Had an appointment for 815 and was told 2 hrs tops. Then 3 hrs later I asked for an update. Took another 10 minutes for them to realize that they had lost part of the work order and absolutely nothing had been done to my car. All they offered was a free loaner car until the work was done. I will take my business elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We were on a road trip and stopped to have a noisy wheel evaluated. They took us in without an appointment late in the afternoon, diagnosed and solved the problem and sent us on our way free of charge.

Highly recommend my brother move from Chicago so he went to NTB National tire for oil change and NTB manger ask him to change the oil of your 2011 Toyota car is $1200 or $1500 cost because your car hose are freez so we have to break the hose and installe a new hose because we can’t open the filter my brother say no I want to take my car manger say is not drivable you have to tow the car finally they charge my 45dollars just for nothing and my went to Toyota Harrisonburg the same time and he oil change for 74dollars with free tire rotations and free Carwash..
