This is my response to you for your reply to my husbands post. We are from out of town, he only drove me to your place of business. Im the licensed professional, the account is under my name/#. Your employee seen my daughter and I walk in your business and not once, with the few minutes of interaction, did she ask or say anything about her not allowed in the store. I understand only professional licensees can purchase products. But with me being a professional Cosmetologist we have never heard of only the professional allowed in the store.

I agree with Jason, Robbie and Jessicas comments 100% > see their 1 star reviews) Very unhelpful staff. There are plenty of *other Armstrong McCall locations to buy from. I dont go to this one anymore. Hairdressers have a choice where to buy but they havent figured that out yet. Bye Bye***Update to Owners comments; I am in your system and am a Licensed Hairdresser. I go by my maiden name online. Accept the corrective criticism and work on your PR. As you see I am not the only one who has had a bad experience in your store. I wont be back.

They are always so helpful there is a good variety of product lines. A good selection of nail and skin products. I always find what I am looking for. AND... They are open on Saturday.

Love Armstrong so much! I usually go to the Edgebrook location by preference. Always so nice and helpful. The owner is down to earth and ready to help! The league city location is great too. Lupita is very sweet and always great to see her! Great prices, great products, great employees. 😇

Armstrong McCall is for licensed professionals. They carry many top brands. Matrix, Bio-Silk, Wella, and many more of the latest and greatest

Good place to get your supplies if you have a license.

Horrible customer service. My salon will no longer purchase from this location. I like Armstrong bit the customer service given here is completely unacceptable for a business like this.
