Next time that I go in for (EVERYTHING FROM THE NECK DOWN), were going to have to establish a Safe Word. That was a lot for one session. 😵😂 I left just as pretty as Dr Evils cat...hairless. Oh Behave Baby. Grrr..The staff are always kind, professional, and informative bout products and promotions.

Brandy was awesome!!! It was quick and painless! She also gave me a lot of really helpful information for aftercare that I haven’t gotten from any other waxer in all my years of waxing.The front desk ladies that checked me out were not the friendliest or the most professional, which was even more pronounced after being greeted and checked in by the lovely manager. Brandy’s exceptional service made up for it though so I’ll definitely be back.

Jennifer is absolutely wonderful! Fast, efficient, and so sweet! Everything was done in less than 5 minutes and she is very mindful of your comfort and giving you as much of a pain-free experience as possible! Great staff and location too!

Brandy was amazing! As a first time waxer I was very anxious, but she explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable.

Receptionist and my wax lady was nice. Got a Brazilian, stomach and armpit wax. After a day later tons of ingrown hairs appeared on my armpit, stomach and lady area due to there waxing technique. They don’t take there time and rush between waxes it caused me ingrown hair everywhere. Now I have to clear the scaring it left behind resulting in a uncomfortable feeling. Considering I pay over 100+ for my waxing services you would think I wouldn’t have any issues.

I had my first Brazilian EVER here and I was super nervous. Shout out to JADE for making me feel so comfortable. She was making small talk to keep my mind off of it and it definitely worked. My results were great, barely any redness or pain afterwards. Never going back to shaving, that’s for sure.-Brooke.

European wax center is by far the best waxing Ive ever had done and Brandy is the best person to do it. I get a Brazilian and its nearly pain free. She talks to you just like a friend. Very cool. Its very relaxing and i look forward to my monthly appointments with her. I highly recommend her to be your partner in creating your beautiful body.

Even though I think they do a good job went there on June 20th and they charged me a sanitation fee per person and they refused to except cash. I for one thought it was illegal for any business to refuse any form of payment and then charge the customer a fee to clean their facilities. I don’t t think that is right. Do for now just wanted to let everyone know if your going be prepared to pay for them to clean the facilities even though they are mandated by law to do it anyways.

Good food, good service; however lighting is an issue. Dont be shocked if you need the candle-holder to be your guide as to what you want from the menu. Other than this issue, I had an enjoyable time.

My 13 year old and I go to the League City location for waxing. Our waxer is Natalie K. She is absolutely amazing. We have been with her now for a year and wont go to anyone else. I recommend Natalie to everyone.

I come here once a month for specifically Brandy P. She is always so thorough in her work, ensures the wax temperature is at the right temperature EVERYtime, and is very comforting. Been getting a Brazilian wax at European Wax Center for about 5 years. I love the hard wax. It so much easier than using wax strips. Ive been to numerous locations and theyve all been nice and attentive. Greeting me by name when I arrive. Of course, the quality of the wax is dependent on the waxer. Overall, great place

Honestly, the only thing that keeps me at this location is the exceptional service of Mariella!! I live out of town but drive to this location for my appointments. She is without question the best waxer at this business (yes I have tried others) and actually anywhere!!! If this is your first wax experience make sure you request her as I did almost 2 years ago. She is patient, thorough, gentle and very customer friendly! If she is not available WAIT or RESCHEDULE and thank me later! If she ever leaves this location, I go where she goes..... PERIODT! Thank you for hiring a phenomenal employee who provides exceptional service that is second to NONE!!!

The staff at the League City store are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They always look for ways to save me money. They are understanding when I reschedule at the last minute. Which is something I do all a lot. Alyson has a bright welcoming greeting and is always very helpful. Clarissa is nice & gentle. Always makes me feel comfortable. Hailey the manager took it upon herself to be extremely helpful! She helped me without me even asking! Thanks to her I saved a ton of money! For those who do not know about this lovely lady, Brandy is the only person I trust to wax my eyebrows because of a scar that I have on one and the fact that she doesnt wax them so much that it looks like Im missing part of my eyebrow. I haven’t gotten my eyebrows waxed in 5 years because I’ve had so many people mess them up. But I took a chance and had Christine do them. She took the time to address my worries and understand what I wanted and they turned out amazingly! She even showed me how to fill them in with their eyebrow pencil. I absolutely recommend her!

I currently have a wax pass for European Wax Center (which is a heck of a deal for people who get frequent waxing) and have been to many, at least 5 different locations for European Wax Center. Every location is sanitary and the staff is always friendly. But, the League City location, by far is the best. Natalie is my waxer (I have used a few others at this location) and she is great. Never has she once hurt me while waxing and I get tender areas waxed. I am currently pregnant, and if you arent pregnant or have never been waxed when you were, it hurts a lot worse during pregnancy to be waxed. Regardless, she still doesnt hurt. She is super polite, very friendly, and wonderfully professional. I recommend her to anyone who needs waxing. I love EWC!

Save your time and go to the one in Webster!! I waited for 45 min only to find out the girl didn’t check me in correctly. Then was told to wait another 30! Then when I told them it was unacceptable, I was shrugged off!I should’ve known better than to give this location a second chance!! Never again!!

Jade has been great! She is very professional and meticulous.

The two girls behind the registers didnt act like they really cared about anything other than their phones, the girl that waved me was nice, but she didnt have any cleansing wipes and when she got some, she planned on staying in the room with me so I opted for the bathroom instead and then she left some hair.

I have gotten my eyebrows waxed since I was 12 and am now 26. I have never had my eyebrows bleed or been in more pain than I was when I went here. They were VERY nice but extremely inexperienced. My eyebrows were so red and they felt like they were on fire. Not to mention she ripped patches of SKIN off of my face. Literately. I took pictures I was so unhappy. Its $16 to get them done professionally but yet VIP nail and spa does them for $9 and they look so much better. Could have been the girl that did them but over all they were nice and the place was very clean and elegant.

I love getting my eyebrows done at the European Wax Center in League City. The customer service is great and the prices are very reasonable!

I purchased a year pass (which is an awesome deal) and go about every 3 weeks to get my eyebrows waxed. Tonia is my waxer and she is fantastic! She is very personable and, most importantly, she does an excellent job. I have used the nail salons for many years before trying European Wax Center and I have never had a better experience. The wax does not leave my eyebrows red and I dont break out afterwards. I highly recommend trying them-you can usually get your first eyebrow wax free as a trial. I never imagined I would pay more than the $8 nail salon price but it is worth it to spend a little more to get high quality.

I went to the one over by buffalo speed way location for my brazilian (its close to my husbands work) and it was a good experience. The wax didnt last very long but all in all not horrible. I then went to the league city location and it was HORRIBLE I had cysts and ingrown hairs all over the place. I will NEVER GO BACK! They did a nice job on my eyebrows though.
