Optometrist was great, exam was thorough. Answered a lot of questions for me since I was a first time glasses wearer and by my second visit had decided to be a first time bifocal wearer. Nice selection of inexpensive frames. Gave me the information I needed to order glasses on line with no problem. Wait was short. Got in on time. Glasses came well within the quoted time frame and seemed to be correct. Also, they have a wide selection of polarized clip on sunglasses at a reasonable price. Staff is always nice.
This was our first time at this location. I also ignored the low reviews, came in to the appointment, wait time was not too bad. Customer service was terrible. I asked for the perscription from the optometrist. I was given a half written card instead of a full perscription. I didnt notice the error because I dont wear glasses and these were for my child. When I placed the order for glasses, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. After the 2 weeks past, I called and was given attitude as if I should not have called to check the status. It has been a month now, I called to check the status again and was told that there was a back order. I was then asked if I wanted them to call and check on the order. Im not sure why she would asked me that and not just follow up. Ill have to cancel the order because it is not worth such terrible service.
It took OVER 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The staff told me one price for contact lenses for a solid month; when the time came to purchase them, however, the price doubled. Sonya, the manager, did nothing to fix it. No offered discount, nothing beyond an insincere Sorry. Heres your prescription. Ill let you out. No thank you. I like professionals. Ill miss the optometrist, though. She is great.
So yah, did not have good service. I was reading the past reviews and thought maybe they changed. I just needed frames. Went in, got the frames and the lady took them in the back. I told her nicely the one side was to tight and she got really offended and rude about it, pretty much saying I dont know what im talking about. Okay cool. took them in the back and fixed nothing. Nothing was different so just left.
The staff not only was rude but withheld information about payment and the amount quoted to me at time of visit and exam for mine and my daughters prescription was off by almost 200 dollars. When we went to pick up our glasses which werecovered by insurance they said we owed 250 and hadnt even ordered our glasses.
The doctor was fantastic but the staff was terrible. They never informed me that I was out of network until after my exam. They should have told me when they took my insurance card that I was out of network. The girls were extremely rude. I will never go back there again!
Horribly understaffed.. Had a appt for 340pm. Walked in at 330pm and seen almost all the chairs full. Lady told me a they are a hour and a half behind.. HOW you open at 1pm.. Should have known better, The whole store has took a turn for the worse.... No More Busses......
They were great they took time to make sure everything was perfect would recommend them to anyone who needs it

I have been getting glasses for my kids from this location for years. They are under staffed and need help very bad in the optical department. The wait to get glasses or replacement frames is too long. I will take my money elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
Made us wait 15 minutes to call about a warranty. Not acceptable....
