CHRISTIAN the Service Advisor was GREAT. Trey (sp?) the technician was extremely helpful and he listened to my concerns on the test drive. The car was washed, but unlike JH Lexus they dont vacuum the interior.

Car technician failed to let me know something was not covered by my very extensive plan. So I was blind side with a 102.00 charge after the fact. I asked if all was covered and he said yes. I feel this was wrong.

Great customer service,(Christian Brown) from the time I walk in, took my information and showed me customer waiting room time went by fast, nice cafeteria service. Im very satisfied.

Not satisfied, but could have been worse. I rarely use outside shops as I prefer to do my own maintenance myself; however, I am busy now and I needed some maintenance done that was simple but time consuming for me.When scheduling I was specific on what I wanted and when I dropped off the vehicle the night before I again confirmed that the service advisor knew what I wanted.When I called the next day at 1400 to see if the vehicle was ready, the service advisor said that they didnt do my transmission filter changed as Toyota says it doesnt need to be doneI dont care if Toyota says it doesnt need to be done, I requested it done and it wasnt done.I sent and an email to the manager of the service department and he called me the next day. Instead of apologizing or offering to make it right he tried to convince me that Toyota says it doesnt need to be doneThere again, I dont care what Toyota says. It is not harmful to do it.The issue is the service I requested was not done and neither the service advisor nor the manager wanted to address the issue. Instead they spent their time trying to get me to agree with them.I did not rate this a one star as at least they told me they didnt do it.

Dropped my truck off at 9:35am, for a simple oil change. Im still here at 3:35pm and they just took my truck back. Coming up on a 7hr oil change.

My question is why do they let you schedule appointments? What in the world does an appointment mean? I had an 8:45 appointment on a Saturday morning then was almost laughed at when I said I would wait for my car. I was asked if I had ever been in on a Saturday? They processed to tell me they are always overbooked and understaffed in Saturday’s.😡 At the moment I have been here for 3 hours and still no word in when my oil change and routine maintenance will be finished.**Update - it did take over three hours for my car today but once it was finished they did give me a little discount for the long wait.Please do some work on your scheduling problems. If you don’t have enough workers then limit the number of schedule appointments.

I had a better experience today. Luis helped me and I received great customer service from him. Because of him i will continue to go to the Irmo location. I feel better now.

I really love going to this location. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. I NEVER feel like I am being taken advantage of or screwed over. I do believe that the people I encountered in the service department generally want to help. That it is not about number crunching and commission checks. I recommend this location to anyone who is in need of some TLC.
