We purchased our fourth bed & mattress from Sweet Dreams, Mooresville, a King no doubt.I cannot begin to tell you how much we appreciate their customer service, taking care of the little details. From the sales side to the service side (set up) it has been top notch.The Service Team Braden & Todd move the existing furniture to the other room & set up both the existing queen & the new king. These guys were fantastic, explained all the finer things we needed to know about our new bed. Sweet Dream’s showroom had many pieces to choose from. The owner Greg (a wonderful Christian) educated us on the proper mattress to get for our bodies. Very few businesses offer the high level of customer service that Sweet Dreams does. There are lots of places that sell mattresses, but Sweet Dream’s courtesy and attentiveness set them apart. Under promising and over delivering. Eight years ago we scraped together the money to buy one low-priced mattress from them. They treated us so well. It was our pleasure to buy three queen mattresses from them this time. They’re still the same - lovely.

The team at Sweet Dreams has been great to work with. They listened to what I wanted to accomplish and asked the right questions to best understand my needs. The delivery team called ahead to let me know they were actually running ahead of schedule, were courteous and professional, and took the time to assemble placing the bedroom pieces to my liking. Went into the outlet to find a dresser. There were several on clearance for a very reasonable price. Picked out one and paid very quickly. I dealt with Andrew, he was very personable and helpful. Upon arrival at the store we were greeted promptly by Andrew and made to feel welcomed. He asked us about what our need was and budget. We did not feel forced nor did we feel like he was trying to steer us toward one of the more expensive mattresses. He was kind, professional and polite. We were not ready to make a decision that night and he was fine with us waiting and respected us needing to think about the purchase prior to just a hasty decision. He text us the information on everything we were interested in. Due to unforeseen illness we were not able to get back to him quickly. It was probably 2 weeks later when I called him. He remembered us and was just as polite and professional as the night we were in the store. I was able to purchase quickly and efficiently over the phone. All questions were answered. He made sure I received the receipt prior to me hanging up and he made sure that we went through the receipt together to make sure prices were correct and everything was listed. Today our mattress was delivered as promised. The men delivering were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. We were very impressed. What is outstanding is I had told Andrew about my husband’s hospitalization and my father passing away while placing the order. He seemed genuinely concerned. Today when the delivery men arrived they surprised us with gifts. This really made us feel like we were more than just a sale and valued as customers. We have not yet slept on our new mattress, but I can tell you we are very pleased with our purchase and delivery experience.

We purchased a king size bed, mattress and bunk bed with two mattresses. Jim Law was very professional and patient. His years of experience was reflected in his knowledge of your products and courteous handling of we the customers. This professionalism was also present in the two delivery boys who made two separate deliveries. A few weeks ago I spoke with a male employee in your store at the corner of 77 and 21. Unfortunately I didnt record his name. I had saw online an outdoor patio set I was interested in purchasing. He called back to advice it would have to be ordered. I gave him my name, address and phone number. Id like to follow up on whether that set arrived at your store or if anyone can provide information on when its shipped to your store.

Today I walked in and was promptly greeted by Jim, he was kind and professional, not one time did he try to sell me anything above what we discussed when I first walked in. He was so helpful, it was a quick and painless process. Once everything was paid for he even helped me load up outside. I bought a king size Simmons mattress from Sweet Dreams in 2009 when I was living in San Francisco. I was fed up with the run around shopping at the mattress chain in town (it may be your ticket to a better nights sleep but it feels like haggling at a used car lot), and Andrew gave me a fair price and great service with a mattress shipped directly from the factory. Since then, Andrew has given me mattress buying advice in NYC and Chicago -- without actually selling me another mattress as they cant service those areas. I cant tell you how great it is to have a helpful advisor for this kind of purchase. It is very important (who doesnt want to sleep comfortably?), fairly expensive and a very opaque process courtesy of the industry that does everything it can to make things confusing and not comparable across retailers. Andrew and Sweet Dreams, I cant thank you enough for your help!

I was refer to Sweet Dreams by a friend who just moved to N.C. and happen to get Andy the Store Manager to help me as my daughter was moving to Winston-Salem to go to Wake Forest University. I cannot even tell you how much Andy helped me throughout this process especially since I was long distance in MA to find the furniture in time for her move in date of 5/20 with Covid 19 everything was taking a lot longer to ship. Andy was so Professional and Courteous I could not ask for a better Salesperson he has gone above and beyond the call of duty there were a few hiccups in the delivery but Andy made sure to take care of everything for me and made it so much less stressful and I am so thankful to him for all he has done to help me and still helping me.
