I had a flat tire on my trailer, but luckily I found Rice Tire in route.Everything went smoothly. Ryan was awesome to work with. He got me on the road really fast and that is fantastic!!!! In my line of business, “Time is Money!!”I was very lucky to find them.

My Dodge Ram 3500 4X4 needed an alignment after repairs were made to the front suspension. It drives straight again after the alignment which only took about 30 minutes. Rice did a great job!

We were traveling and our camper tire blew and we were 10 minutes from this establishment. They got us right in and replaced all the tires on our camper. So helpful and very friendly I highly recommend this place.

Nice job on the install, but none of the tires had the correct pressure required. 2 were 2-3 lbs over, 2 were 1-2 lbs too low. Had to go to a local dealership to correct it.

They quickly fixed a slow leak in my tire that the Lincoln dealership couldnt find. They inspected my aging tires and provided an honest opinion of the remaining life and didnt try to sell me a whole new set. Happy customer.

Tire was balanced with weights outside of the rim, it threw the weights off before the end of the day..

This was amazing. They had tire sizes we needed which is rare and got us in right away and changed all the tires on our camper.

Blew up a tire and they were the only ones to be open early mornings and have their inventory in stock - and if not - they find a way to get the parts needed to get you going on the road again. Highly recommend them due to their service and on time performance.

These guys know rubber. Professional staff in the front store. Professional technicians in the shop. Saw their road service vehicle on the Interstate working an 18 wheeler....good job.Came in on a flatbed with a 31 year old Bentley that had 16 year old tires (1 blown) and wheel locks but no key. Rolled back on the road with a new round of rubber 2 hours later.They do the difficult stuff right away.....the impossible stuff may take a little bit longer. Thanks, guys!

Ive been coming here for the past 5 years and Ive almost always left satisfied with the work that has been done. Staff is friendly, and the mechanics do good work. The prices are reasonable (Im sure there are other shops that are cheaper), but Ill trade a few extra dollars for a shop that has integrity.

I came to Rice Tire for a replacement tire on a semi trailer and waited 2.5 hours for service. To top things off, the tire and labor was significantly higher than it was at another tire shop for the same exact tire, $544.00 compared to $361.00. But at least the staff was pleasant......and so was the other tire shop!

They have great services are on the pricey side but they do great work so its worth it they do use parts you buy they only use 5he ones they buy so they can warranty the parts for 1 year! Thats the only part that stinks!

I can depend on them to get my car needs done. I just got my car inspection done here, of course at this time it is by appointments which usually wasnt before. Ive also gotten oil changes done, brakes done and buy my tires here. This is the only place I dont mind taking my car to.

Called. John answered, I ask Do you repair exhaust? John replied Well.......Yes as long as we dont have to weld or fabricate. Ok well you dont repair it you replace, or try to, the entire exhaust system. So Johns answer should of been No, Mam we dont repair BUT for an outrageous amount (1000.00) we will replace for you!!! How do you know the entire exhaust was bad? You could not of checked it due to the broken flex pipe! Took you over about an hour to tell me that it would cost 998.00+ to fix my exhaust. Oh and charged me 24.00 to tell me that. This all on a 90 day old inspection sticker done by them!! Told me during inspection my emergency cable was worn BUT not a word about a rusted out lose apparently leaking exhaust. Got a FREE (hands on) Estimate to FIX my exhaust for a tenth of what you wanted to charge, from Bills Muffler. Thanks at least for that.

Traveling down the Interstate, one of the tires on our car dolly went flat, I took it to Rice, we talked about why our dollys having so many flats (third one this trip), and they advised we step up to a higher load-bearing class. The last two tire stores had no advise to offer and just sold us the same ol, same ol. The rest of our trip was uneventful, tire-wise, that is!

My appointment was for 1pm today, they had me in and did my alignment and shocks in just under 2 hours, the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

These guys get you in and out quickly, which is a huge plus when youre working with restrictions on the amount of hours a day youre allowed to run a big truck.

Very reasonable prices and no hidden costs. They are also straightforward with inspections and allow you to fix something minor yourself if needed.
