I love this place! Theyre quick and thorough. Theyre also very honest. When I came in last time, I didnt even need an oil change yet, it hadnt been long. So they checked my mileage and let me know. Then went ahead and topped my fluids off, checked my tires and didnt even charge me. That is honest, great, customer service!!

Was greeted while still in my vehicle, asking how they can help very personable! Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Then upon my payment. Was informed I have a free car wash valid any day within the next 30 days. Truly outstanding customer service! Will refer them to others and would highly recommend them! The service has always been quick and professional. The staff has always been polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I get all my inspections for my vehicles and my motorcycles there, and Ive had my tires rotated, oil changed, and my transmission flushed there and was very satisfied.

Stopped in for a oil change on a new to me car, employees all friendly, car was in quick and advisor let me know of some issues with car, they topped all fluids off and cleaned windows along with checking air in tires, service was prompt, better than my usual oil change facility, I will definitely be back for all my vehicles services.

I brought my car in for a state inspection. One car ahead of me, six people standing around. One person, the inspector was doing the work on the other car. Waited 40 minutes. Not sure why the inspector had to clean windows and inflate tires on the car that was getting the oil change when there were lots of employees standing around doing no work.My car passed inspection but along with that, they decided to tell me it needed $750 worth of repairs and they can take care of it. Good thing I know better that my car did not need these repairs. They need to stick to the service I ask them for and not try to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs.

It was raining buckets, the empty bay in front of me was dry, they refused to let me pull in. Instead they came out opened the driver door to scan the VIN. My door, dash and leather seats where soaked. I had to leave find a shelter, towel everything down. Got my truck serviced there. It took a while to get it done but they were working hard. Nice people

Went in for an oil change. I told them my car was running warm and that I needed all of my fluids checked. They changed my oil and checked my fluids, but did not replenish the fluids that needed it. A few days later my car overheated and I had to put it in the shop. The coolant was low in my car and that is why it overheated. Now I know after taking it to a mechanic and spending lots of extra unnecessary money. This is the second time they got me. I wont be back. On a more positive note, the staff is very friendly.

Very professional and knew what to do to fix a tire problem. I appreciate they were open on Sunday. By Monday morning my tire would have been completely flat and a BIG problem for me. Thanks!

Beware! very poor customer service! In for oil change and the tech failed to refill my brand new Tundra 9K miles with oil after it was drained. I made it two miles and suffered engine damage. The worst part was after taking my truck to the dealership and finding metal shavings in my oil pan Jiffy Lubes insurance crooks refused to compensate me for any repairs or the 10 hours I spent chasing Phone numbers to find out their actions. Nobody seemed to want to contact me. Unbelievable, and thanks for tearing up my new truck.

These guys were great! I came in needing new rear brakes, rotors, and a caliper. Very helpful and even worked with me when I came in and realized the problem was going to cost about 3x what I thought it would. They worked with me on the price and were very friendly and straightforward. Brody and Chris did an excellent job and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Great service from Julia and the team. Educated me three times (in a good way). Once, before they drove the car into the garage. Second, when the car was in the garage and right before they started service they went over all of the service options and what each option meant (Prices where clearly displayed on the computer screen facing me.) And third, before I paid she went back over the services I got today and showed me before and after pictures of my headlights. On top of that I was able to use a coupon from online and she gave me another 15% off. She knew all the codes. They also had a fresh pot of coffee and clean well decorated bathroom with baby changing station.

Matt was very knowledgable on the work they performed on my vehicle and informed me in a way that I could understand. he educated me and synthetic oils, including additives and what theyre doing to my car. also I had a tire rotation done on my car here which they completed in no time at all. way better than going to discount tire and waiting hours on end. Arrived early in the morning to get an oil change/inspection and was asked to provide my insurance card before they would even let me pull into the bay. Only then did I realize that the copy of my insurance card was expired. I told the employee that I had current insurance, and just needed time to pull it up online and Download it to my phone. I assumed they would begin with the oil change and I would show it to them once I had it available, but he refused. I grew frustrated, and expressed that openly as I was getting in my car to park, not understanding why they wouldnt start on the oil change at least. The employee heard me and came over to tell me not to worry about it, because if I came back he would refuse me service. This was an extremely unprofessional way to handle a situation with a customer, and as a result I will not be going back to this Jiffy Lube in the future. It is a shame, because its very close to my house and I have been going there for years without issue until now.

I have been going to this location for a couple years now and they always go above and beyond. I went in for a oil change and they also cleaned the windows and the time before they also did a quick vacuum for me! Amazing staff and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Today I went to get my inspection done and everything worked perfectly. There were only 2 other people waiting for miscellaneous things and I was in-and-out in about 15 minutes. I didnt even have time to thoroughly scroll through my Facebook. So and all in all I would definitely recommend this. All of the employees were very friendly and they did a great job.

Had to remind them to check air pressure with tires. Had 4 different pressure reads with Alert on car. Young lady inside at the cashier fix on her own. She gets 5 stars. Other bunch need the manager chewing them out. Cashier needs to QC all checks with porters.

Christopher C & crew took care of my car like it was theirs ! Great & friendly attitude, they actually check tire pressure, wash windows & vacuum. Houston area locations do not do this !!! Im not moving from South Shore so they have a customer for life !!

Currently at this location because I saw a Groupon for their service online. As soon as I drive up, I am greeted, offered water, and coffee. 2 minutes later the gentleman gives me an update on my car, all while the rest of the crew is changing my oil, and cleaning my windows.I am extremely impressed. 10/10 service. I came in to have my serpetine belt fixed, my car was overheating but I couldnt afford a mechanic to tow it to the jiffy lube. As I was turning i to the jiffy lube my engine cut off... The mechanic and the lube techs helped me push my vehicle into the service bay. I had came to the league city jiffy lube months prior to get my front breaks fixed and get my oil changed. The mechanic was friendly and got me back on the road in minutes. I recommend you get your car looked at here because they take pride in Theyre work and they are fair

I used to do my own oil changes so its tough for me to agree with any oil change price but, not only did they change the oil, they also vacumed my floor and cleaned my windows so at i got more than i asked for.Secondly but, most important for me, Justin who helped me was 100% upfront with me on costs and didnt just go for the upsale. Im in sales and know that repeat business has its own rewards and being upfront with a customer makes them more inclined to not only buy from you but refer others.

Really awesome place they offer more than oil change I went in for a oil change and had some front end work done and received a military discount I recommend this location for all your car repairs and if they dont provide the service they will refer you to someone that will get the repairs done.

I took my company vehicle to this Jiffy Lube for a standard scheduled oil change back in July of 2018. During the oil change the filter was installed incorrectly and the employees did not notice. I drove home and realized after parking in my driveway that the vehicle was leaking oil.I called Jiffy Lube and they told me to drive back and they would fix it. I took their advice and drove back to their location where they fixed their problem. The vehicle lost several quarts of oil on the road, their parking lot, and my driveway.Jiffy Lube repaired the vehicle but did not clean the underside, which was covered in oil. I spent a few hours that evening cleaning my driveway. Jiffy Lube asked me to return the next day to clean the vehicle and they offered to come to my house to clean my driveway.After three separate trips to my house to clean the driveway, there is now a path gouged out of the concrete where they pressure washed it and the trail is completely visible. In addition to Travis, the on duty manager at the time of the incident, being incredibly rude, Jiffy Lube has made no effort to correct their damage.Jiffy Lube offered me a free oil change in exchange for the effort involved in this situation. I dont own a vehicle, so this is a fairly meaningless offer. I will never use this location again. Jiffy Lube corporates attitude towards Allied Lubes poor customer service turned me off of the whole chain.Photos of my driveway, the leak trail, and the street in front of my house are included. The leak was substantial and Travis team had no excuse for allowing the vehicle to leave in that condition. Poor service, rude employees, bad management, and lasting damage on my driveway. Avoid Allied Lube locations if you have the opportunity.

I dropped my van off here because I had a air leak in my right rear tire. I came back three hours later and was told it was fixed (no paperwork?). Air pressure was correct, next day the tire had lost 40 psi. Im at Firestone this morning and they are removing the nail and repairing the tire that jiffy lube just put air in. This is a good fast place to get your oil changed but tires are not within their ability.

Nice people, but be cautious! I had to have my car serviced and parts replaced not even a month after I got my “oil changed” and tires rotated.When I took my car to a different shop for repair, they confirmed that it was due to lack of oil/oil build up and said there was no way my oil had been changed within the last 3000 miles. (My jiffy lube sticker said I had another 2500 until my next oil change was even due)Not to mention they never reset the “low oil” gage that wouldn’t go away on my dash.
