What a Great experience at Hawkinson Nissan today! I called the service department panicked because my 2019 Armada wouldn’t start twice. I spoke with COREY in the service area. The service area was busy but Corey was patient with me and a great/compassionate listener. He agreed to take a look at my truck if I was patient enough to wait until he was available. Not only did Corey take care of me but he was able to find the problem and get me in and out quickly! Corey was knowledgeable, friendly and provided me excellent Customer Service! I have to say that I’d recommend and hire Corey without a second thought. He’s the real deal!! I’ve been in retail management for 20 years and Customer Service is embedded in me…This Nissan Dealer exemplifies what Great Customer Service looks like! It represents a dealership that I’d like to spend my money with! The entire team was Nice!! Do nice that I thought twice about upgrading to the 2022 Armada! On 10/18/2021 I brought my 2019 Nissan Sentra in for an oil change and RECALL repairs. Since the work was going to take time, I requested transportation to my brothers house in Chicago Heights. I was driven there by the nicest older gentleman, who made the ride quite enjoyable. He drove me back to the dealership when the work was completed too. The work was completed and my car was washed and ready to go.The next day I started thinking if the car was going to make it outdoors all winter. I called and asked if the antifreeze was good to -20 degrees? Jason answered that the antifreeze was good for -20 degrees. Next, I asked if wiper solvent had been added to the water that pumps out, when I push the button and run the wipers. (I was worried because I had forgotten to request it.) And yes, Jason did it. I was good to go for the winter. THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU !!

Hello, very frustrating for me when I had to Bring my 2019 Nissan rogue back to the dealership thinking it was the starter once they checked it it was the battery I have full coverage I didn’t understand how I had to pay for a battery almost $355 yes I was very upset even teary-eyed because I couldn’t understand how I am a owner of a truck I purchased just for months ago I had spoken with multiple different people at the car dealer even the person that sold me the vehicle ( Andre Goss ) whim Then in return help me to speak with his general sales manager ( John Murphy ) he did take the time to explain to me what was going on with the vehicle headed diagnosed and came back to let me know that it was indeed the battery I was very frustrated trying to figure out how and why I should have to pay for a battery after listening to him over and over again because he took his time to explain to me the problems and why I would have to purchase that bettering I felt a little better knowing no matter how upset I was he was willing to sit here and constantly explain the situation to me over and over again for that I am so thankful and he even went in and covered it and I just paid for the diagnosis I am very grateful and bless, not only that I have purchased my vehicle from Nissan but this is where I’ll be shopping for all my vehicles to come, thank youMrs.Dewanda Rodgers

I just purchased a Nissan Rogue this past Friday. My salesman Damien was simply AMAZING throughout the entire process. I came in the day after my car had been totaled and was completely stressed about having to go through a car purchase, but his patience with me and customer service was out of this world. He made me feel completely comfortable and kept me in the loop the entire time. I was extremely indecisive, but never once did I feel any annoyance from Damien. He remained encouraging, professional and extremely accommodating. He truly made me feel as though I was valued and appreciated as a customer. Relatively painless. Staff was helpful, courteous, willing to negotiate, and knowledgeable. Took care of my needs and got me to the car I wanted. In and out with car in less than 2 hours. That has got to be some kind of a record. Financing explained thoroughly and all my questions answered. Will definitely deal with Hawkinson again. This is the third time that I have gotten my vehicle from Hawkinson. The first time was fine, the second time was a real nightmare but the third time was the charm. really a pleasure to work with.

These people are ripping people off. I purchased a pre-owned infinity from these people and two week later the car started smoking, I returned the vehicle and they stated the vehicle was fine and I should drive it . The motor went completely out and they never wanted to fix it .I paid 35k for this vehicle. Now they put a used motor in the car and it’s still knocking .also they used my extended warranty that I paid for, that was an extra 4K and didn’t even tell me they was using it 🤦🏾‍♂️DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Went looking for a used car with a certain amount I would want for my trade in and what my monthly payment would be & they all made it happen fast and easy! No haggling or hidden fees. The whole team is great from the moment you walk in the door. The place is nice and clean and they always have a large variety of the car you’re looking for. 10/10 would recommend buying a car from this location! I missed all the workers the second I left :)

I traded my car in and the service was impeccable like no other from Ceasar and Jon. Josh was awesome, because after purchasing my vehicle the next day I observed it was a crack in my windshield. The crack was there prior to me purchasing the vehicle but technically thats cosmetics so they didnt have to help get my windshield repaired.Josh approved for my windshield to be completely replaced, how phenomenal😃. Horrible customer service. I wouldnt even give them 1 star. I went in for a simple oil change. I had an appt for 11:30 in which I arrived on time. An hour and a half later I noticed my vehicle sitting outside and not 1 person there seemed to know why and where my paperwork was. I asked the service cashiers who acted like I didnt exist then I asked another guy named Corey who said it takes a few minutes to get the paperwork, another 20 minutes go by and I still standing there now totally aggravated again I asked and Corey decided to go into the service dept not to see where my paperwork was but rather to get away from me and again the service cashiers looked everywhere but at me. Finally one of them decided to asked the service dept where my invoice was only to find out that no one knew because the service advisor decided to go to lunch and not inform anyone. So needless to say 2 hours for an oil change and the incompetent staff was enough for me. Customer service should be their priority but not here. There wasnt 1 person who took it upon themselves to find out what the hold up was. It took me raising my voice and being rude for me to get things done.

Thats always exciting and when you find the right dealership and salespeople it makes it most satisfying.But what about afterward when service is so important? Well heres where Hawkinson Nissan shines. My experience with the Service Manager, Sharon Holliday was exceptional. I can say that after working with another dealership closer to my home. I will continue to drive 40 min. to go to the best service manager Ive dealt with in many years. She was professional and made me a priority when dealing with my extended warrantee. The previous dealership could not begin to acquire what I was entitled to after paying for this expensive insurance. She acquired the parts, serviced my car within a week and spoke to me as she would an old friend. Kudos to Hawkinson for recognizing and hiring a woman in this position. How refreshing.

Their prices are very fair, and when a fluke data entry hiccup occured between what I had priced out online the night before and what was physically on the lot, Andre and his manager honored the online price with no hesitation.I am writing this review from Andres desk, as I await their staff to finish shining up my beautiful new car!I highly recommend this dealership!

I finally made the purchase of my dream car yesterday (Jeep Wrangler) and I couldn’t have done it without the help of the great team at Hawkinson Nissan. Please read if you value your time and money!! I would give a 0 star if it was an option. Spent 2hrs negotiating and while we were just about to come to terms another salesman sold our car! Would of made a deal sooner but they tried offering me $500 for my trade in when carmax offered $5000! And no this was not an error because when we said no way then they tried offering $4500. Also watch out they try to offer you some interior/exterior warranty for $2500 and then when you say you do not want they drop down to $1500. Also they add anti-theft for $399. All in all it was a horrible experience and this is the exact situation that give used salesman bad reps. Should of walked away when the salesman came up to us wearing ripped jeans and a sports jersey!

I loved this dealership when I bought the car. However onthis visit I was very displeased. I had driven my car a couple of days with the issue. I paid 135.00 to find out what was wrong. Attempting to leave and car stalled. Service person says he doesnt know what to tell me to do. So hurt and disappointed

Great dealership thanks Melissa and Paul also John for helping me get the car I want it, which was the 2020 Nissan maxima had no problems. Everything we spoke about over the phone was the same in person. Other dealerships gave me problems besides these guys love everything about them and looking forward to do more business in the future.
