Both of them were very knowledgeable and demonstrated a level of professionalism / consideration that I wish more businesses had.It was clear that David and Brandon have a vested interest in their customers as well as their company, they went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I required to make an informed purchase(for my plan and devices).Coming from a technical background, I can be a PITA(Pain in the *ss) to deal with, but these guys made my experience awesome and made me confidant in my decision to switch to this carrier.I would HIGHLY recommend this location and its awesome staff.

Poor customer support and service. For over a week now I cant receive text messages on 2 of the 3 phones we just got. They didnt completely set up the phones. We have been to us cellular several times now. No change. Incompetent......

Im posting this because I just got a new cell phone so I cant really rate this company which is u.s. cellular until after Ive used it for a while. I used to have Verizon and they lied to me and overcharged me to the point where I just simply had to leave also their coverage was not very good in southern Oregon so I will wait for a while and see how US Cellular does then I will report later. Thank you

Picked up a new phone. Did have to wait outside until service personnel were ready. And of course have a mask on.Crystal was very helpful getting the phone set up and transfer items from old to new phone. Took about 15 minutes to complete.

Crystal was extremely helpful, professional and personable. She was able to get me setup with a hotspot for my house, made sure everything was programmed and dialed in before I left the store. When I got home all I had to do was plug it in and everything was up and running. Great product and excellent customer service!

The only reason I use US Cell is because I have too. They have a monopoly on the rural market and they act like it. The staff is so unfriendly they make you feel like theyre doing you a favor. And Ive been outright lied to on multiple occasions. But what am I going to do? Theres no one else to service the area I live in, so Im screwed.

Wish we could buy prepaid phones and service cheaper. Instead, I went to Walmart and bought a smart phone plus month of minutes for 1/3 $ of the cheapest offered at the US Cellular. I find it strange that the best service offers the least local offers.

A complete and total nightmare and as always, if anyone else had decent cellular coverage in the area there is no way that I would have anything to do with this company. Unfortunately, they own the cell towers, so if you want to have decent coverage in Grants Pass you have to use them. but please understand anything that should take 5 minutes will take a day, if they can actually get it completed. And do not trust anything they say to you over the phone, I was told that they could import any GSM phone and after 4 hours it turns out that wasnt true.

Great customer service! Sometimes wait times are longer but they are always efficient & fast when its my turn in line. Wont go anywhere else😊

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good phone selection, and the best reception youre going to get in the area. I have been with them for 17 years, and I get treated like it! Friends who have other providers never have as good a signal as I do in as many locations, and they pay more.

They told me I had to stay outside because I just had neck surgery, even though i had a note from my doctor to not wear a mask.

Best cell service around. Sometimes a bit of a wait for help in store but only because they are with customers. During those times they put you on a list and will call you when your up. Knowledgeable and quite frankly, dont know why previous reviews were bad.

Went In to swap out my phone and the guy was like oh you qualify for a free tablet! Waved it in my fave like I was going to get it 100 percent free. Then at the end hes like oh oops I mean its going to be 25$. Embarrasing!

This corporation is a poor excuse of professionalism when the store manager and the employees sit there and laugh in your face and tell you that they just stole your money and to have a good day and theres nothing they can do about a refund. They made us waste gas time and money just to laugh in are face. This was the manager of this business very poor customer satifaction.

Good cell service for southern Oregon area. Not impressed w/pre paid services. I dont like the fact you cant change your pre paid service unless its the day before service ends?.And cant pre pay for 2 months?.

We stopped in to inquire about service early summer. A white male w brown hair 30s was extremely negative and uncoorperative. We left not a customer. 6 months later we went back in and talk to maggie reich. She was fantastic. Ive been a us cellular cust ever since. I will only go in to see her. Not only did she over came our bad experience, but we love her and the company!

Please save yourself the time and frustration and find a different phone provider. Waited in line for 50 minutes before finally being seen by one of the rudest guy I have ever met. I have never felt like I inconvenienced someone so much before. And if that wasnt enough they couldnt even help me. I definitely dont recommend their terrible service!

Always great service! Came in to add data to my lines, walked out adding 6 gig to each line, and my bill dropped $2 per month.

The crew here works really hard to see as many people as possible. Considering the sheer amount of people that come through the door, they do an amazing job!

Went in to switch a couple of our ATT lines over to US Cellular and Lance was very helpful.

Good luck if you want to cancel service. This will be a big job. I had to go to the store to show picture ID to cancel. When I told them what I was there for they became very rude and said I would have to wait. I sat there for an hour watching them help people buy equipment that came in after me before my lunch break was over and I had to go. This company is ridiculous.

I have US cellular prepaid phone from Walmart. I went to the store and they sent me back to Walmart. Very disappointed.

Employees are rude and unwilling to help. In fact, the person I dealt with, Derek, seemed to put more effort into telling me all the things I couldnt do and all the discounts I couldnt have than telling me what I could do. I tried to call and talk to a manager, of course Derek answers the phone and wont let me talk to anyone. Dont waste your time here.

I ended up going over on my data plan my first month and they would not do anything for me worst customer service ever i email them talked to there customer service they put me on hold for 5 mins to tell me no. Do you know that us cellular has no 4 g serivce in oregon only 3 g service there trying to milk as much as they can what an out dated peace of crap company that every one in oregon has to have becuase theres nothing else just wait tell or company like cricket come around and take all you customers or even straight talk from wal mart would be better and i hat walmart.But they do have 4 g service in eastern oregon ware no one lives and in portland nothing in are area and 4 g service had been out for like 7 years.
