Ive never worn makeup but my daughter is really getting interested in it. We stop in this weekend and Ari and the the rest of the ladies could not have been more helpful. My daughter has severe nut allergies so we have to avoid products containing nut byproducts and they made sure products were safe for her before letting her sample. She also has eczema and the staff were able to suggest an amazing new cream we had not tried yet.

We actually went to the JC penny which was good. My daughter was looking for a dress to wear and found it. I saw the Sephora and i know they are small and I couldn’t use my points so I walked past and looked in. It was okay I think they have some of the basic things other stores have I think it could of been slightly tidier than it was. Maybe it was the JC Penny that was less than tidy. I just know it all could of been cleaner.

I adore this location. It’s smaller and inside JCP but the selection is still great. I always get offered great customer service too. They’re handling covid procedures like a champ, which must not be easy in the world of make up. Good vibes keep me going back and not driving across town, so thanks for doing what you do!

The staff here is unbelievably rude. Ms.Oversize Glasses (assosiate #0520) and guy with the long hair Im talking about you. For people knowingly working in customer service you two are some of the rudest customer service agents Ive ever encountered. Money is tight for everyone right now and if someone is choosing to spend what little they have with your location, you should treat them with respect. I came in with a great attitude and happy to be there but your rudeness destroyed that.

I had a girl with pink hair help me and she was AMAZING I wish I got her name but I didnt. She was able to match my daughter for foundation with just looking at her and she was nice!

Like to shop there, not so busy all the time. Surrounded by many other stores as well.

No customer service at all,the people works there dont knowledge you and when you ask something the girl make faces.

A very friendly employee helped me pick some skincare items. She even explained why theyre beneficial and what I should consider using in the future. 10/10 customer service.

Just did a return. After noticing that the total return amount didn’t sound right. I grabbed the receipt and noticed that she didn’t return the right one. It was the cheaper one that she returned!! Now even giving her the benefit of the doubt and saying it was an accident, her job is to make sure she’s returning the correct item! I would’ve lost $20 if I hadn’t noticed. I’ve never been to an a Sephora so inept.

I usually like to come here to avoid the hectic environment of the large Sephora store if I dont need anything unusual. Recently was my first time returning something at this location. I guess, the man employee wasnt so happy about it. After my return, I had especially told him that I needed another foundation, he saw me standing there looking at other products and instead of asking if I needed anything, he avoided me and moved on to another customer. Eventually, another employee asked me if I needed help and when I asked for an specific product that I couldnt find, she didnt even look for it. Instantly told me that that store did not carry it. Luckily, I didnt give up and I found it. I usually never have a good or bad experience, neither good or bad customer service, I go look at things and buy whatever I want so this time around the bad customer service surpassed the no customer service that I usually get.

Called this place a total of four times today to get someone to answer their phone. Other departments answered, but Sephora did not. Someone from the ladies department had to run over to tell them to answer the phone, and when I called back, they still didn’t answer! Hmmm... Might be one of the reasons why people stop shopping here???

The only problem. I find with the store is long lines at check out need more open cash registers

I have called this location last night and today around 2. Customer service here is the worst! I tried to ask questions over the phone and got hung up on and cut off during a question she didn’t even understand because she did not let me finish! After showing up there I still got bad service, it’s not about making sells here or helping the customers at all!

First time shopping in Sephora, absolutely hate everything about this experience. Short lines that took forever, and unbelievably rude staff. This place is not customer friendly, and over priced.

Wife likes selection here.
