Ive been going to this Target Optical location for several years...have been very happy with the eye exams and especially the level of service in the eyeglass fitting area. The ladies are VERY friendly, helpful and accommodating! Also, the prices are very competitive.

Dr. Hill is a very thorough eye doctor. His helpers are just as thorough and very knowledgeable. You can set your appointment online and their communication system is great for reminders.

I wish I could give more stars! This is one of the best doctor and customer service experiences I’ve had in any industry. I had an appointment set up for my husband and me a few weeks in advance. I started to notice some concerns with my daughter and wanted to have her scheduled for an appointment as well. Unfortunately there were none available on that day or for a couple weeks. I called to see if my daughter could have my appointment time. To my surprise and delight, the doctor and office staff agreed to stay after hours to see my daughter after my appointment.The follow up support, referrals, and genuine care expressed by the entire office staff made me feel like these were friends! A week later when we went to pick up our glasses, the same level of concern, care, and exceptional customer service were on display again. Without hesitation, they answered all of our questions, fixed an issue for us with the frames, and took wonderful care of us.Thank you to the entire Target optical team. You have a loyal customer and a raving fan, not only of your business, but for how you care for others.

Very impressed! I had never been before (always next door at Costco) but I have vision insurance now and Target takes the insurance. They were great! Kind, efficient, helpful. Very pleased!

Careful: They add on extras w/o you asking or knowing to increase your bill.I had a $10 co pay for exam and a coupon for free frames. But somehow I still ended up with a$170 bill...and I did not order any special lenses or special addition. When I asked why so high, the worker acted like she was looking something up on the computer for 5 minutes in complete silence as I sat across from her and then she said I can take another $10 off. SHE NEVER EXPLAINED THE BILL AND WHAT SHE WAS CHARGING. She just figured that $10 would keep me quiet. WRONG!Then, purely for convenience I called about contact prescription. They said doctor is out and will call tomorrow. A week passes and no call. Then I send an email. Its been a week and still no call or email response.Id rather pay out of pocket to an put of network provider than go back here

Very friendly and accurate on vision screenings. The optometrist explained everything to me. Great prices on glasses even with no insurance.

After ordering the contact lenses, I stopped by the next day to ask something related to the price and they told me that if I had asked then, they would have match competitors price. Good way to do business !!!

I have been a patient here for a few years and was a patient of Dr. My Huynh which was an excellent doctor! I got new insurance through my work and unfortunately they are not in network and I had to go somewhere else for the exam, but ordered my contacts here because they had the best prices and staff is always so friendly and helpful. I was running low on my contacts, so Renee offered to give me trials to hold me over until my order was received. So above and beyond! They have always been great with that and I appreciate the attention to detail. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Kim at the Livonia, MI Target Optical was phenomenal. She went out of her way to help me with a confusing and drawn-out prescription issue, and she was always open to my questions and concerns. She not only helped me pick my frames with honest and polite answers, but she also made sure I got the best deal I could with the products while making my overall experience very enjoyable. I really enjoyed working with her, and highly recommend anyone looking to buy new glasses to ask for her assistance.

This was the single best optomestrist appointment Ive ever gone to. Doctor Hills casual efficiency and calm, quiet attitude made short work of the often inconvenient event. Not to mention his bedside manner - not a word out of turn, an introverts dream.The office staff were lovely and didnt make any overt sales pitches, in fact they offered a coupon to me without my asking!11/10 patients agree, Livonias Target Optical gets an A+

I really like this place- the Doctor is personable and efficient and the staff were great too! I let them know I had another appointment shortly afterwards and they were mindful of that and got me out of there on time without skimping on any of the things I needed. I appreciated their help picking out some new glasses and will definitely make this my permanent eye doctor.

Great location. Only three of these babies in Michigan so its worth the drive out to Novi.

Beware of hidden fees that will appear during check out - especially when they tell you “insurance will cover everything” when you initially agree to an appointment. Not a trustworthy office with current staff. Won’t be going back
