Pretty much the only grocery place with good fresh produce in the area. Their prices on stuff is a bit higher than most other grocery places, but at least they cull their rotten produce and clean the surfaces, so you dont find something rotten in your fridge the day after you bought it. The variety of products is also better than pretty much anywhere else near here.

Its our local grocery store so we will always go. Some things are way over priced, others are rarely in stock due to low pricing. However I do have a problem with their refrigerator. Just be sure to check dates and seals. In the last year, Ive gotten 3 rotten, expired items. Never an issue of replacements though! That doesnt sound like a lot but 2 were back to back shopping trips.

I have to admit I raised an eyebrow at the chicken wings being reheated from the night before and already places on the deli hot bar at 8 a.m. Its chicken. They should be reheated to at least 165° and out of their danger zone quickly and the maintained above that temp. I just cant see a hot bar getting them that hot if they were properly stored in a cooler overnight. Honestly I was surprised that Ingles would even chance such a huge food safety risk. On a positive note the young man the checked me out was a delight. For a very young man at 8 a.m. I have to give him credit for his awesome customer service and glowing personality. Great job young man!!

Impressive food store... bigger than most super stores, with an emphasis on produce and food items instead of having too many non-food items like many of the larger chains. Did not give 5 stars because two managers were deep in discussion and blocking a cooler that I was trying to access. After too long of a wait, and being ignored, I finally said excuse me please. Still not acknowledging me and with no apologies, they simply gave me a stare and moved ever so slightly out of the way.

So wish I had gone there the 1st grocery visit...great selection and reasonably priced!

This store is always clean and very well stocked. They have the biggest variety of almost everything of any grocery store here in Lenoir City. Their deli has two different kinds of chicken salad, the kind with grapes that I like AND the kind my boyfriend likes, with red onions. Both kinds put Food Citys chicken salad to shame. The staff is not only courteous but actually friendly and knowledgeable. I wont shop at any other grocery store here! 5 stars guys! You deserve it!

Employees were extremely helpful. However the back butcher was not very helpful with slicing up steak for sandwiches. The meat just fell apart. Had much better help over in the deli section. The bakery ladies were friendly also.

Ingles is great... they dont enforce communism, and have lots of local selection!Show your face and give em a big ol smile. Everyone needs a smile now and then.

Worst website ever. If you try looking up a certain food item it only gives you recipes containing that item, not if they have it in the store.. Most people visit a website to see the products so I dont think Im expecting too much🧐

Im giving this place two stars just because of the absolute people people in Lenoir City especially this angles are rude obnoxious just downright rude you say hello to somebody and they just look at you and turn up their nose like theyre better than you the food choices are great the dailys great the cold bar the salad bar it was all great the store itself Ill give it 1000% with the people I wouldnt give you two cents for none of them absolutely rude

Deli workers were very kind.. I simply asked, what is this casserole. The worker just said, a Mexican one. I said, Okay. Ill try that. & without me asking he had the cook come to me personally to describe what was in the casserole. I believe the cook took pride in what they created and served.

Two EV charging stations (free) available in the parking lot outside this store, brand new and greatly appreciated. One enlightened step ahead of other retailers in this area. Beautiful brand new store on 321 in Lenoir City. Excellent produce from local growers.

Im very saddened by the response I got from the manager when I asked him (S. Thompson) a question about items that I couldnt find on the shelf anymore. I shop for my grandfather and hes very specific about what soda he drinks. Weve always been able to get it from our local Ingles but not as much recently. The manager blew us off and blamed it on the vendor not doing their job. Fortunately, I was able to catch the vendor and they explained that there was an aluminum shortage and told me where we might be able to find the Pepsi product I was looking for. Im grateful I was able to have an understanding person from Pepsi to talk to, but sad that I feel uncomfortable shopping at this store anymore. I hope the manager will realize that the nasty response he gave is not ok.

Nice clean store that has everything you need and more. They have fresh cut flowers in the restrooms. I like the steak night on Fridays. You order your steak the way you want it. Sit at a table, and they serve you a great steak along with a baked potato and roll. It comes with a salad and a drink also.

There at 830 tonight. Nice silver haired cashier ringing up and bagging large order in front of ours. When we got up there still no one helped her. 3 young employees were basically goofing off 2 registers down. 1 had a bieber haircut and was literally doing stretches on the counter. A husky guy and a brunette girl where also doing very little. The 3 of them were checking out a small order. Where was the manager? No customer service here at all.My 65 year old husband put our groceries in the cart. Lazy workers.

Whenever I have the chance I love shopping at Ingles. This is a great store. Used to shop only Ingles when I lived in WNC. Only wish we had one in Blount County, TN folks here dont know what they are missing!

Not having many grocery stores in town is never a problem with Ingles here. It is a small town grocery store with a big label. If you they dont have what you want just ask them to order it and they will. They have also started working on getting healthy opinions which is awesome.

The lack of items made and sold in the bakery was disappointing. There were literally no pies on display.We were only able to find a decent desert in the frozen food section.Adding the self-checkout registers eliminates any customer service experience, which feels no different than shopping at Walmart.

So much better than Wal-Mart down the street. The store is always nice and clean. Theyre a little pricier and people watching isnt as fun there like it is at Wal-Mart but well worth it. Remember, VIZIO televisions are really bad. Get the word out

I love Ingles! Where I live it is always clean and well-stocked. The meats and fish are great. Ive never had a problem with the staff theyve been nothing but friendly and helpful. Theres always available cashiers and its never overly crowded even on a busy day.

Im from Raleigh, NC and only visit Ingles when Im in TN, but I always do when here. The place is amazing. Clean, stuffed with everything imaginable, and cheap. Theres my checklist done!

I enjoyed it more when the cashiers emptied the buggy as they scanned the merch, but I am usually tired when I am shopping for groceries. Yet, I still like the layout of the store, their friendly staff, and competitive prices.

The store sparkeled with cleanliness and beautiful lighting. The fruit was luscious and the bakery was calling my name. It is a delightful place to shop.

My home grocery store market. Great quality and prices. Recently, (late 2019) their meat selection has been fabulous. My go-to meat market for filet, ribeye, etc. Shrimp/seafood is always good quality/value as well.

While picking through the fresh broccoli I happened to see underneath the shelf above the broccoli and it was covered in slimy mold.... didn’t buy any vegetables today!
