I tell you what, this store is amazing. Jesus and his employees are wonderful. After dealing with sleep number customer service was a disaster. They’re patience with us after the delivery company screwed us. We waited on our bed for a month and a half, and when the delivery company did not deliver and couldn’t bring it for a few more weeks, we canceled the order. Well, we decided to reorder. The mooresville store was AMAZING! They were patient with us, understanding and more than willing to make sure we were happy. We will have our bed in 2 weeks compared to the last time. Screw the customer service for sleep number corporate, just deal with the store.
Jesus was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to purchase. Josie was nice and came over to introduce herself as she was supposed to be with me but was tied up with other customers. Very helpful, friendly staff. Had a great experience.
Great experience! Michael took great care of us from the moment we walked in. After testing out the mattresses, and an in depth explanation of how they all work, we settled on the i8 and couldn’t be happier. Don’t know how I’ve been sleeping on anything else. You spend a third of your life in bed, give yourself the best, get a sleep number!
We enjoyed our time at the sleep number store. No pressure, we were able to walk around and look at things without being stalked. Jesus was the most amazing fun ever! when I recommend this bed to other people I will also recommend Jesus to them.

Jesus was our salesman and he did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the benefits and all the different models very clearly. He didn’t pressure us to buy but rather wanted to educate us on their products.
To make a decision for a big purchase item takes time and Adriane was great! She was very knowledgeable and she took the time to address all of our concerns. She even stayed past closing time and we never felt rushed to make our decision. We had a not so good experience in the Concord NC store the day before and I am glad we gave Sleep Number another try. We look forward to receiving our P5 soon.Thank You Adriane for your patience, I believe it’s a very good quality to have when dealing with people.

Sorry to share a bad experience, but who ever owns this location needs to be aware. We arrived at the store today (Saturday) at 1015am with the intention of purchasing a new sleep number king size bed with all the trimmings. We were pleasantly greeted when we walked in and told it would be a couple of minutes as there was 1 person ahead of us. No problem. Over the course of the next 50 minutes we watched and listened in amazement and fury. When we walked in a person was exchanging a couple of pillows. The transaction was complete as we walked in and we listened for the next 5-10 minutes as the sales person talked and talked about the different types of liquor she enjoyed drinking along with various other personal items. The next 40 minutes were spent with a customer that had already purchased a bed and was buying a set of sheets. (we were offered a bottle of water after 30 minutes) When after 50 minutes the sales person said to the customer buying the sheets now let me show you how to download the app and use it instead of the remote, my wife and I had been ignored enough and left. We went to one of you competitors and spent $12,000 on a new bed.I understand diagnostic sales and the importance establishing a relationship with the customer. It is important. But so is having a store staffed in order to take care of more than one person at a time, especially on a Saturday on the last day of a sale! or at least have the one person who is there skilled enough to keep both customers engaged. Im sure the $10 that was saved by not having 2 people there when the store opened was well worth the margin you would have made on our sale as well as the sales commission the person there could have made if they had made any attempt to try and juggle the situation. You have a decent product. We owned one in the past. But please realize there are now many options that are as good or better than yours and ultimately service is what makes the sale. You failed miserably at that today
We had a very pleasant experience visiting the local Sleep number store. Chad was very nice and knowledgeable. He took extra time showing us the different beds and what they had to offer. He certainly helped us make our decision without being pushy. We are eagerly waiting for our bed to arrive!!

I really hate to leave a negative review; however, we ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago and scheduled the delivery for today at 10am. We moved our mattress out of our bedroom as requested and had everything ready for install. My husband took off work to meet the delivery people and assist. They let him know at 9:55AM that our mattress was not going to be delivered until September 21. (Today is September 7th)This is highly unprofessional and not a good way to run a business. No matter what happened, I dont see how they could not have let us known sooner than 5 minutes before they were suppose to deliver.We are VERY unpleased with this service and thought you should be warned about this issue before purchasing a mattress.
