By far my favorite lush to visit - I travel a lot between MA, NH and ME and have been to various stores but the employees in this location are so passionate about the products and will help you so enthusiastically. I always leave feeling well informed and like I’ve taken care of another problem whether it be a recommendation for tattoo lotions, a new tool in my face routine or when my favorites might be coming back or getting discontinued. I definitely usually come out spending more than I intended, but never with buyers remorse. Love, love, LOVE, the employees here.

Delightfully witty staff, store is very clean. Products are always great with new things frequently. A little pricey, but worth it!

I can’t remember what her name was, but the lady that helped me and my friend today was BEYOND helpful. She has pink hair, idk if that helps or not but she should definitely be considered the most helpful sales person ever. She suggested face masks and bath bombs, you could tell she liked her job and that she was a lively and sweet woman. Honestly she reminded me of Mary Poppins because of how sweet she was. I would 10000% recommend lush at this mall!!

Always very friendly staff at this location. Seems pretty sales based as they ask you a lot about needing help and offer recommendations. Not overly pushy though so its nice to know you have the help and knowledge when you want it.

Shawna (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was so wonderful! I was waiting in line to go in when she told me there was the option to tell her what I wanted and she would bring it out for me to pay. I chose that option and loved it. She was really quick and friendly and made the whole experience that much better. It’s employees like her that reinforce why I shop at Lush.

I can barely walk by the place without gagging. Too many smells. If you like that, you will love the store.

Great all natural beauty supplies and awesome assortment of bath bombs. Clerks are super nice and very knowledgeable about all of their products.Will definitely be back the next time Im in the area to buy more bath bombs.

My daughter just had her birthday party there this morning. Every girl was posting pics and telling their parents how awesome it was when they were picked up. It exceeded all our expectations and Laura, Peyton and Emily Were just amazing with the kids. IncredibleValue and we probably will do our other daughters birthday there as well. This had always been my daughters favorite store and after today I completely see why.

I love lush products! Staff is always polite and helpful. They never hesitate to answer any questions! They are incredibly knowledgeable. I do have some items I have allergies to but staff is great and can always let me know if it is safe or not. I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience here.

Absolutely love this place! Fantastic service and exceptionally friendly staff, smells of flowers and has a calm atmosphere. Cool concepts for new ways to have toothpaste, and a great skincare selection that can easily be personalized. Fresh face masks are a must.

I have to start out with the fact that I LOVE Lush. I would, and have, recommend them to everyone I can. But the visit that I had tonight was by far the most amazing experience I have ever had in any store, not just Lush.I take care of a disabled man and he and I went into the store this evening to pick up a few products. The ladies in this location immediately came to help us and interacted with him just as much as they did with me. They made him feel welcomed and even sent him home with his own little sample. It melted my heart how kind and considerate they were to this man.After the experience I had tonight Lush has beaten out all competition by a landslide. Thank you so much ladies! I dont think you realize how much of an impact you made on one persons life tonight with your small acts of kindness. ♡

I ❤ LushI love all of the Lush products but the twilight bath bomb and sleepy lotion are my all time favs! Everyone in the store is super helpful and you can try any of the products there in the store, even the bath bombs. You can find gifts for anyone, any age at Lush but I suggest you pick up some goodies for yourself as well.

LUSH IS DECEPTIVE!!! Read the ingredients. Research Fragrance and the 1930 laws that allow them to put toxic items in their product.Fragrance - please research the hidden secrets.They come off as all holistic and good for you but you don’t really know what’s in it, because of the hidden secret of the word. They don’t even have to tell the FDA WHATS IN IT!! Look it up!!Throwing my purchase in the toilet where it belongs.BUYER BEWARE!!

It starts with the service that was exceptional. The scents and selection are great and its topped off with funky shapes. A fun shopping experience that was a good value.

Laura in the Nashua store is wonderful. So kind and helpful and cheeful. I really wish the Gorgeous moisturizer was a reasonable price. It works nicely and smells so good, but expensive for such a small amount. I also wish they would bring back the Ayesha refrigerated facial stuff. It made my face like butter.

Ive always had such a great experience here. All of the staff are not only incredibly knowledgeable but always willing to help out, show you whats new, have you sample something, or all of the above! I always leave feeling totally pampered and that I got everything I needed.

I used to order my lush products online, but stopped once I visited this store. Ive never had a negative experience here, but Donna and Chris stand out to me because of how knowledgable, helpful, and friendly they are. Ive loved every product that theyve recommended to me, and theyre very generous with providing samples of products that they think Ill enjoy (a couple of which Ive returned to purchase full sized versions of). Theyre always helping customers, whether its people who visit regularly or a confused father trying to pick out a product for his daughter. This store is clean/ well- maintained, always is stocked well, and provides great customer service. I would highly recommend paying them a visit next time you find yourself at the Pheasant Lane mall!

When it comes to shopping at Lush in store is always best! Everything smells amazing! Can get verryyy expensive but worth the money for the quality.

I wish that this specific store was a bit roomier and more spaced out. People are packed in there like sardines, and it just gets SO hot. Theres not much room to move around, nevermind if youve got bags from earlier shopping or a jacket. Other than that, I really like the staff, and theyre always happy to process a refund or store credit if Im not happy with my product, so its risk-free beauty.

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the larger location in NH, but still can be a tight fit. Still manage to fit a great variety of products in the small space.

I bought 4.0 oz of naked body conditioner (Ro’s argan) for $12.95, but instead they charged me for a pound ($35.95) They were quick to return my money and there was no terms and conditions or inconvenience!!! Lush has great customer service! I am very pleased
