gamestop. Not only was the cashier extremely friendly and helpful but he also would joke around with my boyfriend and me to give us a nice casual visit which I appreciate when shopping. It feels more homey than other gamestops I have been too and the employee working informed us of new products for the Nintendo switch. Thank you man.

Best Gamestop ever. Very understanding when it comes to returns, so I dont know why Travis had a problem. Maybe old management? Either way, these guys are awesome and have helped me out several times. This is the only place Ill buy from.

Went in looking for some Nintendo Switch accessories and was pleasantly greeted by one of the sales associates. Sometimes GameStop employees just ignore you but not at this location. Good experience.
