As unprofessional that I have ever dealt with. Drove 2 hours to look at a BMW X3. I ask the questions anyone looking to purchase vehicle would ask. The last question was what kinda shape is the paint in. I had to ask him this three times. His response was good. My wife and I drive two hours and look at the car and it has been completely repainted and looked like a 13 year old kid did it. Sells junk.

Bought a Nissan Altima and from day one the brakes failed on me. I kept asking them to fix them and all I got was excuses and asking if I wanted to pay them to fix the brakes Hell if that was the case I could find a lemon somewhere else! I’m kicking myself like crazy because these people all about money and not about taking care of the customers. The attitudes are bad and they’re not friendly especially when they are wrong. I wouldn’t send my enemies here better yet my loved ones! If I had to trust the mechanic that he looked over the car how could I trust that he knows what he’s doing if you couldn’t figure out when you know symptoms of worn out brakes. I’m having to replace rotators and all!

I’ve been with this dealership for over 2 years and I have 2 vehicles in which I love and got for a great deal. We are like family and that’s a great feeling instead of feeling like a victim. They have excellent automotive and auto body repair shops that are there for you when the unexpected happens. I don’t look for something for nothing and they don’t look to give it either, but if I was I’m sure they would help me get it if not give it to me. I love import really great place to buy a car. No the cars arent perfect and they do needs some work they are USED so again I say not perfect. Thought if you have a problem they do everything in their powe to help. They are respectful as long as you are respectful to them. I feel they are selling the cars at a reasonable price. So far I have had no issues.

Was about to buy a suburban from them CASH. Was told I’d have to pick it up at the Whitehorse RD lot and go to their main lot on Pleasantburg. Ok no problem. I asked if the car could be just brought over to the main lot as it’s closer to my office. NOPE. Can’t do it cause they can’t leave the lot or actually have customer service. Absolutely will NOT buy from them. If you can’t take 30 min out of your day to make a sale you won’t get $6500 of my money. Look other places people. EVERY single car in the lot has a ding, dent, beat up or dingy.

When i first bought the car i had an issue with it and because i was mad i got angry and it got me nowhere. i cooled down and spoke with the owner he told me we will bend backwards for anyone even if they are in the wrong if they come in a respectful way. which i didnt at first lol but when i did they helped me and it got my car fixed and im back on track moral of the story no need to get angry just go and explain the situation dont be afraid to ask for help they will do it.

After a few bumps in the road they made it right. The staff at import on plesantburg are great. If you treat them well they will do the same. Fixed my issues and the lady manager is great. Overall Im happy and I like my new car.

I was looking for a suv for my family and looked around for a used car dealership with the suv i wanted, found this place import auto mall. now before i came i read the reviews. either very bad or very good reviews no in the middle. but i gave it a shot and it was worth it, was able to purchase my gmc not only did i get it at a reasonable price, customer service was great and i got nothing but respect. the car was what i wanted the people we legit and the place was, now i read the reviews and thats why i figured id put my experience so this way future buyers get a full idea. overall great experience and car.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!This place is so horrible!! They are scammers, and will lie and rip you off. I came to test drive a car and put a down payment for them to hold it so I could take my husband to look at it the following week. When we got there we were informed that they sold the car!!!! Not only did I put a down payment to hold the car but they never once called me to see if I even wanted to pay what the new customer was willing to pay. Nor did they even call to tell me they sold it. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, and they werent going to refund me my deposit until I threatened to take them to court

They are very unprofessional and the women have nasty attitudes. I just purchased a Range Rover and it was a piece of junk! The car didnt last a month and when I asked for my money back or to put me in something else, they refused and told me there is no lemon law so I couldnt sue and hung the phone up! I hope there is way to get them shut down for screwing people out of their hard earned money! Stay far away from this car lot!

Im gonna make sure I get the word out! On Jan 6th I purchased a Lincoln mark Lt from import auto mall on pleasantburg for my husband as a gift for his birthday! I knew the car was as Is! I test drove the car and it rode smooth! I put down $1500. Took my husband by to pick up the truck. He rode around a few hours and the car started skipping. I called and spoke with the salesman and he told me to bring the car back. They put it on the machine and told me it only needed coil pack and sparks which they replaced on Tuesday 1/10/17. Once again we picked it up car running Real good now. 2 days later check engine light on and car back to skipping (only worse).. so we took it to Toyota of Greenville as well as aamco. Toyota didnt want to touch it bc it was reading cam sensors were bad! Aamco kept it for a day and changed the cam sensors not once but twice. Put it back up on the machine guess what cam sensors still reading bad so the guy told my husband this car is rigged and we will need to rebuild the motor. Ok so by this time my blood boiling bc I didnt purchase a car at the price I did to drop a whole new motor off in it. So I pulled up at import and told them what just happened. So they assured me as well as texted an individual who had nothing to do with the purchase that its not the motor. She said she helped me out bc I wouldnt have to pay the $500 for a full tune up until April. My question to her is how are you helping me and we still have to pay for something you fixed in January. Ok so whatever we pick up the truck to only have to bring the car back the next day bc they needed all day for this tune up... dropped my husband off at work, took the truck to import dropped it off and we came back after work to pick it up. Ok so truck driving even better at this point! Guess what happens 2 days later. Same thing! So by this time Im going off my husband like you need to calm down quit talking to these people like that. Im going by myself this time. Ok cool go on then. Now that Monday I rated them as a one and gave a review on my personal experience. So Wednesday hubby goes and sit up there. They gave me a one year warranty on what they fixed. So the coils and sparks are all burnt up and they replaced it once again! Now the 4th time same issue within less than 2 months. So we riding again lol and guess what check engine light back on. The car cuts off on my family (my hubby, out 3 kids, and of course me) at night in the middle of the road this past Friday. So the owner asked my husband to tell me to not call and upset his workers and if we have any issues to call him directly. Ok cool come Saturday morning my hubby pissed. So I call ask for the owner. The sales guy goes hes not really happy with you bc you gave us a bad review and weve done nothing but try and help you. So by this time I laughing to keep from going off on this guy. HE puts me on hold the secretary comes back and told me to bring the car up there (for what idk). Ok we pull up yet again I walk inside. The owner ask what am i doing here and what is it that I want. I reminded him what he told my husband. He said Im not touching the truck. Got all in my personal space pointing his fingers so I warned him he better get on. So he and the secretary both start saying all kind of little smart stuff. I walked out and let him know this gone be all over Greenville county when I get done. I didnt tell my husband any of this until we was gone bc if you know him it would have gotten ugly real quick and its just not worth it. We gotta hit these people where it hurts and thats their pockets. I had 22 shares yesterday. I need all my fb friends to help me make this go viral so that no one else fall victim like I did. Lets go! All I want is for them to pay for my motor else where, my money back, or another truck (inspected by my mechanic of course) and Ill give them a 5 rating
