Natasha. I will NEVER return the JCP Salon. She was w0 minutes late for the appointment. Never even really looked at my hair, just told me it was overprocessed (hair still in a ponytail). Last time my hair was touched was a full year ago. Dyed once in 3 years, but overprocessed????If Natasha didnt want to do her job, she should have called off and canceled her appointments or passed her clients onto someone else.I went to the stylist my MIL uses, she did an AMAZING job. I have found my new place. I got the cut, color and highlights I wanted without being told they couldnt do it.JCP Salon lost a GEM 💎 when Tiffany A. moved away.

I just recently changed hair salons after constantly being disappointed by Tony&Guy. I have now gone to Delores twice and both times I have absolutely loved my haircuts! She really pays attention to what I want and to the pictures I show her. She is very friendly and patient. I will be going to Delores from now on.

They did my son first haircut. He fell asleep before the haircut, typical 1 year old, and the staff was very accommodating. They cut his hair while my wife held him. He woke up at the very end and did his crying. Did not phase them and they were able to finish up. Was a great experience.

Bruh. Dont give me the newest cosmetologist there is in the salon. Dont come get your hair faded here they clearly dont know what theyre doing. Its my birthday and Im literally about to cry. I wish I could get my money back!!Update: the manager mayra was so helpful! She fixed my hair without a problem.
