I’m so excited for my glasses! And the new lens technology!!!
Love this LensCrafters location! Dr. Brown and her staff are amazing! Garrett is knowledgeable and his customer service was top notch awesome!
OMG they were so awesome better than optical world on grand river and greenfield I should have been coming here all my life the doctor was awesome the reception was awesome the guy that help with my glasses was awesome
Very positive experience, Ryan did a great job figuring out our multiple insurances to get us the best price.
The entire staff at Laurel Park LensCrafters are amazing! My student, family and I were scheduled for an appointment. From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with a warm welcome. Every staff member became part of our team and listened to our needs. The program and staff helped to provide glasses which is one of the essential tools for my student education needs as well as confidence. The staff included her throughout the process and were almost equally excited as my student when she put her new glasses on. I would like to thank Dr. Zimnicki, Jessica, Miranda and Estella.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of morning energy. Great service!!
I always get great service here. After a 4 year absence due to no insurance, I am happy to be back! Great experience and great prices!
Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. We were treated like special friends.
Overall a good experience as a new patient. Exam was thorough and they were able to use an assortment of techniques to assess my eye health. Everyone was friendly and took appropriate COVID precautions. My only “complaint” is that I wish there had a few more affordable options.
The absolute worst eye doc I have ever been to.My prescription changed so I rec’d a temp pair of contacts.Driving home I realize one eye is all blurry and that the doc didn’t even check my sight with the temp pair of contacts.Call to ask if they could get me in to take a look and hopefully give me a contact that I could see out of. The soonest they could do is 6 days later.Go anywhere but this office, I am sure other LensCrafters are better but compared to here, you would be better going to an America’s Best.
Had an all-around great experience at this location. Kaila was quick to check me in and cash me out and answer any questions I had, Estella taught an excellent contact lens class, Dr. Mahal performed a great exam, and even the store manager, Jessica, went above and beyond with an offer to help some of my students get glasses! Just an overall good experience and will be back in the future. Thanks again!
Great staff. Very helpful in navigating pricing options.

Everyone working there was very helpful 1st time having glasses to, thanks to those ladies
Awesome new staff and optometrist on my last visit. I was very satisfied
I went into this location for both an eye exam and a pair of sunglasses. Eye exam went well, as they usually do. Afterward, I picked out a frame and paid for them. I was told since they no longer have an in-house lab, it would take 7-14 days for my glasses to be done. I called at the 14 day mark, and was told that it was 7-14 BUSINESS days not including Sundays, which they did not initially tell me and that my glasses had not been delivered yet. I called again after 19 business days and was told they STILL had not arrived. At that point I decided to let them call me when they arrived. After 8 WEEKS I finally called to determine the status of my order and was told that my glasses were not in the shipment that they should have been in which had arrived WEEKS ago and apparently no one even bothered to follow up on the missing glasses. I received a refund for my purchase excluding the eye exam and will NEVER set foot in a Lens Crafter location after patronizing them for 20+ years.
My mom was just off the phone for the second time with this location (12/24/2020 - NOONish PST). She received an email saying that a pair of glasses she ordered a month ago and were part of larger ordered that had been mishandled (insurances billed for frames that were unavailable). She called to speak to one of the managers that she had been triaging the order with. She lives in a part of the country where the nearest LensCrafters is hours away and as a result, has her completed glasses shipped to her at no cost. Knowing that there had already been many issues with the order, my mother decided to follow up on the email with a phone call. The associate who picked up the phone (Miranda, maybe?), started off kind enough, informing my mother that the manager had left for the day. My mother attempted to explain the issue and determine if the glasses were going toBe shipped overnight as previously discussed. The associate put her on hold and then told her that she could pay to have the glass shipped to her. When my mother informed her that there were already solutions put in place for the order and that it would be best if she could either speak with a manager or if manager could call her back the associate told her “not to yell at her.” I was listening to the call, and at no time did my mother raise her voice. I can attest to a certain amount of exasperation. This associate seemed to be trying to find solautins to my mother’s questions without listening to the full details of what my mother was providing. But at no time, did she raise her voice. The call ended with the associate saying she would call her manager and call my mother back. She told my mother to expect a call back in fifteen minutes.A couple of hours later, no call was received, so my mother called back. She spoke to the same associate, who informed her that she had spoken to the manager and that they would be taking the glasses to UPS for shipping. My mother confirmed the address for shipping with her and thanked her. The associated said thank you and then, probably thinking she has disconnected the call, said, “girl, go to hell.” After she said this, another voice could be heard laughing, seemingly in response to her comment. The call then disconnected.I asked my mom if she heard what she said but she stated that she wasn’t paying attention. I told her to call the store back as I could not remember the associate’s name and would be filing a complaint. Now, our calls are not being answered.I understand it’s a busy time of year and situations that deviate from the norm can be frustrating, but this sort of thing is part and parcel of any customer service position. No one yelled at or was rude to the LensCrafters associate. My mother certainly didn’t do anything to warrant being told to “go to hell.”I find it funny that this associate had the temerity to tell my mother how to behave but then could not hold herself to the bare minimum standards for professionalism. If she cannot handle a relatively simple issue such as this one without feeling the need to personally attack customers, I would hate to see how she responds to other, more complex issues that can sometimes arise in customer service settings.
Great experience. Will only be going to Lens crafters from now on.
Great service. Jalynn was especially helpful and kind!
Friendly and courteous team here at Laurel Park, made me feel like a valued customer. Will return!
Do not waste your time and money!! The lab tech is only there 2 hours a week. it takes a week to 10 days to get your glasses. They messed up my insurance billing, then when I got the glassed they were not measured correctly so I had to go back for a 3rd trip at which time they remeasured and re ordered and told me I could pick up the new lenses while a tech was there to swap them into my frames so that I would not have to make a 5th trip. I just called and the tech is only there Mondays from 10-1, well I work so I have to drop them off (trip 4), use my old glasses and prescription and then come back for trip number 5 in the hopes that the glasses will be correct.NEVER GOING BACK AFTER THAT!
Awesome and knowledgeable staff. Quick wait time & appointment. They helped me with my vision insurance and they were so friendly!
What a great staff you have and Dr. Zimnicki is the best!!
Simple place. All name brands. Went in for an adjustment and they helped out, albeit its pretty busy with foot traffic and phone calls.
My girlfriend got a pair of glasses here and the reflective coating wore off in the first day. She took them back and they reluctantly fixed it after some arguing. Not even a year later she cant even see out of one of the lenses because of this and they will not do anything for her.Dont waste your money here. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers and actually make a decent pair of glasses.
Was not offered choices in my lenses. The girl who sold me them decided what I would want. She picked top tier on everything. I didn’t even know there was an option until days later when I questioned the bill. Not happy with my experience at all.
I already had a prescription and was looking to just get contacts with my allowance leftover from my insurance before the year end. I was referred to LensCrafters by my optometrist as my insurance has recently changed and my current optometrist was out of network. I walked in and was assigned to a lovely girl who looked relatively new and was clueless on the difference between a contact lens prescription and glasses prescription and also how to add prescription to their system. When she finally got someone to help her (I spent over an hour with her in total as we were going through different options - she kept trying to up sell me stuff as all optometrists do - sometimes they dont feel like medical professionals but sales people)...anyways, she mentioned the cost would be $80 for my astigmatism eye 2x30pack - total 60 lenses and $90 for 90 pack my for my normal eye giving a total of $160 - didnt wanna bother getting an equal amount as I wouldve adjusted what difference I needed with my new plan for the next year. Great! Im covered for a total of $130 allowance I say, that works out I just have to pay $40 over! She then proceeds to say the $80 for one pair is covered but not the $90 for the other so Id have to pay the $90 out of pocket. How does that even make sense I ask her?? She has no answer for me so she then reluctantly goes to one of the ladies behind the counter and enquires with her, I dont know!! thats an insurance system problem! the lady abruptly says to her. She then goes to the 2nd lady at the counter and asks her, as they talking about my situation, I get spoken about as if Im a 3rd person and not sitting right there! well she will have an uneven amount of lenses (60 one eye and 90 the other).......well have you told her that this is the only option etc etc - Firstly that is so rude and secondly why not talk directly to me or better, try to find a solution instead of talking about me as if Im not there?Bare in mind if I had received good service from this place they couldve easily have been my new optometrist for the following policy year with regards to new prescriptions etc. as they were the closest in network optometrist for me.Today I confirmed with my vision insurance carrier that it is a common glitch in the general system when ordering two separate kinds of lenses (I have astigmatism in one eye) but its not an insurance problem it can easily be adjusted and overwritten by the lens provider. Today I just ordered 2 1-DAY ACUVUE MOIST - 90 pack for BOTH eyes (one normal and one for astigmatism) from a reputable in network online company for a total of $167 and it was doing the same glitch of only covering the one eyes pack, through live chat the representative was able to subtract my $130 allowance making my total $37!Maybe their incompetence turned out to be a blessing in disguise for me, not only was I not overcharged but I was also able to get an equal set of lenses(90 and 90 instead of 60 and 90). Seriously this place shouldnt be having 3 ladies behind that counter on a Sunday afternoon if none of them are willing to work or help.EDIT: just went onto LensCrafters website and surprise surprise they do have a 90 pack for astigmatism available - I was told they only had 30 pack.... wow.
Service wasnt the best.
Amazing staff! Awesome lens options! Big thumbs way up!!!!
Very nice people and helpfulness
Had lost my glasses and had no spare. They went out of their way to get my new glasses done that day when originally they said 7 to 10 days. Couldnt be happier. 😊
