This place needs to be bought out by some Tennesseans !!! The first few times Ive been there over the last couple years, I left angry a highly inconvenienced !!! From a convenient store . I used my card for 10.00 in gas and my cards app said that 55.00 was deducted from my account and I have the receipt . This place is the definition of highway robbery !!! After reading these reviews, I will be contacting LCPD . Evidently price gouging gas prices aint enough . Now they just take your money directly from your card .

1 star is too high of a rating. You always have to go inside to get a receipt. Tonight Dec 6 2017 around 7:30 pm I attempted to get gas. I went inside and told the cashier I was going to get $20 in gas and use my shell rewards. She then said I could leave her my wallet while I was pumping gas. Needless to say I told her she was crazy to think Id give her my wallet. I left and got gas elsewhere. I will never get anything at a Rocky Top again!

A lot of times gas pumps are out of paper or are just messed up entirely.
