The reason I give this location 5 stars is their lines. Unlike the Huntersville Home Goods which can have a line circling around the store because they share with Marshall’s. This location is easy to manage & not a long wait. Highly recommend. I also love the made in Italy, Portugal & India decor released for the upcoming holiday.

Called to inquire about a product and was told there was none in the store and I was not the first one to call about the item. My daughter went ahead and stopped by and they had several. Just gave the manger a call today so that just better service next time and ALL I got was excuses, no I am sorry. So the one star is not for associate I talked to about the item but the sorry manager.

The staff at our local Home Goods is awesome. They are so friendly and very helpful. They helped me find 2 lamps and when I returned them the next day due to one not working, they helped me get them in the store & gave me a refund quickly. Love this store.

We just stopped by real quick and enjoyed looking around! Tons of cute home decor items, along with other things. We’re visiting so couldn’t fit anything big in the car home but if we could’ve we would’ve gotten a lot. Didn’t really have a problem, I do wish they had a manual wheelchair or 2 available to borrow to make it more comfortable for those of us with limited mobility though. Overall great items available, although some were quite expensive. I ended up getting a ton of eco friendly dog poop bags for cheap, as well as a cute dog toy. Would go back again if I was in the area!

I will NOT be back to this location after be accused of stealing a 300$ chair I brought 2 seconds before loading it into my car. As be and my spouse was loading up the car the store manager ran up to out car asking for the receipt MY biggest issues is the way she said it the way she went about it did NOT ask if we needed help i just spent my money that ive worked like everyone else very hard for and got something ive wanted for years and turned this into a horrible experience my feelings are hurt to just be point blank and not even an apologyThanks Kim Lynch you got my last 300$ from your store so

Manager Marni went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations w a paid hold that was damaged before I picked up. Superb customer service, to find and pick up the replacement at another store! I already loved home goods but people like her make this Mooresville store outstanding!

Tough location to get to. Shopping center is spacious and lots of parking. Store is well maintained and clean. A lot of inventory and selection to choose from.

It feels good to shop here because they treat their employees to days off on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Always find something fun in the kitchen area.

I always enjoy my shopping in HOMEGOODS. The staff in this store is always friendly which of course adds to my great shopping experience. The store is not currently at full capacity of items since covid but its still worth the stop and look see.

Marquis by Waterford...got it...beautiful reasonable wrapping paper...got it...5 foot stuffed giraffe....well, it was cute. Thats what I love about this store, there is always something for every price range and a large selection of quality merchandise. They also have one of the best supply of healthy food items.

I love all the fun things they have...a wise variety from home decor to to dog toys! However, I would go to the Winston store over this one...this one seemed messy and in disarray.

I’m writing this review while I stand in line. The line is 6 people deep and there is one person on the register. She’s processing a TJ Maxx credit card application at the moment. Apparently that’s more important than waiting customers. Two other employees have been behind the register while we’ve been waiting and didn’t help.

This is besides Marshal, you can found everything you need for your house, the prices are good, and you can pay also with you TjMax credit car.

This store has some wonderful bargains on all sorts of merchandise. I love this place.

A nice assortment of home goods but the price point is a little high. Some of the isles were kind of disorganized and not very neat and tidy.

Great finds at a discount price. We have purchased sheets and comforters here. There are also kitchen items and unusual candies. Furniture and pet item selections tend to be small. Often the furniture is not a good deal, lower quality at a retail price.

I love this store! I can almost always find what I am looking for here whenever I cant find it anywhere else and the prices are almost always pretty good!
