I have been blown away by my Top Notch quality experience from start to finish with my new mattress purchase at Mattress Firm, Mooresville, NC! From taking up a great deal of the store managers, Michael Blank, time of initially walking through the door to walking out three hours later, Michael never once got testy with me! I went in thinking the prices were too high for me but he taught me that I would get what I paid for which is what I knew already but listening to my true needs, he was able to stress the importance of a mattress that is excellent but I had passed it over thinking I could not afford. But indeed I could afford it, especially during the Fourth of July sale! However, Michael was NEVER PUSHY ONCE! But luckily for me, he convinced me that if I put everything on Mattress Firms credit plan, which is Excellent, I DID NEED THE FULL ADJUSTABLE FRAME! While currently waiting on a full hip replacement AND having a Chronic back problem, no one needed this full adjustable base more than I. I have to spend 75% of my life in my bed! And I had waited 11 years before I realized it was past due for a new mattress! I feel strongly that I purchased a top quality mattress from a company name that has been around for at least 50 years. And the adjustable base has Already eased the pain in my back. But, For 3 hours Michael dealt with me in such a gentle manner!!! He had a house full of guests and we had all come in at the same time! And right when his own dinner was delivered!!! I knew he was starving! I am the one who felt I was wasting his time! I am SO GLAD I DID NOT ORDER ONE ONLINE. I needed that excellent special service that only Michael could deliver! I’m very very particular!!! I bought everything before I left that evening! Got credit in minutes, had lots of fun laughs with Michael and they delivered my new bed two days later! Thanks to a store coupon I received from MATTRESS FIRM I was able to order the headboard attachment for my customized headboard for free! However… the installation of said headboard I could NEVER HAVE ATTACHED MYSELF!!! So … Michael drove to store to pick up attachment on his day off then came over and do the 1 1/2 hour installation job himself !!!!!! He brought his helper, Michelle his wife!!!!! because the process truly takes several hands! Plus, my headboard was a “Dilly” to make it work!!! He had to move the screws to make it fit! Other problems arose, and he said no two headboards are alike. Plus he was working in a tiny space since my home is filled with things! He HAD to have Michelle hand him tools, etc. Even she knew how to install them!!! They even cleaned the floors before they left! I’ve truly found some Great new young friends and I believe that if there ever was something I was in need of those two would come over to help me! This is how kind they are. Come to find out Michael and Michelle are used to attaching these headboards because there are No Installation Divisions within the company! So this made me feel better for me but sad for them! Michael works long hours but he sells loads of mattresses! He seems to love his job. Not many people can say this. He definitely wears many hats! Hopefully this keeps things interesting each workday! Thank you Michael and Michelle!!! I love my new everything!!! My back and hip thanks you. I never believed I could have an adjustable bed but now I surely do!!!!! I wish I could give -5 stars we were told my families mattresses would arrive on the 27th at 1 pm we called and was told it was to arrive on the 29th and were asked if we got the txt message and all it said was (the company is having issues) we moved all the beds I had just worked overnights and helped get the beds moved it had then been 24hrs since I had been asleep this is the worst company.

Actually it was not pleasant. What I mean by not pleasant was not the sales person. He did his job well. Its the store policy that needs plenty of work. DO NOT BUY PILLOWS FROM HERE. They will do whatever it takes to sell you on a product, but when I inquired about an exchange (my husband woke up to numb legs due to a pillow) they instantly said, all sales are final. When I stated that it was literally 4 nights after purchase and asked about an exchange (didnt even want a refund), I was told, Ive never been asked that. But all sales are final. With nowhere left to turn, I contacted the manufacturer, who then told me if we wouldve bought through them, wed have a 100 calendar day return/exchange window. Thankfully, the manufacturer rectified the situation even though they never do when someone buys from a 3rd party. Mattress firm is extremely overpriced and we will not shop here ever again. Youve been warned!

Super friendly staff and very patient. Prob took me a little over an hour to find the perfect mattress and Nalander was so helpful and was not pushy at all. Highly recommend if you need a new mattress.

This was the first time I’ve ever “shopped” for a mattress. In the past, I’ve walked into a store, & asked for a firm mattress, & purchased the mattress without comparing different types & firmness. This time, however, I did a lot of research & tried multiple brands. I’ve been like Goldilocks trying to find the right mattress. It’s amazing how two mattresses of the same brand can be so different. One has “something” that’s just not right, whereas the other one can be perfect. I’ve been to Mattress Firm in two different states & I’ve found them both to have knowledgable staff who explained the differences. A bed in the box, that you can’t try out might work great for young people, but as you get older you need to try them out & become an informed consumer.

Walked in not knowing what we were looking for or what we actually needed. Brenden was able to help us navigate the store quite well and ended up with like 2-3 choices out of the whole store. This made it easier on us because the choices left were personalized to what we needed. This made our decision so much easier! Will definitely recommend this store and its associates!

Was in there on Nov 1st. Guy asked my preference, I said I didn’t like memory foam having had just had a memory foam mattress and I HATED it. The guy there flat out told me “let me tell you why you’re wrong” I really didn’t like being told my personal preference was wrong... especially since the bed he was pushing on us was $2,000 over the bed I had fell in love with. He kept pushing and prying and trying to force us into spending more money on a bed I flat out said I didn’t want, my husband flat out said he didn’t want. I really hated the experience. I LOVE the bed but I hated how pretentious and rude he was. I think his name was Brendan or Brandon. He needs some people skills. Never tell a woman why she’s wrong on her preference just to try to pry money out of her.

I ordered 4 mattresses end of April via online, and unfortunately never received a call for schedule of delivery. After a month, I called the Mooresville store and the store manager Jason was extremely helpful. He scheduled our delivery right away and also gave me a discount for my troubles. We have been here twice now for new mattresses for our house. Both times Ashley helped my mother and I and she was fantastic. We tested out several mattresses before buying two firm ones. Good prices plus free base makes for a great purchase!

The store refused to give us the financing terms, APR, Term of loan in writing. They wanted us to take their word for it that the APR was 0%. Michael, from, Mattress Firm, made some effort at getting the documentation from Synchrony. Chris, from Sychrony Bank, refused to send the documentation. Jason, the Mattress Firm manager, did not raise one finger in helping Michael. After wasting 4 hours of my time, I cancelled the order, went to the Terpur-Pedic website itself, and saved myself $600.So, the incompetence of Mattress Firm saved me $600.

My husband and I went in to buy a mattress for our son and really didnt know what we wanted. As soon as we told Lee what we were looking for, he knew the questions to ask to help narrow it down. We tried out one mattress and it was exactly what we wanted. Lee never tried to sway us or oversell us - he just wanted us to get what we needed. Of course having a 120 trial period helps, but I know we wont need it. We got a great deal on the mattress with great and quick customer service. Couldnt have asked for a better shopping experience.
