The girl that works at the front desk is such a delight!! Also I ordered new glasses and they were ready 2 days later! Very happy with the service I get here

Walked in even during this pandemic asked if they could take me they said yes in a couple hours. So they said why not look around and pick out your glasses and the ladies helped me cause I suck really bad it! I found 2 pairs I liked and couldn’t decide and they took the time to help and were super friendly I was told they would be in on Thursday cause of Memorial Day but I got a call Tuesday (today) letting me know they were ready!

I get covid is a thing but if you say you are open until 5pm on Saturday on google then maybe you should stay open until 5pm. Update your hours to appointment only on Saturday. I drove over an hour to come pick up my glasses, just to find out everyone went home early (I arrived at 4:30pm). And now I have to go back home and try again another day. Waste of time and gas!

Called on Thursday to request a new prescription contact lense because they feel more comfortable on. The lady who I spoke with was quick to dismiss my request because the one I currently have is basically the same. I let her know Ive given these a try and just dont like them. Evidently that requires the doctor to review to approve before they can send me a new script. Was told Id be given a call back. Here we are, its Sunday and I still dont have a call back and im running low on contacts. All i want is the brand Ive been prescribed by these same people in the past without being given the runaround. Called again today and left a message with their answering system to no avail. I just want comfortable contacts. Ill def be going elsewhere when its time for my next yearly checkup!

Poor communication and customer service. Very insensitive to the fact that some folks truly depend on glasses to correct their vision. Very hard to get consistent communication and expectations relating to orders.

The representatives, Nicole and Kristena, were thoroughly knowledgeable about the products and services. They also made me feel like a guest, not a customer. The eye doctor made me feel at ease in the exam room, making the experience as comfortable as possible. I have recommended this place to my friends because they make you feel at home. I am pleased with the total outcome. The frames are GREAT. 👌🏾👍🏾

I called on the phone to discuss my order. Scheduled an appointment and when was in the store the manage who worked with me said that information about my prescription in the system was wrong. And by the way she said we are not going to be able to work with your frame; we are not working with this company. If this is important, why this information was not asked on the phone? However, whatever they asked was wrong in the system anyway! The manager was very rude with me when I got frustrated by wasting my time on waiting for the appointment and coming in for nothing. This experience left me in awe, wondering how this awful service can exist in America. I would never go back to this store and do recommend you to stay away from dealing with ignorant and rude manager.

Thank you Rx OpticalI recently took my glass in to have them adjusted they were accidentally cracked. My representative simply told me to pick out another pair and pay just 20% which was beyond fair. Rx optical was recommended to me over 4 year ago and I’ve always received excellent customer service at this location. Thank you sooo much. Please forgive me for not remembering the young lady name. Dr. Hanson was great! Very chill and understanding of what I wanted and needed. He was quick and thorough. The girls up front helped me pick out a nice pair of glasses.

This was by far the best experience I have had at an optical store. Although I was a first time customer I was treated as if I had been a loyal one for years. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Cathy, Kelly, and Nichole were a pleasure to work with. I highly suggest this location because of the wonderful customer service I received!

The Eye Doctor here was nice and informative. The staff here was a great help. The pricing was fair. The product is solid. I recommend this place to anyone looking for solid service.

I went to Rx Optical for the first time due to a health insurance change. I was a little nervous about going to a chain optometrist, but they were great! I went for an exam on my lunch hour, and the staff were attentive and quick. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and did not try to up-sell me on products. When I went to pick up my contacts two weeks later, the staff recognized me and remembered my name. They even sent me a card in the mail recently to follow up!

They changed my broken liner for free (I forgot the managers name), very nice and helpful, highly recommended.

RX Optical in Livonia is awesome! They did a re-lens for me and did a fabulous job! I love this vision place!

This place really has fabulous customer service. They really take care of their customers, especially if you patronize them regularly. For example, during my recent move, I lost 6 months worth of contacts (not cheap!) and they helped me get new ones for free. I wouldnt expect them to do this any time (perhaps there was a surplus of trials in my size), but this is just one way they treat customers like they want their business. As a shout out, the specific person that helped was Cathy (sp?). If you deal with her, you will have a positive experience.

Worse staff ever, First they said that they accept my insurance and its in network, after getting the service they billed me and said we dont accept your insurance. Called their manager and he was super rude he didnt even bother looking into it. Worse experience by far
