My wife and I cant recommend Sweet Dreams enough. We recently purchased a large sectional and chair and half and we couldnt be happier. This is the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on. Period. We did have quite a wait for it but the staff kept in frequent contact with us on a regular basis, which made it a more enjoyable experience. We also had two awesome delivery guys Damien and Jake who were very professional and quick to assemble and set the sectional up exactly where we wanted it.

Just about all of the furniture in my house is from Sweet Dreams Mattress & Furniture. Andy (aka Mattman!) has always taken amazing care of us and all of our requests. The delivery team is always so kind and helpful. Just had some furniture delivered and Blake & Michael H. were kind and respectful. Ill never shop anywhere else!!!

Wow!! So much to compliment! I have never used sweet dreams mattress and furniture, but I will definitely use them from now on. From the knowledge and speediness of the salesperson to the delivery and set up of everything- this was an absolutely epic experience. The guys who delivered and assembled our furniture were extremely professional, clean, courteous, and thoughtful. They truly went above and beyond. And how can I leave out the prices. Hands down the best priced!! We went everywhere before confirming that their prices beat out the competition 100%. I highly recommend sweet dreams mattress and furniture.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Picked out a great sectional with Rylee that was in stock and available for delivery in 2 days! Moving into an apartment and I thought I had my measurements correct on the room size, but I was off a few inches! The delivery drivers Todd and Jeremy were awesome! They had to take back the piece that didn’t fit and recommended the replacement piece which they delivered the next day. And on their first delivery trip they were early! How often does that happen? I will be a repeat customer.

My wife and I walked into this furniture store and immediately felt like family! Greg was so polite, knowledgeable, and did everything he could to make sure we had a great experience. We purchased literally the first sofa we sat on as we walked in the store lol. It’s perfect…after nearly a year of searching and going to so many other “national” furniture stores…what we needed was right in our backyard. The BIG plus with Sweet Dreams is they have their own delivery crew and warehouse…which means you can get your stuff really fast! We purchased on Friday and it was delivered on Tuesday the next week!! Other places had a 12-18 month wait for a sofa! The delivery crew was professional, on time and even provided us with stoppers for each leg of the sofa, to make sure it doesn’t scratch our floors! This was our best furniture experience and we will be back soon.

Our experience was great. We bought two mattresses and the process was quick and easy. Delivery was also great. Arrived in the timeframe given and Damian and Brad did a great job removing the old stuff and putting in the new ones. Very efficient!

As with most furniture orders these days, it is taking months to get the product. Katy was wonderful about keeprme posted on status, and kindly arranged delivery of a single piece (so I could get moving boxes off my floor!). Blake and Todd delivered the furniture; they were on time, mindful of not scratching anything when bringing it through doors, and super polite.

The delivery team does a great job. The only reason this is a 4 start review is the massive delays in receiving the furniture. We bought a bedroom set and we received each piece in a different delivery. It took a total of 4 months to receive the full set. Todd and Thomas brought the final delivery and they did a great job.

Had an adjustable base and mattress delivered today. The guys (Todd and Branden) were very friendly and professional. They did a great job setting up the bed (making our existing bed frame work with the adjustable base). They were very accommodating, asking what height level we wanted for the bed, etc. They went over the features of the adjustable base (including the USB port locations, etc.). We were very pleased with the customer service from the sales person as well as the delivery guys.

My overall experience with sweet dreams was amazing. We had some issues with delayed shipment and had to reselect our mattress ..then a week later had to switch mattress out for a different one because it was not for us, and sweet dreams went above and beyond helping us choose the right mattress and getting it delivered the very next day! Couldnt be happier. The delivery crew was great and extremely careful bring everything in through our home. I loved the furniture we purchased a few months ago for our guest rooms so much, that we decided to purchase new master bedroom furniture and upsize our bed. It was a fantastic decision! We also got an adjustable mattress base and absolutely love it! Our salesperson was Susan and she was incredibly helpful. When our furniture arrived, we discovered that there were some problems with it. Susan arranged to have new ones delivered and the damaged ones exchanged out. Our delivery guys, Will and Cole, were excellent and made sure everything was perfectly set up once again. We are very pleased with our entire experience and would highly recommend shopping at Sweet Dreams any time!!!

We bought our mattress at the Mooresville location after we saw a top review on Yelp. There are other locations for Sweet Dreams, but this one we decided on. (Dont be confused with the outlet if you are using Waze for directions.) The entry road was a little confusing, as it is only a few yards past the intersection of Rt. 150 and Statesville Highway, which is a very busy intersection. The two sales women on were Rylee and Katie; Rylee waited on us and was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and in no way try to up-sell us, or direct us to mattresses they were trying to move out. Due to the cost of our purchase, we were given free shipping to Charlotte. We asked for, and received, a $50 discount for being an AARP member. The delivery and set up was smooth. The only glitch is that sent us the wrong pillow, which was double the price of the one we bought. They gave that to us free (if we liked it, or would exchange it). The second pillow was in a suitcase like box, but had an open plastic bag, and that was automatically returned. Two days later, a different crew came and installed a Cadillac-quality support system to firm up our wood slats. All in all, a positive experience, which I felt lacking in all our previous mattress purchases over the years.

I have never been treated more wonderfully than by Sweet Dreams...everyone from the people who greeted me in the store, the people who helped me with my orders, to the gentlemen who delivered my furniture. Sweet Dreams traveled four hours away to make our home delivery. We had been waiting for our home to be built and had to change delivery dates many times and Rylee was always understanding and flexible with our dates. She took time finding exactly what we were looking for and helped us to find the perfect fit.
